The hype is real!! San Jose Car Store is good! Excellent choices, price range, and attitude. Perfect size lot, not too big to feel overwhelming, or too small to feel trapped. Plus awesome people running the lot!! Car shopping is intense, and San Jose Car store made me feel relaxed and comfortable with a feeling of still being in control and excited. What I was looking for they had, and they allowed me to test drive the car without worry, as well as letting me go over it for about 2 hours!! And never trying to upsell or move me to something I didn't want. The cars on the lot are not only priced fairly, but looked after and cared for. None of the vehicles look like they're just sitting, moved often enough to keep them stable. The interiors of the cars on the lot are impressive as well. Even cars you wouldn't exptect to look good for the age, are near perfect. Far better than most Craigslist finds. Do yourself a favor by calling San Jose Car Store if you're interested in a pre-owned vehicle. Solid place.

This place is a gem! They truly stand behind the quality and value of their vehicles. They had upgraded a major part in my car just before I bought it from them, and the part failed four months later. I asked if they could do anything about the situation, and they had the part replaced for me; within a week of the failure, I had my car back in working condition again. They did all the heavy lifting and were very pleasant throughout the process. Other than this one issue, my car has continued to run reliably and without incident.

Shane is an excellent businessman, and very caring. I still have my vehicle bought from them about 1.5 yrs ago. I've always thought that after-sales service is just as, if not more important than pre-sales. This business was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. I've even recommended a co-worker here, who found what they are looking for. Small is truly beautiful. Shane and team will work with your situation. They've been in business long enough to get it right.

I love this car lot I bought my first car here in California from them and it was a great vehicle. I refer everyone who is strapped for cash and needs someone to work with them a little to this car lot. I just took my brother there and they are willing to work with him to get him in a vehicle that fits his needs. You brace yourself going into a car dealer. Prepare mentally for the oncoming “pushy salesmen.” And then… they don’t come. Instead, you get wonderful people who don’t try to “push” anything on you. They’re accommodating, they’re helpful and they listen. That was my experience with the Car Store and I would highly recommend them! Tim and Butch were really helpful!
