Cheryn,: stayed 25th dec night along with 4 friends. It's all started with we friends ( from chennai ) want to meet each other for a reunion. And parallely we can want to give a surprise bonfire birthday party to one of our friend . Initially we booked Clarks exotica.They didn't even arrange for a bonfire to start with Then we cancelled and booked at garden Asia for same purpose and the sequence of incidents go as follows . I have contacted MD mr. Jegannath. He casually told us visit our resort then we can arrange from there . Though skeptical , I believed his words and after reaching they passed just bake number . They simply told pull me up cakes or any cake we can't deliver today (25th December ) . Choose any cake from the menu we have . At that time I have was totally dejected and reached the reception area with anger At that time Mr. Jegannath was there coincidently and took my tension into his head . Then the magic started unwinding . He used his influence and called multitude of pasteries to freeze a pull me cake from a bakery shop in the bangalore 11 km away and he made sure it reaches our spot. Could u people guess how they arranged . Yes they sent two people from the resort to recieve it from that place . Btw the day this is happening is on 25th December . So just think of arranging a pullmeup onspot. along with bonfire facilities and to make the celebration more special . He arranged a open area dining along with that . And a soft music . To make the moment more special. Btw these are his suggestion to make this a grand one. Even we didn't thought in this way . I was happy and even then i was tensed how the celebration will unfold . Oh my goodness. Everything unfolded as discussed and they made this simple planning into a great mini festival for us . All were arranged in a perfect and grand way . Spots were chosen near smimming pool for bonfire with soft music and decorated sitting area and wowow staffs are co ordinating in a pleasant way and made this into a great festival . . And they allowed us to enjoy our dinner and chitchat along with music almost for entire night . By evenings unlike other resorts they allowed to play Indoor games also till 9 pm. So we enjoyed billiard table . And we checked out by morning to visit sangam and mekadatu for that also they helped us how to reach and planning. A resort who stands by the name of hospitality . During covid and Christmas time itself if they can provide such a hospitality . It's really no words to explain . I am from other state who can't co ordinate multiple things at bangalore . They came as boon to our plannings . Btw for this what u expect from so called big resorts they wid have charged a bomb. U will really surprise urself after seeing the total bill. They never took single penny for the logistics part. Which really surprised me . They spent so many man hours to receive the cake and arrange dinner at the table. Arranging for the event. We are just a group of 5. So for 5 people they don't have to spend so much time for this small event to make it a grand one. We really don't know why Mr. Jagannath helped us so much . He just took my tension into his head. The person who is epitome for the word EMPATHY and HOSPITALITY. A very big salute to you sir . A place that showed us what hospitality really is . I am very sure if we have taken Clarks exotica , we wudnt have celebrated this much . Now this stay got etched into our memory . For number of reasons. Look if u r looking for lacuna by comparing with top 5 resorts in bangalore u can . But if u r one of those people who are looking for experience then u can choose this property . Now i got emotionally attached to the team . Ms. Roshini, Mr. Dev, Mr. Bikram are few people whose co ordination and hospitality are beyond words . All are coordination with satellite phones across property and get u things delivered on time without showing face . Big Salute to the entire property. thanks Mr. Jagannath and the entire crew.

