We celebrated one of the most important event of our life , our daughter’s wedding . All our guests were very happy with the spacious rooms, great landscaping and the most important , amazing food. Our event would not have gone through smoothly without the tremendous collaboration from the polite , hardworking staff at the resort. The House keeping head Manjunath was ever present and ready to help out with barrage of requests. He is terrific. F&B manager Raj Kalyan is a man of tremendous patience and always ready to provide solutions . We owe a lot to for this event’s success. I can’t praise enough the food made by Chef Mahesh and Prem. All three days of the event food was awesome ! I would also like to thank Zen ( Zenobia) who helped us through contracts . Her was always prompt in response and also spent time to explain meticulously without getting tired. The following changes Angasana management could consider to make their property more attractive: - Making the resort more easier for senior citizens by organising golf carts to move around with ease because the resort is really sprawling and many of our guests struggled . - Keeping more wheelchairs - Planning for seating arrangement that is proportionate with total number of guests expected during lunch and dinner will reduce inconvenience and will allow more people to sit , especially during non corporate events where people from all ages participate. - Building more toilets near the event areas like CC hall, Burgandy etc . During large events just two toilets are very inadequate . - The tennis court where we were given space to put up the wedding Mantap , had a strong stench coming from the STP close by. If the management plans to offer this venue for weddings then it’s very critical to address this issue

Check in: 2pm | Check out: 11am?? Is this is the new standard. Next we might have to check out by 9am itself. We decided to spend a day and night at Angsana for my in laws’ 40th wedding anniversary. We booked two rooms and when we got there to check in (my husband and I got there a bit earlier) we asked if anything special could be done for my in laws since they are celebrating a milestone. I do admit that I should have checked on this a few days before checking in but we thought something small could still be done. The staff said they could arrange and decorate the room but on a chargeable basis. What?? Normally such requests at Indian hotels and resorts are happily done without much fuss. Just a few things like flowers, balloons maybe a small cake and no fuss is created. We let go of that and saw that checkout has now become 11am. Didn’t realise this is the new standard as I have been travelling a bit more this past few years and seen checkout at most established 4/5 star hotels is 12 and they graciously will offer a late checkout upto 2pm even if they can genuinely accommodate. We were given 1 hour extension ONLY on one room only. A 1 hour extension brings it to the general standard of check out timings is what I was thinking. Overall rooms are decent. Cannot call them 5-star looking rooms but maybe 3/4-star. The ambience of the place is nice. Surrounded by trees and greenery all around so gives a relaxed feeling. It’s not a bad place for a quick getaway from blr. Food was average. Not from a taste perspective, but to be honest, my husband and I felt quite uneasy after eating their meals. It tasted good but we both felt unusually fuller for the quantity we consumed leaving us uncomfortable for a long time. Staff is nice and helpful and I don’t blame them for the points brought up. It’s the hotel management that sets its protocols. They just have to follow it so no complaints with the staff.

One of the best holidays we (myself with wife and kid) ever had. Beautiful, well maintained property with excellent service , food and serene environment. Check in was peaceful, security and the front desk staff welcomed with a smile. Check in formalities were quick and we were inside our 1 Bed room suite in less than 10 mins. All facilities inside the resort is well maintained and have a good indoor / outdoor playing area with Swimming pool and clean pathways that makes your walk interesting. Its is a child friendly place and have some good entertainments / indoor games that kids will enjoy. Restaurants are a real gem of this place where the Chefs and waiters amazed us with their hospitality and outstanding food. Thankyou so much for making our tummies happy! Overall, an extremely satisfied client and we for sure will go back again and again and again :)

Me and 4 other friends from college just went there last weekend on the 12th of October. We stayed there for 2 nights. The resort is firstly overpriced and is not up to the mark. There is space outside the resort, but inside the resort is not so spacious. Ive been to multiple resorts in bengaluru, but none of them were so overpriced and had less space also. When we had room service, they immediately requested for payment even though we requested to add them in the bill and we will pay at the checkout, but they did not oblige. Architecture is very old and they have to update room looks, interiors , etc. Food was good, fscilities like cycling and swimming pool, sauna were decent. Again when they charge us so much money, we expect nothing less than topnotch. Hope they take this to account and make the necessary changes.

Stayed here for two nights after a late arrival at Bangalore airport - about 45 mins away by taxi. It’s a way out of the city centre, which is quite good as it’s therefore quiet. The hotel complex is set amongst very attractive gardens and they contain a very imaginatively designed swimming pool, free for guest use. Dinner and breakfast are both buffets of high standard food. The rooms are large and airy and spotlessly clean, or at least ours was. If we ever return to Bangalore we would choose to stay here. Very good value for money. Special thanks to all the kind and courteous staff, especially Namini, they all made the stay very pleasant.

It's a great resort to relax and unwind. The lack of day packages makes this resort less crowded. The executive rooms were large and had a big lawn out back. The buffet breakfast and dinner was tasty. The high tea was pretty average. The bad part - booking for this resort for a number if people was quite a pain, we had to call numerous numbers many times before we got a confirmation. The number provided in the website/google is of no help.Also there was a lot of confusion in the final billing. They should really streamline this process

Spacious rooms with not so comfortable beds. Room service was good. Buffet options in all the three courses were really unique. Chicken lovers can find 1 or no curries as we had only starters and rice for our dinner buffet. Nevertheless there were veg options, for vegetarians. A lot of walking from the rooms to buffet place and also the same for the activities area. Needed to climb steps. Which is okay as far as any family member cannot do it and will find difficulty.

I visited this place with my family, only for lunch during the day time. We spent around 3-4 hours. It was a nice place, with very nice landscaping, swimming pool, spa and so many other facilities. This place is also very nice for meetings and seminars. Buffet lunch was having wide range of dishes and the quality and taste was really nice. Staffs were well behaved and courteous.

Just had a nice staycation at Angsana over the weekend. The reason I chose this property was because its perfect for a family with toddlers and my son loved it. The lawn areas and the play room especially are great to keep the kids entertained. We stayed at the one bedroom suite which is massive but the overall cleanliness of the bathroom can be improved. Food was great at tangerine and the buffet was so so. All in all, it’s still the best resort for a short getaway from Bangalore.

It is just a perfect place for a perfect break you want from your work and daily routine. Amazing food and really liked the idea of the kids play area that is a combination of games and books. The staff is very friendly and supportive. All in all, the right vacation spot you want to be in

It was nothing like I expected. It was crowded and not at all peaceful. There aren’t any cottages and view of all the rooms is another room which does not give sense of privacy. However, Room cleaning was very good. Rooms are neat and spacious. House keeping team Harini Amit was very helpful.

We stayed at one bedroom suite from Dec 25-26. Angsana resort is a beautiful property which is humongous. It is very well maintained. Staff is helpful, I would specially mention Mr Ravi who was very attentive to our needs. Lunch and breakfast spread was excellent and dinner spread was adequate. Had a wonderful time here! Would love to visit again.

We had a lovely getaway !!! A much needed break supported by Angsana. The experience was different . The property is very neatly maintained. The steam, sauna and Jacuzzi staff and the facility was excellent. Mr Ravi @ the sauna and steam was very courteous and kind . Helpful and professional and friendly staff. An experience worth enjoying.

We came in for a day spa treatment and brunch. The spa was good but on that day they did not have the ayurvedic massage despite us having booked in advance. The brunch though was a total disappointment. Very average food and most of the Indian food was made for a western audience. The rest of the fare was also meh.
