This is actually a 7-Eleven with an Exxon gas station attracted and like most 7-11's there are panhandlers standing on property begging for money. They don't allow male customers to use their restroom. I've stop by occasionally over the past year or so and they claim the men's restroom is out of order. Come on now, the men's restroom has been out of order over a year? If that were true it wouldn't take an Einstein to come up with the idea of turning the only restroom into a unisex restroom if they don't plan to ever get the men's restroom fixed. After all they do have male employees work at this store and I doubt very seriously they provide a separate restroom for employees, so what restroom does the male employees use? They either use the men's restroom that is supposedly out of order or they use the one restroom labeled for women only. They could easily change the sign to "restroom" only and go to the one restroom only like many of the the other 7-11's. After all it is one person at a time and locks from the inside. Why they haven't done that yet, is because they don't want their male customers to use the restroom, but they want you to spend your money there. The only reason I still stop buy is for the Exxon gas, but I go elsewhere for anything else. If I were you I would hadn't go into the store and spend my money until they provide an equal opportunity for men to use the restroom. Update - I read a review that was posted only a few months ago. They claimed this store was located in a nice area? I don't know where they purchased their rose colored glasses from, but this store is in a horrible location with government subsidized project complex located directectly behind the store. I made a mistake in went in for cigarettes today and the clerk told me they didn't sell my brand. I had bought them there before so I asked him since when. He claimed they never sold them. Know he was lying I requested that he raised the Newport sign and he saw my cigarettes that supposedly they never carried. Then this young man walks from the candy section and places candy on the counter and the clerk says to me he wanted to ring him up first because he was there first. He was standing in the candy section when I walked into the store. He was not ready to check out, but gets to hold a place in line? Lord, why did I stop at this place? It was a complete waste of time. I still have to go somewhere else to buy cigarettes. If I could give this place less than 1 star I really would. I have to remember under no circumstance should I go into the store at this Exxon that's branded 7 Eleven.
The store was crowded to start with and the the young lady cashier decided to stop performing cashier duties to fill the food display. Mind you, that she was eating while doing so. The older gentleman cashier repeatedly requested her to disregard the food and checkout the customer. By the time she did come to her register there were two lines ofustomers going in two different direction. And was still eating at the register. This was terrible customer service and too many people in the store with Covid-19 going on.
Hi,it's a great environment to go and get gas and to shop and spend money at.very clean grounds inside store and outside the store.in store great odor everything well organize resturants great tastey food good cleaning grease, great employees on staff with great personalities and attitudes with high intelligent great motivation positive mind thinking security protection and employees always smile to the customer's or customer all times and working as a team professionalism always.i thankyou all.
I’m not here to complain about the homeless or any of the stuff that comes with a legit City gas station. I’m here to complain about two visits where I have to go inside to get a receipt for gas. Why do people pay for gas at the pump with a credit card? Do they want to go in? Seriously, is keeping receipt paper in the machines too much to ask? Also, if you’re going to have a credit card/Apple Pay reader on the machines, is it too much to ask that they work?
Working the late shift for a utility company I stopped for gas at 7:30 pm. Four panhandlers. I love the community and give back thru my church BUT I was asked 5 times by the same lady. She did not leave my Truck the entire time (26 gallons). An employee came out for a smoke, hung with one of the panhandlers for a few minutes and gave him a couple of bucks. The employee and the panhandler just watched and smirked as I was pestered. I HAD NO CASH.
Usually the lowest gas prices in the area but at least every other time I fill up, I’m approached by homeless people asking for cash. Never had a bad experience but it can be scary, especially as a single woman at night. The same man has approached me at least three different times with the same story, so the store obviously isn’t doing anything to discourage it.
The usual gas station nothing new nothing exciting and nothing over the top other than their knick-knack corner of pickled everything under the sun name tags fake IDs oh yeah this is a normal side of the road gas station in Texas with all the little nick nack Patty wack give a dog a bone. The staffs always friendly and people are always nice so there's that
You will without fail be asked for a dollar by either a legit bum or someone with a sob story. I avoid this place like the plague. I needed to fill up, it was an off hour and I figured no way, they'd be someone. Voila! "Say man can I get a dollar, I need to get home." They'll usually hide behind the red box stand to avoid being seen by 7/11 staff.