We had booked 4 rooms for 4 families including kids. I can NOT rate it even 1 mainly due to their rude and negligent attitude towards customers. For a resort, I would keep 3 things in mind to rate it. 1. Rooms and attached bathroom hygiene:- - Rooms were big enough but not clean. - Wall storage cabinets were very bad in condition. - Nothing really done to get rid of cockroaches and mosquitoes. - Electricity got tripped a few times and there was no quick response. - They refused when requested for mob cleaning. - Bathrooms had leakages and toilet fittings were not good at all. - Bathrooms were not clean and bucket was also very old and unhygienic. - Wash basin tap was not fit properly. - Tooth brush and paste were not provided. 2. Outdoor and indoor activities:- - Indoor games were in good condition. - Games room is at 2nd floor in a different building without any lift. - Outside lawn was good and clean but there was no arrangement to get rid of mosquitoes everywhere in the evening. - Swimming pool was full but not so clean and also unavailable due to unclear reasons. 3. Hospitality and service:- - Room service staff is okay but they keep reminding you what is free in booking and what is not, literally everytime we asked for a tea or snacks etc. - They refused to provide some water bottles in game room on 2nd floor which had no drinking water arrangement. - The behavior of the lady at reception was not polite with no realisation. - There was no support for taking luggage to the room. - They provided torn and dirty quilt covers and bed sheets. - The food was not served as per our convenience. They just seemed in hurry to get done with serving. - Food quality was not great but only average. - Specially chicken biryani was not qualified for biryani at all. - They didn't clear tea pots and cups etc in time. Things were just left in room after service. - They told complementary breakfast but they were not serving that happily. They were again looking to get done quickly. - There was no sign of hospitality in serving food like asking whether we needed anything else or how the food was or anything like that. - The owner ( atleast the person behaving as one but no idea what he was) kept coming and talking unnecessarily everytime to get positive reviews without really doing anything to make us a happy customer. - They confirmed on entry a different set of rooms with 2 on each side of corridor for our convenience but all the rooms were in same row despite having all rooms unbooked on the floor for that day. - There was no high chair for little kids. For all above reasons, I NEVER RECOMMEND this place to anyone.

The Garden Asia Resort is best hotel in Mysore road! Prices are excellent, I have stayed with my family for a weekend and honestly I am so happy we found this place. I will start from check in- in the lobby gave us our room keys!!! All with help of very nice, friendly and professional manager MR SUNIL who have great as at the entrance. We felt special from the beginning to the end. Beautiful lobby with - all Amenities free to use for guests- surly can make you feel like you home. The room was lovely, super clean with most comfortable bed I have ever slept on! And OMG love they pillows!!!:))) Bathroom with shower very clean. Reception was very helpful in directing us to Restaurant and bar , so we have great night out as well. After we came back - we found out that on every floor there are water stations with bottles so you can take them to the room! - if we run out of tea, Tea maker available in the room! Its really like they thought of everything to please your stay! We tried food room service as well and in 20 min was delivered to our room! so happy with our stay that actually was sad to leave! Ismail who checked us out was very sweet and friendly. Overall I had best stay ever in Bangalore !!! and definitely will back there and will recommend this peace of heaven in Bangalore to everyone!!:) THANK YOU THE GARDEN ASIA RESORT!:)

If I could give this hotel zero stars, I would. A truly pathetic resort if you ask me or any other sane person who's had a stay here (very much questioning the living standards of people who gave this resort 4 and 5 stars). The pictures provided are deceiving, nothing is close to what you see on the internet except the exterior. For the price they took for the suite room (7k per night), the service was horrendous to say in the least. Every item we ordered to the room took at least 2 hours to deliver. There's no room service and the staff is ignorant of the guests. The breakfast menu has no variety except generic south Indian dishes. The restaurant in general does not cater anything more than what your local roadside dhaba would. The furniture in the room is outdated and nowhere close to the standards of the exterior of the resort. The bathroom has to be the most horrible part of the stay, the shower faucets are barely functioning and the hygiene is in shambles. If you truly want to enjoy a weekend getaway or a stay, I would never recommend this place.

We had 2 days corporate meet at The Garden Asia. Beautiful place, the entire team of the resort are very friendly. (last visit we were disappointed) But now the New Management & Staff were much courteous. The rooms are good and food was also great. our 2 days stay was great. Only issue we faced was on the WIFI. The staff here is very flexible ,despite poor communication skills , they make a good effort. Good food ,fantastic ambience , special thanks to the Chef & service team for obliging our customized Nati style non veg orders. Bar Structure and looks have to be improved a lot. Choice of hard liquor have to more. Overall Good Value for money , very cooperative , friendly staff. Team building session and adventure activities are mind blowing. Plenty of lawned areas for activities, good food ,perfect ambiance . Thanks to one and all for making our corporate event succesful. rest assured we are coming back ....

