"Worst gas station we have gone to"
I passed by an employee who had longer gray hair who was filling gass for someone ... i know i was close but he hit my car when i passed him. I then rolled down my window and he scolded me telling me i should not have passed. Granded it was close, but his actions did not warrent him HITTING MY CAR! I called the gas station asking for the manager or number to reach him and he refused said it was a corporate store and hung up on me. After i contacted corporate, i found out it was a franchise and they are looking into this situation and will call me back in 10 days or less. I mean WOW man!!!
Frankly, I missed the fact that there were self service and full service options here. What a mistake. I’m fine paying for full service - I just never see it any more (except in Oregon). But the rudeness of the attendant was completely unacceptable, even if in reaction to my error. So my advice for potential customers of this location: make absolutely sure you don’t pick the full service island if you want self service. You will be severely admonished if you do.
Amazing, friendly service! I called this morning because my wife found a nail in her tire. We don’t live far from this location, I called them stating if they can fix - they said emphatically of course! My wife drove there 20 mins later with both of my toddlers in the car. They fixed the hole in the tire within 15 mins. Love this place, last true full service quick service gas/tire service spot. Reminds me of the great service of the old days.
An employee whistles and yelled at me because I guess I entered the pump wrong? All he did was yell and wave me back the other way. There are no “one way” signs so there was no indication for me to know it was a one way (or at least THEY LIKE IT TO BE a one way). I read the comments and had a similar experience to another woman on here. An old, grey haired, fat white grandpa yelled at her as well. He worked on the “full service” side.
Worst gas station we have gone to. We stopped this afternoon, the service was the worst, my brother stopped there, and the coworkers tried to frame him, making it look like he hit another vehicle. Instead of doing their jobs, they were trying to play cop. The good thing the REAL cops came and cleared everything, the managers should be careful who they hire. Barnes and Dionte are their names.
Really should have ZERO stars. This station has the rudest human beings working there that I have ever encountered. And based on the behavior of the cashier today, I wouldn't be surprised if he has served some jail time. The gas pumps never work well, and these are new. I had to go to another station altogether to fill up. Avoid this place unless desperate for gas.
There are no words for how obnoxiously rude the people who work there are. It typically stars form the top, so whoever the owner is of this place- must be quite a jerk because WOW- the people who work for you are miserable and take it out on your customers, as few as there are.
Pump wasn’t taking credit cards. When asked service personal, they told me you have to play with it, read sign on the door. Was not very helpful, didn’t offer to take card so I can pump gas. Also price was .70 cents more than most station. I left and went to Exxon on Royal.
The technician was trying to cheat me saying that more extensive work was needed which had recently been done. I was shocked because he had not actually checked or he would have seen that it wasn't needed. I will never return to that location.
Only a few pumps and one is full service, the other is empty, so if you don't want full service you have to wait 10 minutes. Easier to go to another gas station which weirdly enough there isn't one nearby.
It's okay. Not the best place to have service work done. But the air is free. And the sodas only cost a dollar. I would occasionally stop in and get gas or air for my car. Since it was in my neighborhood.
Texaco Dallas. The guy who saved us,I say you are such a gorgeous man very kind and nice. Keep up the good job
Had a nail in my tire. They fixed it quickly… like 15 min… and were very nice to a grandma from Little Rock
Full-service gasoline. A real "service" station. You people don't know what a gift this place truly is!!!!
It's convenient when it's not packed and the prices are higher than most gas stations.
One of the few places left where you can get full serve gas. Good prompt service.
I love this neighborhood service station and the wonderful people who work here.
Don’t waste your time. Self-serve pumps don’t work and staff is unhelpful.
It's convenience but prices are a little high even the gas!
Got a vehicle inspection. They were polite and very quick!
The pumps are slooooooow. Yeesh. I hope they fix it soon.
Expensive gas compared to nearby atations
No person present open sign up lights on
Full service gas station. Great service
Nice cheap and easy gas station.
New pumps and friendly service
Very friendly here!!!
Good gas!
