I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Home Box furniture shop, and I feel compelled to share my frustration. This store has proven itself to be entirely untrustworthy when it comes to vouchers, and their lack of professionalism is astounding. The ordeal began when I was promised a specific item in exchange for a voucher. We had an agreement, and I eagerly made the trip to their store to collect my promised item. However, upon arriving, I was met with a shocking change of mind from the staff. None of them seemed to be capable of handling a customer issue with any degree of professionalism or integrity. I have raised my concerns multiple times, both during visits to the store and through email communications, but it's become painfully evident that Home Box does not care about their reputation. Their blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and their cavalier attitude are truly disheartening. I feel utterly let down by Home Box and strongly caution others against trusting this shop with their hard-earned money. In my experience, they have proven themselves to be unreliable and indifferent to the impact their actions have on their customers. Word of mouth can make or break a business, and Home Box seems to have forgotten the value of good customer service and trust.

I had a fantastic experience with the sales executive named Mr. Rajendaran at the furniture shop. Their customer service was exceptional in every way. They greeted me warmly, listened attentively to my preferences, and guided me through various options with expert knowledge. Their patience and willingness to address all my queries were remarkable. I never felt pressured to make a purchase and appreciated their genuine concern for my satisfaction. Their professionalism and courteous demeanor created a welcoming environment. Thanks to their help, I found the perfect furniture pieces. I highly commend their outstanding service and will undoubtedly return for future purchases. Truly a top-notch experience!

We recently purchased a 3-seater, 2-seater, and a single sofa set from the Home Box showroom located in Silicon Oasis Mall. During the transaction, the salesperson inquired about the dimensions of our building's lift, to which I provided accurate measurements. However, upon delivery, there were only two individuals present who were unable to fit the sofa set into the lift. Citing this challenge, they refused to transport the sofas to our apartment on the fourth floor. They further stated that carrying the furniture via the staircase was not feasible due to its narrowness and clarified that such an effort was beyond their company policy. This experience has led me to caution potential customers of Home Box. It appears that their focus might be primarily on making a sale, with little regard for post-purchase customer care or ensuring the practicality of delivery. This lack of foresight and inadequate service has been disappointing and something to be mindful of when considering a purchase from them.

This is the worst store I have ever had to deal with! STAY AWAY. I ordered several home items and they came damaged. Additionally, I ordered a dresser from the Silicon Center store and it came damaged. I have spoken to six different people and each person has given me a different story with no one being able to resolve the issue. I was told that I bought it in store so I had to go to them to deal with it. I went to the store and it wasn't in stock any more so I would have to return it and go back to the store for a refund. The store doesn't have a working number (the call center doesn't even have it!), and it is impossible to get in touch with the store. So I called the call center and they said actually some one will come replace the damaged part and you aren't allowed to return it. I already bought a different dresser since I was initially told I can't get a replacement! I am still waiting for someone to resolve this issue. This is truly the worst customer care I have ever experienced.

One of the worst outlets because of the negligent staff. It was a weekday around 5pm when I visited and there were no customers just me alone and even then the staff failed to assist me. Some of them made this weird expressions upon seeing me, some of them ignored me upon calling them for help. And some of them did not listen to what I wanted and just ran away to do something else while I was still talking. Farhan ( one of the staff ) was always in a rush running here and there and did not assist me properly. The store was so huge and big and if I am at one end this guy used to run away to another end and I had to always always call him because no one else entertained me. Very bad experience not satisfied but since I wasted my hour and a half I had to place order. But I would never ever visit here again. Unprofessional staff, 0 knowledge and not helpful at all. I had a work of 15-30 mints and because of them it ended up in an hour and a half. What a waste of time energy.

I had purchased a wardrobe - Kulltorp 4 door with mirror. The quality of the handles were so fragile and it got broken the next day. We had raised a complaint with Home box and awaiting a solution. Didn't expect Home box to deliver and install such a cheap quality wardrobe. It isn’t worth the money spent. Update as on - 18th Dec 2023 - Irrespective of the message from the owner the issue raised was not being addressed till date. I am still trying to get a solution here. This was escalated 15 days back and it’s not being addressed properly. The customer service team keeps telling me to wait and they claim saying that the issue has been escalated to the concerned team. For the mistake of the poor quality, we aren’t sure why we are being asked to wait for the rectification. Poor redressal team over all.

