Okay....here is a good place to start.....the ticket price is a bit high, the inside was obviously crowded, the humidity was tolerable but walk ways could use some wall fans, and several glassed-in creatures had scum on the windows and was allowing to see the inside the enclosure. There were several staff throughout but not any to help keep the crowd moving. Lots of visitors stop in walkways trying to either figure out where to go next or to wait for family members left behind. Folks, please just move over so others can get thru. You don't have to stop in traffic walk ways. So 4 stars for lack of movement assistance by some staff that were available to keep it moving or to communicate that as nicely as possible. Yes many languages stop to visit but everyone knows what "please keep moving" means. Maybe I'm too critical but at $36 per person, it was too pricey to stand still every 15 ft and wait for folks to move over. Now, the good....plenty to see....various animals, concessions for food and drinks and parking is available ALL OVER THE WESTEND!!! Don't be forced into a over-pay parking. I parked a half block away for $1.50. Took 3 min to get in line!

Before you go, realize this is not an aquarium. It is an EX-aquarium that has mostly been converted into a zoo, mainly an aviary, with some nice remaining aquarium exhibits. That being said, it is utterly charming. The animals are well kept, the foliage and site are lovely, and the exhibits often feature multiple types of birds and animals together. The only reason it gets a 4, not a 5, from me is that they need to improve their educational content. Exhibit labels are done on iPads, for the most part, but many are broken and the best they can do is pop up a QR code to read about an exhibit. Replacing the iPads with signage (lots of people don’t have, or won’t use, QR reading on their phones) that is informational and still can have a QR code for those who want that, would be far better. Also, having a few docents around able and willing to talk about some of the animals would be an improvement. But overall, you should go. It’s a great way to spend about 3 hours if you genuinely like animals, especially birds. Ignore the people complaining about the price. These animals don’t feed themselves, and the upkeep on the lush exhibits isn’t cheap either.

Amazing time! The whole aquarium was clean and exhibits had amazing animals on display. The staff was very helpful and courteous. I enjoyed seeing all the animals in each exhibits. My favorite was the penguins. They reminded me of little people. The penguins had a nonchalant way about them. They seemed unbothered by the crowd of people staring at them. They appeared to be watching the crowd as if the crowd was the display instead of them. My least favorite was the snakes. I'm not a big fan of snakes. The aquarium is three levels. There are elevators for convenience to take you to each level. The tickets were not pricy at all. The aquarium does give student and military discount. Excellent for children of all ages. There was plenty parking places outside. The aquarium also has wheel chairs for persons with mobility issues. To obtain a wheelchair a identity card will be turned in to the customer service agent. Upon the end of the aquarium visit the identity card is returned upon the return of the wheel chair. The aquarium has gift shops located within as well as a small cafe.

So it was definitely a neat setup very rainforest like vibes which I'm sure the animals love. I say animals because they do have a variety of birds and amphibians along with the fish. I was excited to see the shoebill bird and they were in a good view to see. There aren't really any interactive parts to this aquarium like petting the stingrays or fish feedings really only looking at the animals. So this might not be th best place for kids under 8 since there's no interactive parts here. Some of the frogs,snakes, lizards they had were very had to find/see almost like they weren't in their exhibits so my 5yr old was kinda over and done with looking for them more of they weren't grabbing his attention. Some exhibits did seem a little small for some of the animals other than the birds they were allowed to fly arounds. He did love the 2 bat exhibits though he's been into batman so yea that was great. Again it was not a totally bad visit just might be for bigger kids. You do have to pay for parking fyi.

Plenty of colorful attractions indoors and out, on several levels. This facility is part aquarium, part zoo. Bathrooms were clean, and the staff we talked to were friendly. The creative and winding jungle-themed entrance adds to the anticipation of the exhibits. Our group of 4 adults took about two hours to view everything. Our favorites were the purple octopus, camouflaged sea dragons (sea horses) bioluminescent moon jellyfish, and the large sawtooth shark in the tunnel exhibit. (See photos) I was impressed with the apparent health of the aquatic life- the staff is definitely paying attention to make sure the animals have the proper water quality and nutrients. The aquaria look well established and healthy. Fish coloration was vivid and accentuated with lighting. Gift shop was naturally geared for elementary aged kids, but one suggestion would be to add more environmentally themed books for adults. Loved the QR codes for more information at exhibits. Tickets for adults were $30 each.

