AMAZING gem in the SF Valley! As an independent store with very caring staff, Tams is full of nutritious foods, wide range of supplies, & fun toys for your dogs & cats (some aquatic supplies too, although they don't carry live any live animals). I buy all of my cat stuff from here now & they're very affordable. Happy customer (& cat)!

This place has higher quality food, and that is why we come here. A lot of pet food is terrible for your pet, and even if it says "grain free" it will likely have other bad ingredients, like peas, carrots, or sweet potato, which is bad for cats. The customer service here is always good, and they have a little parking lot right out front.

Wonderful pet food shop. The owners are informative and helpful if you don't know what kind of food you are looking for your pet. They also carry other things in the store like vests and leashes for ur pups, beds for pups, cat scratch houses, toys etc. Definitely worth checking out if you have a pet.

Always love coming to this pet food and supply location. They are awesome. Better than commercial stores with reasonable priced items. Everyone is always so friendly and they also have a mobile vet who uses theor shop for low cost vaccines on certain days where I take my dog for his shots.

We get all our pets through here and we've got like a million cats and like a million dogs. I like it because they treat us like family. They remember who we are and what we usually buy. It's nice to be treated like that. You don't get customer service like that at Big chain stores

These pet store has just about everything! It is crammed with so much pet care needs and petfoods, so it can geela tad claustrophobic since the lights are usually low. The staff is very nice, albeit a little distant; they are extremely knowledgeable and helpful when asked.

Love Tams. Best prices, the owner is helpful and kind. My dog have allergies so when it comes to food and treats this is my for sure place. They have a large variety of everything, from raw food to dry food. If you haven't visit it yet, don't waste time and check it out

The mobile vet is best. Best doctor, great service, friendly smiles and great prices. The doctor is very knowledgeable, friendly and treats the puppies well. The shop itself is filled with many goodies, treats and toys. The staff is very friendly as well.

They have an amazing array of dog and cat food as well as supplies and treats. Their prices are better than just about anywhere I have been, especially for bully sticks. My dog loves coming here! The staff is knowledgeable. It is my pup/cat go-to store!

This place is wonderful, they have a Vetranian that comes in at scheduled times for low cost animal vaccinations. Ya gotta get there early to line up. Dont expect alot of "bedside" manner from this guy but for the prices, ya can't beat it.

Tams has everything you could possibly need for your dog or cat. And, they are very good about special orders. We have been ordering our dogs' frozen food from them for a few years now and I think we finally have it down on how much food

Family owned and awesome, their prices on quality cat food are lower than those at most chain store for the same products and they are great about trading out similar items for different flavors if your pet is picky.

This is not a chain store. It's like an old school hardware store. They have what you need and friendly staff to to answer any of your questions. We just bought a 2 level cat tree. Cats love it.

The employees are friendly and helpful. I love the fact they have free samples of the various varieties of dog food. My dog is a very picky eater so that makes it easier to make a selection.

They have a lot more variety of dog food/toys than most grocery stores, and the staff is always happy to help you find something - unlike petco. Prices are pretty decent too. Good place.