This was a family trip with wife and my 2 yr kid. Over all it was a satisfactory feel. The resort is covered with lush green, with added rains in Bangalore (since its June). Rooms were quit good. Food was satisfactory. - ATTENTION: most of the rooms have open windows which is very low about 3.5 ft, by this you are risking with kids / drunk adults. Its better to have a grill before a major mishap happens. Improvements: - front office people should be more friendly with the guest, did not find that enthu in serving the guest apart from few people who stays in evening. - restaurant needs to have more face lift, as the staffs are very slow and upon that the food served for buffet is not worth of the money. Need more improvements. - indoor games are less in choice. - can have more attractions interms of birds for kids as you have a lot big open space.

The resort and the ambience was extremely poor Firstly the rooms are in extremely poor condition The air conditioner doesn't work properly and there is no AC at all in the other partition of the suit room. The staffs are really rude..especially there was this one guy NELSON who kept knocking the door during night hours for us to pay the tarriff in the middle of the night.... The taps leak, showers don't work, the bathroom doors don't lock and the TV won't work.❌❌❌ The pool was maintained very badly.... If you guys wanna stay in resorts near wonderla please look for other resorts...they might be little bit far but it might make your trip better.... AND THE MANAGER GUY ASKED ME TO REMOVE MY COMMENT‼️‼️‼️

Not even fit for single star rating.. worst service and nil maintenance in the rooms. found cockroach as soon as I enter the room and nonstop sneezing once we switch on the AC. room is not cleaned and lots of dust. Not at all recommended for people who needs hygienic and pleasant stay. especially for babies. No lock for bathroom door and there is a broken vent inside the bathroom. Don't expect quick service in the restaurant. u can order your lunch during the breakfast..so that u can receive it on time.. this is the worst resort I have ever seen in my life. private party and DJ music is of great disturbance. Wen requested to reduce the sound they dint adhere. May be recommended for corporate events. Definitely not for family.

We a group of senior citizens visited Garden Asia resort for a self made day out.Initial contact by me was with Mrs.Leela V.K marketing manager.She gave all information and decided to have buffet and relaxation on their garden.On 9th august 2022we all spent our time here and every one enjoyed out door and lunch buffet.Food was delicious.and four kids enjoyed zip line and swimming etc.Food placing for buffet and serving on time made us happy.(apart from taste neat and clean was plus point) Very co operative was Mrs. Leela and her team in providing all help for our need. I had booked the room here for staying on my son's birthday after visiting wonderla. Ended up checking out within an hour. Saw bed bug in the room that was provided. When we checked in, the bedsheet looked soiled and there were ladies hairs .. asked the staff to put fresh sheets which also looked very old but better.. within 10 minutes we saw bedbug and that spoiled the whole trip.. we ended up checked out within an hour of checking in.. i will not advise people to go to this hotel. Their maintenance is bad, looking at the condition of the room i was provided. Paint was coming out.. very old bedsheets.. The booking was done through MakeMyTrip and i was expecting them to do the refund which they could not..

One of a kind experience. Nice place for outing and relax with family and friends for a day or two. Restaurant is amazing and food is very hygiene and tasty. Overall 100% value for money.. Staff is professional and humble. At your service all day. The management has been topnotch. They offer so much for the kids, i have been to many resorts but the activities for kids is never ending at the The Garden Asia. All Services were very prompt and really enjoyed throughout our stay! We stayed for 2 days and it was a perfect staycation in Bangalore. It has the biggest pool and huge lawn.

We have conducted our corporate get-together for 350 people at this resort. I would rate this resort is below average for corporate events. The management is more money oriented and service is not upto the mark. Relationship team was not friendly. Cons: Resort looks dry, lawns are not clean Auditorium hall looks untidy and stage is not good Lunch food was not good - briyani was too salty, soup was too sour, raita had too much water Food was not served by hotel volunteers Pros: Nice swimming pool Summary: Not recommended for corporate events

It's an average Resort. Rooms were not so cleaned specially bathroom. Even room Service was poor. Resort staff was polite but bit lazy :P I felt so. Overall it's good place, could be better just need to focus on little little basic things to the management and staff. Games which were offered to us was not good. Most of the Games Kit was broken or not available and not well maintained. I'm giving rating 3 stars because I liked the Food here if order separately not buffet. We were there for 2 days, I enjoyed the food but please note this : Buffet was worst I've ever experienced, cost was around 650 for per person.

