Yesterday, Tuesday 19/10/21, around 4:50 pm, The man in the pharmacy (indian looking) placed the glucometer strip on the bench and went to look for something at the back. When he came back he directly told me “where is the box”. I said you didnt give me. On this he confidently told me, “you already took it”. He said this twice. Then he found that box sitting on the bench. But even after realising that he DID NOT give me the box before but was confidently telling that I took it already, he did not bother to apologise or even say “sorry”. I was waiting for my medication for half n hour. Then a nice lady came out saw me sitting in front of the prescription counter and asked my name. She immediately went inside the counter and grabbed my medicine. Apparently it was sitting on the bench but the pharmacist did not bother to call out my name to give it to me. Very bad service.
Very disappointed to see the mature female Pharmacy Assistant wearing disposable gloves and then using hand sanitizer on top of gloves without disposing of her gloves first. This is NOT effective Infection Control Practice! Gloves are single use only, not for serving customers at the front then going to the back to continue working all whilst donning the same gloves.
I like this pharmacy, the staff have invariably been great and knowledgeable and I have never been unable to get a prescription immediately. However, they are more expensive for prescription items compared to other pharmacies and being on a very limited income and no concession I am now having to look elsewhere for my Diabetes needs.
If you are in a hurry this probably isn't the best chemist for you. I waited at the check out for ten minutes with a line stretching behind me because the cashier was too busy having a chat with another lady. She could see we were all waiting but just kept on going with her personal conversation. There's limits..
The tall shrek like woman with glasses would have to be the rudest creature I have ever come across. She needs to realise that she is a store assistant, THERE TO ASSIST, instead of rudely patronising her customers. Without the customer, you have no job you useless example of a life form!
I came in a couple of months ago for cold and flu tablets. The staff questioned me and said I didn't need any. Then told the pharmacist that I don't need any, but chat with me anyway. He was smirking at me like I was a junkie, and refused
Opening times not accurate when you look up this business, says 6pm closing on a Saturday. Not helpful when you finish work at 5pm and need medicine for your child with special needs. Save time and drive to the one on Marion Road.
Unhelpful and rude. Prior operator knew their customers. Staff need to change their attitude. Heaven forbid you ask for some cold and flu medicine that works, but treated with contempt. I suggest Flagstaff Hill chemist instead.
The person delivering Webster packs to vulnerable people needs to put her mask over her mouth! Not have it hanging off her ear. This is a legal requirement.
A wonderful pharmacy. Fantastic staff who are so helpful and very friendly. Could not recommend this pharmacy more. Wouldn't go anywhere else for my needs
Great little pharmacy I can get what I need there and it's in a convenient location and excellent staff an excellent service
I have been going to this shop for a long time. The staff are great and the service is just so good.
Prescriptions are way over priced compared to other pharmacies.
Friendly staff who are knowledgeable
Have stock most times now
Very helpful staff
