Was really looking foward to switch banks a d start with TD... until I got there (Newman branch). Awful service by the clerk, you gave me the worst attitude, without offering any kind of help. At least, at CIBC, even if the bank itself was screwing me, their staff was aleays smiling and super helpful, whatever the situation.

No matter what time of the day you go, expect to wait a minimum of 10-15 minutes in line. Never enough tellers to manage the peak hours / days- no proper planning. Today I waited a good 25 minutes because the teller was discussing different phones deals with a client while there were 12 people waiting in line.

Always a huge line… I’ve seen clients storm out due to horrible frustration waiting in line. Although the workers seem good, management needs to step up their game and get the proper number of people working behind the desk to serve the huge line of people waiting… Wanna get Covid… Come here and wait in line.

Avoid this location!!! The drive through atm swallowed my card... first person blamed me "you took too long" the assistant manager just said "it happens". They didn't put a service call. I had to get a new card. They didn't advise me of all the complications. Awful service

Never enough employees especially at peak hours. Lines are long & never ending. Service is slow & it’s beyond frustrating. It’s always the same, you would think they would know by now & try to make the process for their customers as quick and efficient as possible.

As a business owner I don’t appreciate standing in line for so long, that’s what I pay extra high banking fees for so I don’t have to wait around as long. I would say if you are a business owner get a regular account it’ll be cheaper and faster!