Its a good place with lots of greenery around. One can relax and feel peace amidst nature. There are avenues for indoor and outdoor activities. The food quality also good. Above all the staffs and hoteliers were very friendly and cooperative. They catered to our requests very humbly and made sure we were comfortable. This made our stay really cool. And special thanks to Roshni and Anjana who were super amazing people. They made every possible effort at their end to make sure our 5 nights stay at resort is absolutely comfortable. Wonderful place to spend a day out with friends and family. Lot of activities like cricket, volleyball, badminton etc are available. The best place here is the pool which is very spacious. The resort is very well maintained and the rest rooms are very clean. The restaurant has a nice ambience. But the taste of the food can definitely improve. There is also a hall that can be used for meetings and events. The staff can be more responsive and welcoming to the guests, felt they are not that warm to the visitors. Overall, a very good place for get togethers and team outings.

Nice location, parking facilities available. Central AC is good, Menu dishes like Non, Veg Biryani, gobi manchurian, panner masala, Rasam, curdrice, icecream etc good. Yesterday the 12th anniversary of Extasy Healthcare was celebrated here. Many achievers received recognitions and awards. The coordination and bonding between all like one family creates homely atmosphere All leaders including Management participated in cultural and dance programs. It is really a memorable day for everyone. A Car achiever also added attraction in the event.

I loved the pool. It was clean. the property is beautiful and room was spacious. but I would still not come back here as the services were extremely poor. It took more than 2 hours for dinner to arrive and it took exceptionally long for 2 cups of tea as well. The food quality was good though but the service ruined it. No one helped when we kept complaining that WiFi did not work. The DTH balance got over and it took a long time for them to fix this. The buffet breakfast was very basic with just idli vada, bread, eggs n cornflakes.

The resort can be found easily if you follow the Google map. The neighbourhood surroundings around the resort are not very eye pleasing. The place can be better maintained. The hall is a massive one, The dining area is appealing and food is really awesome. The rooms are very average and again could have been maintained better. It gives you a resort feel but somewhere leaves you with a lack of professional feel. The front office staff and restaurant staffs are very courteous and helping. Overall an average resort.

It is a great resort at a great location no doubt but there are certain things which are well not really up to the mark. Firstly the location is very difficult to locate on Google Maps, it gives you a very weird route. The breakfast is so average for a price that you can have excellent breakfast in, I suggest you take breakfast some place else. However the staff is really good and coperative. The area is huge for a stroll and some great fun adventure activities too.

Over-all experience was quite amazing, Rooms were very clean and hygiene as we took executive rooms house keeping and reception were warm and all the issues were taken care immediately... food was just amazing but but expensive Pool was very big and very clean.other playing things for kids was all broken and rusted. television was dumpy piece, Set up box was not working whole day food services was very bad, took almost half an hour to serve the food.

Awesome place to relax near to the city but not inside city! The place is huge and rooms are good & neat for the price! This has adventure games including paint ball and zip line. We had a gala of time in this resort for 3 days with family of 80 people! Except few hiccups like projector was not working properly and some of the food items are not in good but otherwise its a wonderful place and would recommend others!!! It has a rain dance area too!!

My old review: Nice place, friendly staff, good food option, nice ambience, you will get all drinks at reasonable price. Not expensive. My daughter likes aqueraum and play with fishes and cleans aquarium and feeds fishes. So nice place and not feeling like we are partying in Bangalore. New review: Worst service. New management is worst. Really expensive, charging 30 to 40 % more than MRP. Mr. Mitra managed well before. Better avoid.

Yes the stay was really excellent,with very cordial staff & they ensured everything as per our request.Even the staff at restaurant were really good & I made special request for food since my kids are just 1 year & 3 years old.They ensured food as per kids. It is a very nice hotel every one should try this hotel and this hotel isvery clean hotel and the activities are swimming,table tennis,gym, cricket, badminton. Staff are very cooperative. Even Adventure sports and ZIP line was awesome and Mr Pranesh was very good guide and made our tour memborable. Rooms are the only things which need maintenance.

The resort is just okay.The rooms are spacious but the space is not well utilised. In a suite room for 4 they just have one bed for 2 people and the other two have to sleep on mattresses on the ground as they have kept small sofas in the other room. They did not have cheese at all whenever we asked them for a cheese sandwich.Food is just okay, half the things we require aren't on the menu. Place was quite disappointing.