I really enjoyed my time walking through all of the exhibits here and I recommend that people check this place out. The staff member that taught me about the sawfish was friendly, knowledgable, and overall very professional-- I really appreciated their time. Here's some things that I hope they add, though: - signs as to what animal is on display, their status, and other key facts - - I want to learn more about the animals, not just view them - more information in general posted around the exhibits - making the "hidden" gems a little more easy to find with better signposting. - - the howler monkeys and the marmosets are very well hidden! - - once we noticed that there are "hidden" animals, we really combed every corner of the Dallas World Aquarium - - we almost missed the penguins and the axolotl - I love the shoebill and the Harpy Eagle, so those were both great surprises!

LINES... LINES... and more LINES!! It was a nice aquarium but definitely not worth the price. Two adults (one military) and one kid (3 yrs) almost $82.00. Parking across the street was $10.35 for a 24hr spot. We came on a weekend and the line was long to get to the main entrance. We purchased out tickets online, thankfully. The staff tells you to start on the 3rd floor but maybe stay on the bottom and work your way up. The place is small... even though the name has the word "World" in it. There is a lot to see but when it's over crowded, you're standing in lines just trying to get through it all. There are not enough bathrooms to accommodate all the people who go during peak times,so be prepared to stand in another line. The gift shop is decent but with everyone in the room it gets crowded quickly and it's hot. Overall, would not go back.

This place may have been great in the past, but when I took my family there, it was falling apart: -Poison Ivy growing everywhere? Along walkways, overhead, and in the exhibits. I informed several staff including managers but they shrugged it off. -Broken displays. Many of the exhibits had an unresponsive Android tablet in front; perhaps there was supposed to be an interactive element or a video, but these tablets were all stuck on the home screen. A large LED video wall was flashing glitchy patterns over its nature scenes. -Water leaks from pipes and exhibits made stinky slippery puddles. Rags were piled up around some leaks, creating a stinky eyesore. Overhead pipes dripped stinky water on guests inside as they viewed the exhibits, as well as outside after they exited the building.

Absolutely amazing! It was my dad’s first time being in an aquarium, and it definitely blew his socks off! We both loved it and saw some very cute creatures! In the gift shop, a older lady who worked there was telling us about the big manatee and how she was a rescue. She was very knowledgeable! The staff at the gift shops were kind. Definitely will come back! The parking situation was kinda weird, we bought a pass while getting tickets. We aren’t from the area, so finding the place to park was a bit of a hassle. Signs would be nice! I also love they partner with many different animal rescue groups to help bring endangered species back! I’d definitely support in any way I can! Loved it here! The aquarium wasn't technically all an aquarium. There were tiers to the experience. Floor 1 was birds, and we had the pleasure of a toucan type of bird flying with us and through our party. Floor 2 was more amphibious/land animals and some water dwellers. Floor 3 was the huge aquarium, small aquariums (some were deep sea creatures where you couldn't use flash), then the one feature our kids absolutely loved was the Shark tunnel. You walk through the middle of the shark enclosure and can kind of see the sharks swimming casually out, and then all of a sudden, they're next to you! There were 2 saw sharks that were ginormous and very cool to see. It was a fantastic time and worth the trip! The Penguins were a huge deal to but off to the side, and not many people visited them.

Pros: - I honestly don’t feel like you can call this an aquarium because there are way more land animals than marine animals. However, there are lots of animals to look at. - They have a manatee! Cons: -Even though we prepaid for our tickets online, we waited in a super long line to get in with the people who hadn’t paid yet. What is the point in buying your tickets online?! - Extremely crowded on small paths. It takes 5 minutes to go five feet. And if you stop to purchase water or go to the bathroom, it’s a lot of headache getting back in line. - The first three levels are a rainforest aviary and it’s hot. They have little areas where you can feel a cool breeze. But when it’s over 100 degrees outside, it does little to cut the heat.

