The staff seemed intentionally hurtful. I was wearing a skirt, and the staff took notice. The person that got me the shoes seemed eager to end our interaction, and the person standing at the door, whom I had barely said a word to or looked at, loudly said “take care of yourself my guy”. I have a beard, but was dressed in a way I deem “feminine”. The person at the door seemed to have misgendered me on purpose. Giving two stars because they actually got me the shoes to try, and one of them was kind.

It was an okay experience. Found some shoes on my own, took them to an associate, and he found the right sizes. No follow up or check in really. Decided on a pair and went up to the cash register. 3 or 4 employees standing around but only 1 cashier. Nobody acknowledged I was there... so I just waited a few minutes for the one cashier. Took a while to cash out. TDLR: Found some shoes, they got me the right sizes but it took long to buy them.

The worst service ever. We had to basically run after the employees for help. They were all just standing around chatting. The guy went to look the the shoes i wanted in my size. Came back and just said he didnt have them in my size and walked away. Never offered a different size or see the availability in other locations. Ended up just ordering online directly from adidas. Will not be coming here ever again.

Great experience. Danny helped me. Looking for a specific running shoe that was discontinued, but Danny took the time and effort to search in the dungeon for the last pair and found them. Some employees wouldn't have bothered. He gave good helpful info on other running shoes, friendly and easy to chat with.

I was served by KHAIRATE K she has a nasty attitude & no knowledge for customer service. Footlocker is employing an immature kid! I will definitely never come back - I went to get an Adidas shirt at the footlocker inside Center eaton = WAY BETTER SERVICE!

Unfriendly staff. I came this morning to check if they have the Panda dunk low cause it says would be releasing today on stores and one of the staff responded they dont have it.

The staff here just want to chat amongst them and have a good time. They are least bothered to help customers. Zero customer service.

I removed one star because of the guy who plays and sing indian music outside! Sinon le staff était super nice un mardi!
