Called the gym the night before I planned on going to try it out, just to make sure they had a day pass. I like to try a gym before I commit. They told me a day pass was 10$, which is the same price as a month (except without the signup fees). I thought it was expensive for a trial, considering it's the same price as a membership, then I arrive the next day and I'm told it's 15$ + tax and that they just raised it in the night. So I pay 17$ for a day, when the monthly rate is 10$. The gym itself was very clean. The locker room was big and tidy, though most the lockers were taken. The gym has a lot of strength machines and an abundance of ab and cardio stuff, but they're really lacking in the free weights. Barbells, clips, and plates were mostly all taken. The gym was pretty busy, and they could have definitely used more free weight stuff. The dumbbells only go up to 75lbs and most the racks are smith machines, so it's clear to see it caters much more to the average joe than someone seriously into fitness. For 10$ a month (or 17$ a day?) I guess that's to be expected though. Price: 1/5 (for the rip off day admission) Equipment: 3/5 Cleanliness 4/5

I subscribed for this gym because its close to my house. It seemed interesting in terms of price and availabilities. They told me that I can pay $20 per month and have extras like Bronzage, Massage chairs etc and that I can switch to $10 per month any time. So after 2-3 months of not using any of the benefits I decided to change my membership to $10 per month and they told me that they will charge me a fee of $34, which is said to be the subscription fee that I already paid at the beginning. So it looks like that if you want to change your membership it is more like cancel and subscribe again and pay all the fees one more time. THIS IS more like a SCAM to me, it is not a professional gym. This kind of "policy" is not mentioned in the contract you sign and they did not tell me that they will charge me again. If I knew, I could've taken $10 membership from the beginning but the manager was even encouraging me to take the $20 because "Oohh you know if you don't like it and you don't use the benefits ,you can always change to $10 per month, no strings attached" .

If you can spare another gym even a few minutes further do it. Scam? Laziness? Just terrible system and a clueless staff? Can’t tell, judge yourselves You can sign up online, but guess what you can’t cancel online (you have to go physically there) You want to upgrade your plan? No problem 2 seconds and you will be paying more. Oh no you realized there’s no benefit you need from a higher plan and want to downgrade? Nop, you can’t because it is “impossible” what a convenient thing for them.. so you gotta pay the administrative fee for cancelation and a new account creation… “never mind you guys scammers I don’t want to downgrade anymore! Just cancel the account” ok no problem just pay the cancelation fee.. What a joke this guys are.. Want more? Sure… Thousand square feet of space… 1 leg press machine :) Machines are old the only half baked new machines are the cardio ones which account for 50% of the space Oh but hey there’s pizza once a month to help your bulk :)

Good gym for price and quality , and you can find almost all the necessary equipement and machines for the body building , But I noticed that some of the machines are not well designed and sometimes it’s impossible to do the exercice due to this inaccuracy . And for some parts of the body , you have only one machine to do calf’s muscle exercices :/ , sure you can use the dumbles and invent some other exercices , for the monthly price it worth it I guess . One other thing , Almost everyday I come to the gym , the cleaning employee Comes to clean exactly under my feet or the wall in front with all detergents ! Not even asking if the guys around have allergies or if it disturbs them . And it was a daily suffering for me , and was the main reason why I quote this gym . I give two stars for the cheap price and accessibility ( 24/24)

I used to work out in my office gym and after work I often had the entire gym for myself. This guy m is almost the total opposite. Actually that's not totally true. If you are into cardio ( treadmills, elliptical) and cable machines, you'll be fine. There are tons of them and it would be very strange if you couldn't find one. But if you want to use a squat rack which in this gym also doubles as a bench press rack, don't show up before 11pm. They only have 3 racks and there is almost always a queue to use them. On the bright side, the gym is generally clean and there are normally some equipment free to use. You just have to tailor your workout around the equipment which will most likely be free if you don't want to be going to the gym at 12 midnight.

I went to cancel my contract before moving to greece and was assured my account was closed. While i was across the world, buzzfit was still taking payments and wouldn't terminate my account until I physically came to sign (which i had done in june). When i came back in September, i cancelled my account again and payments still kept coming out. I was insulted by the “manager” and treated very poorly. I had to call the buzzfit in DDO to try and speak to someone cooperative and they gave me a help email and said there’s nothing they could do. I sent at LEAST 3 emails and they were never answered. Buzzfit customer service is the worst thing ive ever experienced and they still owe me about $100.

Go to World Gym (2 blocks away), don’t disappoint yourself. ****Your gym is filthy, overcrowded and lacks GOOD equipment, tanning machine is greasier than a triple bacanator (with extra cheese), give it a clean for the sake of being sanitary. Your massage bed is filthy, give it some love. Your weights are all LOOSE, dangerous to use and your staff gives no care about it. Free balling in the changing area should be addressed, no one wants to walk in on a 65 year old sac of nuts dangling a few inches off the floor. MANY reasons, hope it answers your inquiry After the Edit, the Gym removed its reply. Very professional :’)

Pros: the gym is open 24/7. There are a lot of machines and weights which reduces the chance of having to wait for them to be available. Membership prices are decent comparing to other gyms. Their highest package allows you to bring a friend and access to massage chairs, tanning, and red light therapy and monthly assessments. They offer classes. Cons: there is no sauna here. The classes and fitness coach assessments are only available during daytime. Their employees are working out on their shift, so sometimes you wait 5m for someone at the front desk. No one seems to be verifying the entrance.

From a pandemic context, this gym is a no-go. I walk into this gym at 10pm on a Sunday, literally staff to patrons, no one wearing a mask. No one wipes equipment or dumbells before or after. No one is wearing masks as they walk around. I did not see one towel. Your sister gym makes it MANDATORY to come with a towel. Mgmt needs to set the tone. It is a losing battle for the staff to do it themselves and try to police everyone. I'm dropping a one star because this venue is literally the complete opposite of other buzzfits I've been to. It's disappointing really.