Except Swimming pool nothing is there to enjoy, we visited for corporate outing so i don't know about rooms. Restaurant is worst only 4-5 staff available for whole service took almost 2 hr to serve food. Nothing special in food quality and even costly also. There are so many wonderful resorts available in surrounding with best amenities to enjoy.

We had worst experience in the resort room. Booked 2 executive rooms on 28th Aug 2021 for 7000 rs. No facilities in the room (no fridge, no woven, no iron box, no welcome drink). It took us 30 mins to get hot water from tap. Most important is room had mosquitoes. Please avoid staying in this resort. Not worth the money.

Nice Ambience. Peaceful surroundings. If you are planning to host a party, you must try this resort. I visited this place couple of days back for a function and found it to be up to my expectations. Located in the outskirts, I was impressed by its design and structure. To explore this place fully and to discover what it has to offer, I recommend one must consider it for weekend getaway.

We had been for our team outing and it's a good place to hangout. Rooms are available and it's maintained well. There are 2-3 garden lawns, where we can have party, team building activities and many more. However quality of the plates, spoon, cups used to have food is on slightly lower side. Since it's within the city limits, easy to commute. Overall it's a nice place.

Everything is fine but the service is very bad and they don't even leave a single penny to be left in ur pockets.so please be aware of the torture they provide after ur contract also. If possible quit resort for any occasion. Very bad servise

Location and property is good. But rooms need improvement . No electric kettle or arrangement of tea/ coffee. In the name of toiletries 2 tiny soaps and shampoo pouch was there. TV was not working. No hanger in cupboard . Service in dining hall was pathetic. Needs more in number and skilled staff.

Location is good. Visited the resort as part of company get together. But found it was not worth of money. It's competitors are far far better. Need to improve in lot of things. Badminton and volley ball courts made us to leave the game. Swimming pool was the best one. If improved it will attract too ma y people.

Amazing resort, very close to the city and perfect for weddings. They have 60 rooms, a super swimming pool, a big lawn and a very big hall to conduct events like reception and wedding. Will highly recommend

Went on a friend's wedding recently, not a great place to hangout for a vacation just a peaceful place for private parties and maybe budget weddings too! Service wasn't upto the mark , as they went out of towels at a point!

Big and nice resort for one day fun activities , Swimming pool is small , Activity like zip line is good but its very short travel. Food is okay not up to the mark , non veg very less item. Rain dance but no rain when we went for rain dance .

Had a memorable stay!! The resort is very good. The food and management staff are very good, their response to your query is good. I have visited the resort twice with my fiance and both the times we enjoyed at lot. The rooms are well maintained,clean and very good. Looking forward to visit again!!

The stay was excellent and very delicious homemade kind breakfast. Superb campfire experience and location view. Srijeeth front office manager, you are really awesome dealing with customers. We really enjoyed the trip and stay. Thank you all the staff members to make it more comfortable for us.

Economical Resort for team out and one day stay. Spacious and nice rooms. Good bathrooms. Outdoor games a little options like badminton, Ball etc. Indoor- TT, Snooker and Gym. Swimming pool also good. Only restaurent is costly. Lunch ok. Tea and Dinner better to go out to nearby Dabas.

I had been there to wedding ceremony. The place seems to be good but there is no proper lights at the entrance of the resort. This place is easy to find and buses are also available to commute to this place. Ola and uber services are feeble but available. My knowledge here is limited.

Had a pretty great experience was there to attend a wedding so the wedding was amazing but i suggest them a add a few more amenities to keep the guests entertained.

We went to this resort for women's day we enjoyed one the staff ms. Leela was so sweet and she help lot...service is good and my suggested to improved your kitchen food quality and taste

This place can get better in all the necessary departments. Except for its charges and location. It surely requires more maintenance and better service from higher staff. The rooms and halls are nice but the pool wasn't clean ‍♀️‍♀️

Good service but basic rooms. Location is close to mysore road highway. Has a swimming pool and a few indoor games. Not much activities to do.

Rooms have horrible bathroom. Exterior look is amazing but inside quality is very poor. Good only for exterior functions. It's quite inner to Mysore road.
