I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting The Home furniture store in search of a new sofa. Despite my initial hesitation due to the negative reviews about their customer service, I decided to give them a chance. Regrettably, those reviews turned out to be entirely accurate, and I strongly urge others to stay away from this establishment. From the moment I stepped foot in the store, I was met with indifference and a lack of professionalism from the staff. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for them. When I approached an employee for assistance, they seemed disinterested and unwilling to answer my questions. Their lack of product knowledge was evident, leaving me feeling frustrated and uncertain about making a purchase. Furthermore, the overall atmosphere of the store was underwhelming. The layout was disorganized, making it challenging to navigate and find the items I was interested in. The lack of attention to detail in arranging the furniture displays further reflected the store's overall lack of care and dedication to providing a pleasant shopping experience. What truly disappointed me was the dismissive and apathetic attitude of the staff when I expressed my concerns about their poor customer service. It was evident that they were not interested in addressing my issues or improving their approach. Their disregard for customer satisfaction was both shocking and disheartening. Based on my personal encounter and the countless negative reviews I have read, I strongly advise against approaching The Home furniture store. There are plenty of other reputable stores available that value their customers and prioritize delivering exceptional service. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by seeking out alternative options that will provide you with a far better shopping experience.

Even though their product is decent, I would never buy from this store again. The delivery experience had been a disaster. They set a delivery date two weeks after I paid them. Once the time comes, they supposed to ship my bed frame in the morning. They did not come until 6:30 PM, after the moving window ended. Mind you I had to apply for a move in permit for such large furniture. We had to beg the security teams to let them in to install the pieces. And guess what, they were missing the centerpiece of a hydraulic bed. All of this happened on a Wednesday. The delivery guy said that they will bring the missing part on Friday. We were annoyed that it wasn’t shipped in full, but we agreed. I called on Friday to confirm what time they would come to avoid the same situation with the security guard, and I was informed that it won’t be delivered until Monday, because there was no slot on Friday. I was annoyed with that indiscrepancies, but I agreed on Monday morning anyway. Today as I’m writing this on Tuesday, no one came yesterday on Monday. No one from the company called me to tell me that they would not be coming even though they assured me multiple times that they will come Monday morning. I was home waiting all day. I had to call them five times to get someone on the phone today and Now they told me that they will come Wednesday morning, which is tomorrow because there was no slot today. never in my life I purchased anything and experience this kind of unprofessionalism. I hope you buyers consider this aspect when you buy the furniture because it is a hassle if you work and have to take off days on empty promises of some random people who do not take ownership of their work, because the company’s lack of control of their staffs.

We bought a mattress from them last year. Three month ago it had some problem and we went to their showroom and complaint. Since 3 months no one called. 3 weeks ago my husband called them & asked them to reply . After so many calls they took the mattress They came on 18th and took the mattress without replacement & not giving us new one. On Thursday they called me that they will come on Friday between 12-8pm. We waited and around 6 pm they called on Friday that they will come on Saturday around 4pm-6pm to deliver as it was already shipped. Today is Monday and when we called them they said we will revert. They called okay today we will hopefully may be deliver today between 4pm-6pm. I was calling them after 4pm no one picked up the phone. No customer service and such a liar they are. God knows when we will get the mattress . It was in warranty but they are not replacing with new one and saying they will just make changes in it. Please think 100 times before buying a product from them. Thanks

Ordered a sofa that I saw at the showroom..asked for the exact same module and design + size and except for the color that I selected myself. Received it after 3 weeks. Damaged and I got 3 seaters instead of two..I’ve been calling non stop, sent an email and they aren’t making anything about it. I kept telling them they got me a 3 seater instead of two..showed them pictures, sizes and invoice and they laughed at me at the store instead of finding a solution. Kept telling me they don’t have a standard size for two seaters..how is this even possible. And on top of the wrong size they won’t do anything about the fabric damages and the low quality. Waste of time and money and definitely not recommended. I’m still waiting for a solution if not will go to consumer rights. This store isn’t recommended at all, save your time and money

Horrible delivery service. They called me a day before to schedule the delivery timing. I clearly said 5:30pm. The day of the delivery I had to call the store numerous times because I didn't have any call from the driver. They kept on saying they are on the way. They turned up at 8pm with the arrogance to tell me that they are only delivery and they don't work in store. I requested a call from the shift supervisor and they said nonchalant that they are already out of duty. Never ever again taking the risk to buy from them. If I didn't pay attention to the installation they will install wrong the arms, they said they don't know is not their job to know. HORRIBLE.

This is only a front for Royal Palace Furniture. Absolute nightmare of a company. Ridiculous quality of the Sofa that gave way within a week. Then, all the best trying to get it fixed as well, it's been over two weeks and there's no fix. Avoid this scam of a company which seems very attractive but is one of the worst furniture companies I've ever seen. Terrible quality, terrible service! Stay far and wide away.

Worst customer service, delivery timing coming to me with wrong sizes at 1:00 am, keep calling customer service with no response. Not recommended it’s expensive and bad experience with delivery, and product. Sofa came without cleaning. Bed came with different sizes, and no follow up on the issues. And they left me without any single support. Not recommended at all.

The experience was amazing with Mohammad Ibrahim. He went beyond with helping us choose the right design and fabric. His knowledge and expertise are really amazing. Honestly with out his assistance we wouldn’t buy any item. In terms of the shop, they provide really high level of flexibility to match ur need and home design.

Good concept of home furniture. You can buy ready samples or order customized furniture. The only thing that should be improved is delivery process (I bought bed from this store and they delayed with delivery up to one week), plus very bad customer service phone assistance , few days nobody picked up the phones ….

REFUND MY MONEY IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO FULFILL THE ORDER!! They shipped my bed with missing parts, promised to deliver the remaining piece last week, then stood me up 2 times. Now Im trying to call over 20 times and no one picks up the phone. What kind of business is this??
