Je suis très déçu. J’ai été porter les souliers de danse à ma fille pour changer les 2 élastiques des attaches Mardi matin. On me dit qu’il serons prêt jeudi. Je lui dit, parfait elle en a besoin pour son cours jeudi soir. Aujourd’hui Jeudi à 17:15 je vais chercher les souliers. PAS PRÊT! C’était la 1ère et la dernière fois chez Talons & Cie au Fairview Pointe-Claire.

Très déçu. Nous étions des bons clients réguliers, mais après avoir acheté une paire de pantoufles en mouton pour Noël qui se sont avérés trop petites. Ils ont carrément refusé de nous les échanger. Elles avaient simplement été essayer et les étiquettes étaient encore en place. Ils ont perdu deux bons clients.

I brought in 2 pairs of boots that were beyond repair. What the owner returned to me were 2 pairs of brand new boots. I am amazed and totally in his debt! For the price that I payed, I was returned my boots brand new! I would highly recommend.

Dr martens, back heel on both were stripped, brought them in and was told by the end of the day. They will never strip again, was the first view. Quality work by a true shoemaker.

If you need special adjustment done to your shoes (like I do) do not hesitate ,go see them .it's amazing ,I never felt better in my corrected running shoes .