Great aquarium! Very fun and interesting. Creatively decorated throughout to make you feel like you're in the rainforest. I have two complaints which I didn't feel negatively affected my experience. 1) It was labor day weekend so the place was packed, and we brought a stroller for our baby, big mistake, it was just slow moving through the sea of people with the stroller. 2) You are given a booklet of maps upon entry, and they are the worst maps I've ever used in my life, I like to think I'm a decent navigator having traveled halfway across the country several times before Google maps was the norm. My kids could have drawn better maps of the aquarium. Regardless of these two things, we had a great time.

This is a great aquarium. It also has birds and lizards and some monkeys and other small animals. I wish it had more fish tanks and places to sit to look at them. I feel like most of my time is wasted on looking at the small animals that by the time we get to the fish, I’m just done. I just want to sit and enjoy the fish. Then you get to the big tunnel tank, where you can sit and watch the fish swimming all around you. But it’s completely dark. The water is not lit. You can only see fish that come right up the glass. It did not used to be like this. You used to be able to see all the way through the water, watch the fish swimming all around and just enjoy the immersion. Now it’s just black water and lazy saw fish that sits on the top of the glass. So disappointing. This used to be my favorite part of the aquarium.

This is an aquarium which doesn’t feel like a typical aquarium, it is beyond that. How this place is setup is magical. Even on a hot day, it feels so cool inside with trees, bamboos, waterfalls. There are fishes ofcourse, but there are flamingoes, sloth, sharks, penguins, there are tigers as well. You can spend a whole day without getting bored. There are places in between to rest, there is a lot of shade and cool spots. There is a huge anaconda as well and it is at a height where kids can actually see it well. Since the aquarium is located in the heart of Dallas downtown, there is plenty of parking paid and free around the area. Weekends are crowded so better to go on weekdays.

This is an animal lovers wonderland! Their enclosures are big and beautiful and they have a plethora of different species to see. From the moment you enter you are greeted by big, beautiful birds and stunning foliage. From there, the walk through the aquarium is seamless and intuitive. You really get to see everything up close and if you come in the mornings when they open, you can even stroll leisurely and take your time. Warning: if you attend anytime after 11am on a weekend you will be close quarters with other visitors and will have to share views and shuffle through with the crowd. Either way, this is a wonderful place to spend a few hours in Dallas!

Really great aquarium in the heart of Downtown Dallas! We had a wonderful visit! I was expecting just your average fish tanks and tunnel aquarium but Dallas really does a nice job of putting together a complete experience! They have their exhibits split up by country and walk you through not only aquatic animals, but also birds and fowl, amphibians, some furry animals, a HUGE manatee, sharks, King crabs, penguins, sloth, monkeys, bats! And as you walk through the entire aquarium you are treated to a feast not only for the eyes but your other senses as well! They have a couple cafes set up as you walk thru, you can hear a lil howler monkey and smell the lush greenery…. It’s a great time to be had by young and old alike! A Definite must see if you are in the Dallas area!!

This place is ok. 2.5 stars. Overpriced; for 2 adults and 2 kids it was $100; plus $10 for parking. The building is pretty old and shows it’s age. It has no escalators. Just stairs and elevators. The bathrooms are a bit worn down. The customer service in the gift shop is poor. For an aquarium, I was surprised to see that around half the attractions weren’t fish or other water dwelling creatures. A lot of water adjacent animals. No big tank with a bunch of stuff. But some nice overhead tanks. And the manatee was amazing. Kids had a blast. Some of the corridors were a bit tight. Parking seems not very well protected. Overall, an ok time.