Bad company in service and dealing with customers, especially the Silicon Oasis branch and the branch manager I bought a sofa from the Home Box company, the Silicon Oasis branch, and the seller did not know anything about the product. He did not tell me that it comes in one piece. On the day of delivery, it turned out that the sofa did not fit the elevator, and Home Box asked me to bring workers from outside the company and to pay the workers for them from In order to deliver and install the sofa, and when contacting the company's headquarters(customer service), I release them from their responsibility. I do not recommend dealing with this company at all.

I strongly advise against buying if you want to receive the product on time! I ordered furniture for my new apartment, and on the scheduled delivery day, no one called, and the product was not delivered. The hotline provided no information. I had to go to the store to find out. It turned out that they had no plans to deliver the product to me, and I waited all day for nothing. The staff offered to refund or return the money for express delivery, which never happened. In the end, they gave a 5% discount (which turned out to be a standard option). In summary, not the best experience with this company. Think twice before ordering from them.

I don’t recommend dealing with this branche at all, I have been client for homebox fir long time, but I am very disappointed by the service in this branch, items are aleays messy and not organized, sales team can’t answer simple questions about the products and prices are not updated. Lately I wanted to buy a curtain, displayed price was 119, the cashier wanted to charge me 199 without any explanation of WHY I have to pay more? He just said the prices are increasing, which is statement against the law, I will avoid shopping from this branch untill they improve the service and the staff.

Rajendran has both soft and hark skills , he is knowledgeable about the products and he managed to identify what I was looking for and according to my cost and once I chose the products he brought trolley without asking him and he placed my items inside trolley without realizing , I could see the HR use right people in right place and he deserves to be leader to coach staff in doing same . I recommend home box not only for their products and prices but mainly for the staff outstanding performance and kindness .

We went to home box to purchase a carpet, and we met Ahmed there. He was extremely friendly, and he has amazing selling techniques. We were about to leave the store without purchasing anything, but then he convinced us to stay and look at other different options, and we did find a carpet that we like and brought. He even folded it properly and put it in a bag for us to take it home. I must say he is one of the best you have there at home box.

Very poor customer service was there waiting in the billing for almost 20 min and the staffs are busy in there own work . No empathy for the customer and they were 6 of them behind the billing counter doing nothing . Is this how u treat a customer? Looks like the staffs are not given enough training for billing and one points to other for billing . Very disappointed

Less collections, less stock compared to other homebox stores and by the way they don't let you carry the trolley outside the shop. We had to carry the bags in our hand and when asked they say its their store policy, luckily I didn't buy bulky item else I would have had to carry on my head. Kindly note this is the policy of a furniture shop and not a grocery.

We purchased furniture and bed for our guest house , and they delivered the wrong item instead of the night table they delivered mirror! And got extra charge for express delivery and delivered bed without mattress!!! And after followup they said the mattress was out of stock . Very bad services do not recommend for anybody

I really love to shop from homebox whether it's online or in store. Great products at reasonable prices and they usually have promotions. You can also easily find what you need as the displays are well organized. I think they just need to improve their costumer service. Overall its always feels good to shop here.

Be careful with the delivery and installation team , if you are not on top of everything then they will do a nothing job and leave . I ordered an outdoor gazebo which was delivered but not installed on the ground as they did not have a power drill with them. An hour later the gazebo broke

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!! They are a scam having to book 2 times for them to come. And then said the cannot assemble the furniture and they left. Complaint department is a joke. Talked to nini and she was useless they just wanted me to buy a more expensive wardrobe

I purchased a bed, and it broke within 10 minutes of receiving and installing it, simply from sitting on it. The home-box team claims it's not their responsibility, likely due to their awareness of the poor material, as they aim to avoid being held accountable.

We just moved to Dubai and got settled in Silicon, wanted to get house holds and hence we went to Home Box in Silicon central mall. Mr. Rajendran assisted and guided us through all our requirements in terms of size and models. It was of great help. Thanks!

Sales team pushes to purchase a product claiming that the offer will expire today. A notable drama in the shades of customer care. Installation was pathetic and so as the product. It’s better to stay away compare than to make a decision.

Good place to find less amount price items for your house from furniture to decorative accessories. They have beds and sofas for a lesser price but good in quality highly recommended for a lesser budget.