We tried to put air in our tyres, the air machine is broken so that it takes your money but you can’t set the air pressure higher than 32 psi. No good for our tyres which need 51 psi. Hoping the owners will read this review and do something about it rather than let their customers waste $1.50 each time they try to pump up their tyres here.
I like this location because I can use my accrued reward points; however, there was someone "cleaning" windshields during my fill-up. I told him to stop, but he continued to make mess of my windows. Perhaps it is different during the day, but 3:30am has a few drawbacks. Will probably avoid this one in the future.
The people in charge are very "Dumb" And the old man that works here needs to be retired. I would not recommend this Station not only for that reason but they also are known to steal money from customers. BEWARE! PS: Their are alot of wierd homeless lingering in the area. Its not really safe.
Employees need to learn when to call the cops! A man was causing a huge disturbance shouting and scaring everyone - they did nothing. The parking lot was full of kids soliciting money from people and a guy walked in without his shirt on. I have no idea why they put up with that crap!
Has so many homeless people hanging around. I hate when they come up to me when I have my child. I live in apartment next to the gas station and their music is so loud I can hear it in my apartment. I'm so sick of hearing the same Opera music day and night is so annoying.
homeless beggars yell at you if you refuse to give them change, paying for 5 gallons of gas will only get you 4 1/2 gallons in your vehicle but worst of all their customer service is the worst I have ever seen I live right by the 711 and will drive miles just to avoid it
Gas station apparently open but attendant says it’s closed. Put signs up and had security tell me that it’s closed. Had to put gas because I have kids to take to school in the morning and I’m told to wait over an hour just to fill up. SMFH never coming here again.
5 or 6 homeless begging for money all the time, if you get gas, it doesn't matter what if you use debit or credit and you still have to go back in to get them to run your card to get your money back, and also they are out of soap In the bathroom.
My wife and I have stopped here on several occasions because of its location. Each time we go there we are approached by panhandlers who ask for money, offer to pump our gas, or clean the windows. This last time, a panhandler approached my
Have been coming here everyday for over a year now out of convenience, I didn’t believe it was possible for a store to find a worse staff but each new hire they surprise me with worse than the ones before
Gentlemen behind the counter was very friendly. I like it when the employees make the customers feel welcome. He actually was very polite and funny. Store was packed and very clean.
Too many people outside and I empathy for them but I am barely getting by. The car wash didn't start until I was halfway through. Just nasty. I like my Exxon,/7-11 I usually go to.
Avoid on wknds if you're a women imo. Bathrooms are not clean. Staff allows homeless beggars to gather. If you must stop, keep guard up and be aware of your surroundings. Be safe!
Nice centrally located by freeway. Ready on and off. Soda fountain almost all drinks were not tasting right I had to buy a bottle instead, and throw cup away couldn't use.
Semi clean, got asked for me money by homeless 4 times, someone attempted to wash my window shield without my permission. Told the counter and there reaction was oh well.
Always go to 7-Eleven on road trips or just even when I want a snack while I'm on the road! Definitely would go there to gas up, snack, and have a great time.
I love the selection there even if they dont have ur request they will order it in store friendly staff acceptable police presence at night for safety
The gas pumps don't have tape on them to indicate it's been tampered with. You can easily be a victim of your card being duplicated by a skimmer.
I was amazed by the amount of people hanging around parking lot no doing business. Avoid this location if you can. It just doesn't look safe.
This is one of the most convenient gas stations for me but, unfortunately, I avoid it because of almost guaranteed harassment by panhandlers.
Lots of homeless people haggling you for money or just messed up on alcohol or drugs and always packed with only one cashier available.
The people are ok but the worst restrooms you could see. Always stinks and feels unclean I rather good it then use the restrooms there
I asked the clerk if they would "thank Heaven for this 711" and they told me that I'm now banned from the Free Slurpee Day for life.
I come here to use my Plenti rewards card. Added to my 5% gas credit cards rewards, it's one of the best gas deals in town.