The aquarium is in the heart of Dallas and although parking seemed to be plenty, the lines were extremely long and the aquarium seemed to prioritize volume versus experience. Lines to get in, lines to move throughout the space, and overcrowding did not make this a pleasant experience. Three stars were awarded because the diversity of animals and they were enjoyable to see. The venue could have been enjoyed with 90% less people. Would be great if they developed an entry time slot. $15 closest parking, 2 adults= $65. Not worth it. The gift shop is the biggest exhibit in there. 3 sharks alone in the tunnel tank no other fish and it was dark. Definitely a place for plant lovers. Lots of plants everywhere. Two birds of each kind. One manatee. And if you don’t pay attention you’ll completely skip the penguins. Long lines. There’s more plants and birds than actual aquatic animals. The otter was definitely a performer. It was giving an adorable show. First and last time experiencing this unfortunately. A definite let down. Didn’t enter the cafes but can’t imagine them being comfortable with soooo many people constantly walking by. Lots of restrooms though. Wish I could get my money back.

This place is so much more than just fish in tanks. I was surprised to find an entire rainforest themed experience with exotic birds, plants, and fish/water creatures. The layout can be a bit confusing but a very helpful brochure is provided that shows the different animals/birds/fish you may encounter and serves as a "map" as well. One will need to pay attention or parts can be missed. But, the tunnel under the shark tank is quite interesting and I managed to spent over three hours exploring exhibits. The snacks/food were also reasonable.

What to say about the Dallas World Aquarium? We loved visiting this aquarium in downtown Dallas. It's perfect for guests of all ages, but it's always best for the little ones, as seeing their faces in awe is priceless. What's interesting about this attraction is that it is certainly way more than an aquarium. In many ways, it resembles a zoo. They have a restaurant but it was closed. Make sure to take your time when you visit so you don't miss a turn and miss out on an exhibit or too. Some floors are like a labyrinth! I highly recommend it!

It was 109 outside so as expected the lines were long. Unfortunately it was bit like waiting in line for a disney ride with out thw pay off. It felt like we were in line all the way through the place. The maps were confusing and even if you wanted to see a specofic thing you were waiting in line until you eventually ended up there. I absolutely love this aquarium! There are tons of amazing exhibits of birds, fish, and lizards, and even some mammals like bats! We even got to see the bats in one exhibit get fed during our trip! The aquarius is well laid out but I do recommend keeping in mind that there are a lot of stairs, including multiple flights at the beginning. Elevators are available but it should be kept in mind especially in a group. The food and drinks available inside were actually very reasonably priced, especially the frozen cocktails. A fantastic stop for anyone visiting Dallas or wanting a nice day trip downtown.

This was on OK experience. There were SOOOOO many people here. The crowding made it a little more difficult to see everything and/or take our time and enjoy it all. There were alot of great things about it as well, like the assortment of animals/fish, insects, etc. The lay-out was kind of poor. Several 'dead ends' and not much or poor directions. There were some massive fish though in the bottom tank. Large catfish? There was a sloth hanging out pretty close to the walk way, which was cool. Spotted a small monkey in a tree along a bridge that was fairly close as well. Overall a good experience.

The place is huge! It just kept going and going. Whoever designed this building/layout is a genius. I enjoyed ever last minute of it. I loved being able to see the other floors, getting a sneak peek as I was heading down. There were birds everywhere including where we were. The sloth and otter were cool. There were so many cool species there, but just fish or water animals. The shark tunnel was super cool. The penguins were confusing to get to, go downstairs and through the bookstore. There is a door you have to go through. Overall awesome experience. Took 2.5 hours for us to go through it.

Went here with the family and loved it. Even as you're standing in line there are exhibits to see which is a blessing with two small children. Even though it was a long line it moved quite quickly. I would recommend buying tickets online before hand as that really expedited getting inside. Flow was great and really prevented bottlenecks which are so prevalent. Loved the sloths, penguins and glow in the dark (bioluminescent) jellyfish. Definitely worth a return visit.

