Since the renovations the gym is great. The staff is kind and helpful. If you’re not used to the Jewish calendar it could be bothersome when you want to hit the gym but it’s closed for Jewish holidays or events. Apart from that it’s a very convenient clean and beautiful sport complex / gym.

I love this facility. I use the gym and the pool regularly and both are top-notch. I signed up my entire family also. My children are learning to swim with the excellent (and very patient) instructors on staff. Big thanks to Eric and Adi!

Very good group fitness programs with knowledgeable instructors. Unfortunately not so many choices in the evenings. There is no jacuzzi/hot tub in the pool area to relax in the hot water after swimming. And the sauna with the steam room

Gym hours have been cut drastically since Covid but the prices went up, in the opposite direction. Management said it will prolonged hours on weekend since September 2022. As of March 3, 2023, absolutely no changes.

Gym is clean, lots of equipment including cardio, machines, and free weights. They also do a lot of classes (zumba, spinning, etc). It's a very good gym for everyone at a very reasonable price point.

Few years ago, the gym was open on weekends until 9:00 pm - like most gyms in Montreal, since it’s reopening (after covid-19), it is now closing on weekend at only 5:00pm on Saturday and Sunday.

Racism is still felt GREATLY at this facility, even in 2024. Avoid this place as there are many other centers in the city that wouldn't treat you the way they do over here.