The staff I have encountered have been rude. The restrooms close at 8 pm so they say. They need to regulate the soliciting
It's extra Nasty over here ....the restroom is nasty and the grounds we're not clean or the gas pumps....bad location
I've never been here without being hassled by some homeless guy for money. Good location but not worth the hassle.
Better places to get gas along highway. This place is in a bad part of town and they allow undesirables to loiter
Too crowded all the pumps are always full, lines back up I'm coming traffic. Need more stations in this area.
Only stopped a few time about to be out of gas and not much closer to another station with good gas prices
Is in a nice area that is a very scary uncomfortable gas station with sketchy at best people around it.
It's a gas station with a carwash and 7-11 store at a great location, close to Downtown and in Uptown.
Homeless people attempt to fill your gas for you and harass you. Store clerks do nothing to help you.
Very dirty gas station, garbage all over the floor. At least two pumps are permanently out of order.
Convenient service station. They do more about homeless people soliciting from customers however.
The fuel prices are good, but we no longer shop here because the panhandlers are too aggressive.
Clean organized store. Cashier at that time acknowledged someone in need and offered him food.
Get ready to be asked for some change outside and get ready for the dirty smell when u walk in
Public restroom really needs to be cleaned every few hrs and sanitized not very clean at all
Friendly staff. Clean store. Very busy during 5pm to mid evening but overall I'm satisfied.
Need security or cop.. To many bombs and traffic in and out and not the positive traffic.
If you want to be harassed while pumping gas this is the place. Inside is nasty as well.
Too many panhandlers up here right at the door and walking up to the gas pump on you
this exxon is way hood, lots of homeless and wayward people millling about the place
Gasoline and a car wash..... all good, $1.00 for air for your tires, not so good.
I just disliked it because you got to spend money to get things yes call me crazy
Crappy place, lot of bums looking around asking for cash. Unsafe. ... stay away!
Good specials and friendly staff. Good shields at checkout. Also has gas pumps.
Always busy, the customer service is awesome, but the gas is a little pricey.
its a empty store but the young cashier it looks mad and no servicial at all
The map says there’s diesel. Where is the diesel? Extremely inconvenient!!!
A very clean and modern 7-11/Exxon location. Cashiers were extremely slow.
This guy the operate at night have the worst customer service in the area
Honestly, I try to avoid pumping gas here because of all the panhandling.
Nice, clean store. Some staff are nice and polite, others not so much.
No functional bathroom, rude staff, and surly homeless people all over
Like this gas station. Clean and price is right and location is good
Worst gas station! Lots of homeless definitely don't go after dark.
Slow pumps, half a dozen change beggers everytime, crappy car wash
Air machine doesn't work, other than that a pretty good 7/exxon.
Employee was nice even though he had 3 rude customers before me.
Clean, quick and easy. Staff was very polite while checking out
Exxon Ltd. S/A. is a Property This Reinaldo Ap.Zimmerman Perosa
The gas was higher than most, but the staff was very friendly.
Clean and they had several empty pumps when I was in a hurry.
Great location fast service with plenty of Room at the pumps
Too many homeless people begging for money while you get gas
It's a quick place to go to since I was almost out of gas
I wouldn't go there gas is higher there then other places
Not very friendly staff, and they didn't have my squares.
The staff was friendly and rang up the customers quickly
A lot of bums and homeless people here, all the time.
Good location for getting gas. Safe and convenience.
Limited amount of pumps but location is convenient
I just stopped for water their gas is way too high
So many panhandlers camp out at this 7/11 exxon.
Well-kept and clean store. Fresh prepared food.
Nice variety and efficient and courteous staff.
Don't come here anymore at all, very Rascist !
Very nice, clean place to get gas and snacks.
got food poisoning eating there chicken wings
Don't go at night. But otherwise. It's okay
It's the only gas station in the only area.
Got gas. Car still runs. Not too shabby.
Quick and easy when it has a McDonald's
Gas prices is too high. Save me gas God
I love the 99 cent cappuccinos any size
All the gas u can want at a good deal
High price but very clean environment
Love it just like every other 7-11.
They're really Improving Day by Day
I love using my plenti points here