We went on a Tuesday, and the crowd was meager. The number of different species was the most surprising part; from several other monkeys, bats, and what feels like hundreds of birds for an aquarium, I was mainly expecting just fish, and they had them too. Great for kids, teens, and different date ideals. Bars and restaurants are located on different levels with benches located all around for breaks. A great place to beat the Texas summer heat.$$$

Amazing! Marvelous! Spectacular! This was a top-tier aquarium! It's one of the best I have ever been to, and I have been to tons! The facility is awesome! The selection of exhibits, the set-up and decor- everything about this place is #1! It reminds me of the Natural Science Museum in San Francisco, which one of my top 3 favorite muesums! Our family visited the Dallas World Aquarium on our Vacay this summer. We had always heard the best things about it. Where we did have a great time, we were a little disappointed about one thing - not all of the animals were out so people could see them. But - overall - wonderful experience! NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!! It was 108$ for two adults and two children. I saw pictures of sharks and long tubes of aquarium on the reviews but there were VERY LIMITED aquarium type things and definitely did not see any sharks. It was more a terrarium and had a ton of birds. There were a few monkeys, sloths and other neat creatures but not the aquarium we were expecting. It was over crowded and didn’t allow for any enjoyment. It was hot and the path for walking was complicated. Parking was expensive for the time it took to walk through. Not planning on going back.

I had the pleasure of visiting this beautiful aquarium, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere gave off a delightful indoor zoo vibe, making the experience even more captivating. The price of entry was definitely worth it, considering the incredible array of marine life on display. The entire attraction took about 1-2 hours to explore, providing ample time to admire the diverse aquatic species. Navigating through the aquarium was relatively easy, with manageable ups and downs, along with convenient steps, ramps, and elevators available

This place is definitely a must visit. At first I wasn’t sure if it was an aquarium because you start off up stairs going through the animal sanctuary/portion. Lots of birds and four-legged friends to see at first. As you spiral down you the aquarium, you encounter lots of sea creatures. The aquarium staff are super friendly, and the jungle café is a must do for a mango daiquiri. Definitely need 2 to 3 hours to see everything .

We were looking for a way to spend our Saturday afternoon and ended up choosing the aquarium. There was a 10 minute wait to go inside in a hot day but they have shade in the waiting areas. They have a cloud forest experience setup and the theme is present all over. It felt less like a regular aquarium with all the trees and birds around. A not-to-be-missed site for any Dallas visitor. Or resident. It's called an aquarium but is really a zoo plus aquarium. All in a temperature controlled environment, so a great way to spend a few hours away from the Dallas summer heat. This was a fun experience for the whole family! The ages of my children: 18, 13, 5 and 2 when we went in March of 2023. The rain theme was cool and the variety of species was nice. It’s definitely family friendly - lots of bathrooms on each floor/landing. Also the path is very stroller I take away one star b/c there wasn’t a membership option or at least it was not asked of us when we bought our tickets. Very clean facilities too. Here was our cost: 4 adults = $30 each Children = $20 each 2 y/o = free Totally was about $160

Great place, helpful staff, lots of beautiful animals and exhibits. I feel the only drawback that I'd wanna warn people about is that if you go during any manner of high volume time be prepared for a line simulator with animals on the side. Sadly, because it's inside of a building the aisles can only be so big and many people stop for pictures or to look at the animals (which is fair)- but it holds up the flow of everyone behind due to the narrowness of the available space. Still, beautiful place. I'd definitely go again.

Loved exploring the aquarium! It was pretty, clean and wonderful to see the wildlife. However, we were disappointed that there wasn’t any vegan choices on the menu, not very inclusive. It would be great to see some food choices here that are vegan and gluten free. They have some sort of vegetarian options but without any sort of protein. Especially after seeing so many animals and fish. Fish are friends, not food!

Very cool place. Here you can see many birds, trees and plants, various animals and reptiles. It was a pleasant surprise to see anteaters, there were two of them and they were playing. The green exotic forest and all the exhibits were well-kept and attractive. There is a paid parking lot near the aquarium where you can leave your car. I definitely recommend visiting this place.

