What a quaint little coffee shop! Staff friendly, coffee nice and try the fruit toast ~ yummy ~ and good price What they serve is fresh ~ not a huge amount ~ but nice choices. Many people come in for takeaway coffee and others sitting around inside and out ~ just a really nice place

People coming and going all the time so parking I wouldn’t think is an issue. I walked from a near by business

Stumbled across this place when walking my dog, we usually go for a coffee and water stop. But our usual place was closed. The owner came out and gave my dog water and was so so friendly, an absolute dog lover. Willow quickly dived into the water bowl so she was so accommodating and brought out an EFTPOS machine to take my order. She also came out to chat and gave my dog so much attention. Amazing coffee and above and beyond service. Love it.

I have dreams about the turkey bagels from The Little Fig... I'm usually on a big fluffy cloud and there are rainbows and unicorns and smiling leprechauns singing and dancing around a magical bagel. Because this is what happens in your mouth when you eat one. Oh and the breakfast rolls! Good things happen when you get your hands on a breakfast roll. Amazing food, amazing coffee and always service with a smile.

Cute place. Has alot of potential. Better customer service would be needed for sure. Good to see the serve Degroot Coffee. Anyone can do latte art but service is the key. Staff need to remember customer service is important....oh did I say customer service. Smile have a personality. Why are you in a service industry if you dont have the personality to compliment the industry

Just stopped for a quick coffee but the food looked so good we couldn't resist sharing a couple of things- a chicken panini and vanilla blueberry cheesecake. Mmm mmm. Yummy. Coffee was good too as was the service from the young girl who served us and admitted she was new. We felt so relaxed we didn't dash home as we'd intended, but browsed through the other shops in the complex.

One of my favourite little cafes . Seriously the best coffee and I just can’t go past a pumpkin bagel! Plus the staff are so beautiful & have always welcomed me with a smile & made my orders work if things needed to be changed. 10/10 would recommend giving this a go for yourself!

Don't go online - go with a friend We do enjoy the Little Fig when we visit Whitianga. Friendly service, nice houseware and gift items they sell. Great not to have WiFi available, even if patrons still hang on their phones (cell data). Acoustics are good, meaning, it foes not sound lime a university cafeteria inside!

Nice place for a cafe drink with no set cooked menu but some great pre-made options. Loved their iced coffee.

Cant comment on the food as we didnt stay to eat. Went on Sat morning and was greeted by two surly staff members who barely acknowledged our presence and then responded to our questions with monosyllabic grunts. Decided to eat some where with better customer service and good food.

Had the turkey bagel once before and was alright but today’s one was stale and overdone, 90% made of lettuce yet most turned soggy. Minimum amount of jam/sauce, could barely taste it. For the price you pay, it’s not worth it, never coming back again

I must be unlucky. The staff I've been served by haven't been at all welcoming as others have suggested. In fact, it's as if serving customers is a chore. Their coffee has reflected their attitude, whether that's international or not who knows?

Nice little coffee shop, serves great coffee and nice food snacks. Good place to stop and relax amongst the hustle bustle. Good service too. Can usually find a park in one of the side streets if out the front is too busy.

Had an amazing focaccia and chai, they even had choices for small children

Decent place for an affordable breakfast. The use of the word 'Croissant' is a bit misleading. Shaped like one but doesn't taste like one. Just go the bacon and egg roll with a coffee and you'll be right.

Pumpkin, goat curd, greens with balsamic vinegar on Toasted bagel was just so wholesome and tasty. Long black coffee perfect added to good prices! The staff were remarkable. I will travel the 11kms again

Great little place with excellent service and brilliant coffee. They staff are always cheerful and friendly and the coffee is too good, you always want more than one!

Nice cafe, cute decor and well presented. Coffee was ok, however service was fairly poor, it was a busy morning but I didn't feel very welcome as a customer.

Great service. Like most such places it gets very noisy inside ,foam ceiling tiles would help a lot. We enjoyed the outside tables much more for this reason.

The Coffee was good and I had the banana cake which was delicious. The customer service was really friendly and quick. I can see why its a busy little place.

Wrong milk used in cap, croissant slightly stale, and lid not put on properly resulting in car and clothes covered in coffee with little concern from staff.