Family fun. Some animal exhibits were not open, which is disappointing for the price you pay. Have improved on flow of traffic in order to see exhibits. Pre-paid parking is recommended-by very confined parking area. Should improve and limit the amount of people allowed into facility all at once-becomes very chaotic with big groups and baby strollers in narrow/small spaces.

Highly recommended! We were looking to visit an aquarium...we got so much more. The path beginning from the rainforest-esque environment down to the ocean level allowed everyone to enjoy so many areas. Great experience & VERY helpful staff. Perfect outting If you're looking for an activity with the kids & dont want to deal with the heat, Most of the space is air-conditioned and there's plenty of parking nearby.

We went at opening (8:30AM) and had the place almost to ourselves except for a few families. It was a great experience with beautiful animals, and we were able to just take our time. It did get incredibly busy about two hours after opening (10AM) but we had finished seeing everything by then. Was a little disappointed that the Ocelot wasn't there, but otherwise it was great.

Overall nice experience. Quality animals, birds, Fish and other reptiles. I enjoyed the tunnel under water where sharks could swim right over you. Old like they took care of everything. I was expecting more types of water creatures.. but I would rather have the quality of the animals than Quantity. I wish they could do something to help with the glare on the glass.

Love, love, love this place. My child and friends child had a BLAST! It’s beautiful, well nature in-itself is beautiful. Bring your family, they will enjoy the animals and themselves! I will say, this place reminds me of a tiny, tiny zoo. I won’t full out call this place a zoo because with comparison to the Dallas Zoo and the DFW Zoo, this is NOT a Zoo, I grew up going to both multiple times over the years. This place has multiple levels to it, so be prepared for that. Definitely coming back!

This place is soo cool! First time visiting from out of state and this place did not disappoint. My kids loved this place. Love how you start on level 3 sort of the top of the rainforest and work your way down to ground level and ocean. Lots of cool different creatures you don’t see a lot of places. We had an amazing time!!! The prepaid reserved parking was a GENIUS idea and I’m so glad I decided to pay a little extra to ensure I would be parked close to the building, especially with two small children. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the staff was placed throughout to help us find our way and open doors, and the gift shop was awesome. The animals were the BEST part and we loved the huge variety of animals they had! We had such a great time, thank you DWA! :)

We drove in from Georgia for a concert and decided to stop in to the aquarium. I was skeptical at first due to location. However, the overall architecture was incredible. The collection of birds, fish, and reptiles blew us away and made us feel like we were in the jungles of the amazon. Phenomenal experience!! Extremely well maintained exhibits.

This place is great! The animals are beautiful! I had no idea the variety of animals/species/etc that they had. I would've preferred a more open space since it's so narrow you kind of feel like you need to rush in order for other people to get their turn. But other than that we really enjoyed it! Also they had a few owls and I'm obsessed with those so... I recommend paying a visit! Prices are nice and there is food/alcohol as well as a sizable gift shop at the end.

This was quit the experience. It was a lot of fun. Parking is ten dollars. There was a long line to get it as it was wrapped around the building when we went but it only took 20 min to get inside and it didn’t feel to crowded. The employees were great and friendly. I saw a couple of restaurants inside but did not eat at any of them. It funny they have aquarium in their main name but the aquarium portion isn’t as big as you would expect. It is worth your time.

Fantastic experience! We went with a toddler (almost three) and it was just about the right size, maybe a little large. She loved the flamingos, the anteaters, walking under the sharks, and the monkeys. Definitely disappointed that the outdoor penguin exhibit in the 100° Texas heat didn't have snow. They should really look into that.

If you want a drink make sure to get it when you see it or you will have to go all the way back around. We loved this as a family outing. I assumed it was primarily just tanks of various water like other aquariums, but it is so so much more. Yes, it humid, its Texas, and there is a ton of water. Yes, it's going to have some animal smells... It's full of animals. Yes its not cheap, its full of animals from arouns the world in Downtown Dallas. It has to sustain itself. I was very amazed and happy with the experience. Nothing else local can compare.

Had a great day at the aquarium. Pretty easy to navigate and I liked how some of the animals were able to be seen from multiple view points. It was clean and all the staff we encountered were very polite and friendly. My only con would be I wish there was a display that included some exhibit information vs having to scan to find out information at each one.

This place is interesting and fascinating as it is designed to have all animals and living species in their natural habitat and homes. It’s ideal for schools to have field trips for children. It’s educative and informative for all. However we found many birds and animals missing from their homes.Also it could have been kept more updated and well maintained.Probably more activity based games for children.Good experience

The layout of this aquarium is really confusing, and it feels like there are more birds exhibited here than aquatic life. It’s an atypical experience, but still worth a visit, especially since it’s mostly indoors. There are themed cafes inside as well, which I think would be fun for families with children.

The dallas world aquarium was nothing but awesome. We thoroughly enjoyed it. They had more forest animals than fish per say. But the exhibits where all just great. It was a great bird sanctuary featuring the aquarium. Lots of different birds, a few crocodiles, a couple of stingrays, sharks, and some fish tanks at the bottom level. Pretty hard to navigate through the levels with a stroller because of the 1 elevator and narrow walkways bustling with people.

Great exhibits but the DWA is not setup to handle crowds. Many walkways are very narrow and an influx of visitors makes it hard to navigate inside. Strollers should be banned as they are the worst offenders when it comes to taking up space and making it hard for others to get around.

Went on an outing with my son and daughter-in-law and a grandson (from another son). None of us had been there before. It was well laid out and easy to maneuver in my electric scooter. It was a wonderful experience and we would go again. One of the highlights was the tunnel under the water where the sharks were swimming right above us. I love waterfalls and there was a beautiful waterfall.

Pretty cool place. The walking path through the aquarium gets pretty tight in places. It was very busy, so I guess that's expected. We got there around 11am, and there really wasn't a wait. When we left around 1p.m, the line to get in was really long.

Lovely aquarium and I like the design of exploring the different natural ecosystems based on elevation. I visited in December, so some exhibits were closed due to cold (I'm from MT and was sweating the whole visit). The manatee was my favorite!

This was very educational and a fun activity to do. The staff was very attentive and the paths was very informative in the direction to go. The drinks and food was way to pricey. A bottle of coke was $5. So bring your own drinks and snacks. Otherwise we had fun watching the animals in their habitat, and some even showed off for pictures. What a great time.

The aquarium is much bigger than it seems as the exhibits are seamlessly stacked on top of one another. The line into the aquarium is lined with penguins and other beautiful birds, and the galleries grow more interesting as you progress through the experience.

Loved this place for their beautiful setup of the Aquarium. It is an Indoor aquarium. It was almost 5 level when you walk one way up and get down. There are exit in each level. No food allowed. It was really beautiful to see the indoor forest like setup with big trees. Totally loved them and kids enjoyed. Worth it.

Took my family and loved the experience. If you take your time and see all the exhibits its a casual 2hr walk thru. A great time for all of us my girls are in HS and enjoyed the whole thing!

It's a great place to visit for kids and adults alike. From the outside it doesn't look there is much stuff inside but once you get in it's a totally different world. It has been conceptualized really well. Lot of different species. There is a restaurant too inside if you want to grab a quick bite.

Kids loved it here. There are a lot of varieties of birds, fish, reptiles, plants, and much more. It's smaller than we thought but we enjoyed it. The shark tunnel was pretty neat. Great place to take the family if you want a nice and cool indoor place to escape the heat.

Lots to see, and the walk-through layout is nice. Highlights for me were the shark tunnel, the manatee, and the glowing fish in the Solomon Islands display tank. Be sure to take the "detour" to see the penguins -- I had to double back to find it.

The Dallas World Aquarium was amazing! It has more birds and rainforest creatures than simply an aquarium with marine life. It is beautiful and very enjoyable, though. They have a big alligator and manatee and beautiful tanks of colorful fish from around the world. Definitely worth a visit.

Most birds and mammals were depressed. I was sad after coming out. I had decided never to visit zoos and such places to discourage such business. Not recommended at all.