It was clean and had plenty of equipment. The staff was super nice. The only thing I did not care for was one of the massage chairs is utterly worn out. It was making terrible noises and was not massaging evenly at all. It actually hurt my back more than it helped due to being on its last legs. The hydro bed was also a little off. When you pushed buttons to play games, nothing would happen. I'm sure it just needs to be reset, but still a little annoying. Otherwise, everything was great.

So it’s been almost 10 months of my subscription but today I was interrupted during my set by buzzfit staff and asked to leave the gym just because I was wearing jeans! I told the guy that i came straight from my overnight job and I forgot my gym bag at home, I requested him to let me complete my today’s workout and from next time onwards i’ll wear my gym outfit but he didn’t let me finish my workout. It is so disappointing. Thanks Buzzfit for ruining my day.

I won’t recommend this gym to anybody I cancelled my subscription with them in January and they still are charging me from my credit card . The person on the phone are too unprofessional they want to reachback the gym , I live in halifax now and they want me to walkin to montreal to cancel it , because just to fill there pockets . More over last month they told me on phone that in this case we will cancel it , but they still charged me for the next month .

Gym chosen given it's 24/7. Clean facility, and equipment are spotless. The only issue I notice but can deal with is the OUTDATED machines, even if they are clean and shiny, they show their age and a lot of them have a limited resistance range...in that same vein, the free weights go only up to 75 and the heaviest kettlebell is 45 lbs...often time the music can be too loud. But nevertheless, it has a great variety of equipment

Horrible experience, I wanted to try the gym once and they made me sign up for a month , inside I found out that I was the only one that was charged for trying the place , so I canceled my membership right away , even after cancelling they kept charging my credit card and wouldn't refund me my money , I went there once , stay away from this place , the scam you and the gym sucks

The staff are friendly, but leave you alone to workout. The people who are working out there come in all shapes and sizes, so if you need inspiration to keep exercising, you'll find it. Most people wipe down the equipment with disinfectant spray. The staff is always mopping and vacuuming. Very clean! At $2.50 or $5 per week, everyone can afford to join. It's never too crowded.

I went there, was considering taking a subscription, the guy at the counter was really nice (the one with the beanie and the beard) then he went on vacation and the guys taking his place were awfull… not polite at all and have no respect for customers.. They were so bad that I won’t even consider going there anymore, don’t want to have to deal with them in any way…

Its an ok gym for a 10$ per month subscription. I had an issue with one of the night employee who works there over a water spoilage on the hand washing sink. But the fact that the manager called me over the phone the next day to resolve/rectify the misunderstanding is greatly appreciated. It was his very professional conduct that earns them the 5 stars.

How can you have a gym without a free weight bench press?!?!? All they have is machines . The most basic tool in a gym and they dont have that a bench press..wow. No leg press machine either...again BASICS.Yes its clean,machines are decent but it gets easily overcrowded. Im sure there is better out there. Like momma said you pay what you get for!!!

They charge the customers for non usage plus if you go over there to cancel your subscription that day they decline so that you have to pay extra for that month. Pathetic day manager works there he declined to cancel my subscroption and said you can complain to consumer board and nothing will happen. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

My lock was broken by the manager .. and someone stole my sports shoes . When I asked them why ... they told me there are no empty cabinets and that these laws are here, and no one told me these laws when I registered. I felt that the way to break the lock and enforce the laws was directed at animals and not for Canadians . It's bad dealing

There's no dress code, you see guys with tanktops that barely cover their nipples, sweating everywhere, the changing rooms are filthy, the staff seems like a little clic that doesn't help out anyone with questions and after you cancel, they keep charging your credit card! Big scam, pay a little bit more and don't get screwed over.

STAY AWAY OF THIS GYM, suddenly i started getting bills from collection and they sold my personal private information to Chinese scammers, i am receiving calls every single day even though i called the gym and ask them to fix this but the receptionist was rude and ask me to pay for something that i have not subscribed for !???

Good gym, 24/7, the staff is very friendly and the overall gym is very well maintained. The only downside is that the gym only has 2 barbells available for training. If you're like me and you train alot on barbell exercises, you will have to be patient especially during rush hours. But, for the price I can't really complain!

Second of my two favorite buzzfit locations, so far. They have an easy going team, the gym was very clean (even the boots section, no slush, carpets dry), all equipment was in good standing. They also have the most space between the equipment in comparison to Brossard and DDO. Only con, the parking lot is not very giving.

So happy for this new gym. Great location, lots of parking available. Machines are brand new and work well. Tons of cardio machines. Most important is that its clean, clean clean. spotless. Update in 2020: Please Stop Pumping Air Freshener in the GYM and in the changing rooms, rather smell BO than toxic Air Freshener

Good value.. but overly crowded especially after 6 pm. People mentioned lack of weights, but there are more than enough cardio machines. It's targeted more towards the community rather than serious body builders. If you're looking for a cheap membership gym that is clean and has all the basics, I would recommend it.

Great gym. Very cheap. Staff is friendly and it is very well equiped. Just two complaints: - it gets crowded during the week after 5pm - there are only two barbells so there's always a good wait to use them during busy hours. EDIT: Since my review a barbell has been added and the gym layout has been redone. +1

For the price that you pay for this gym it is incredible that it is a clean fun place to workout. It is open 24h which means to me anyways that it is never too packed. Everyone goes at different times. I like the layout and the staff is very helpful. The changing area is always clean too. Great job!

Pretty nice gym,The people who work there are easy to talk to and friendly,my only concern is that lately the music on the speaker has gone downhill I don't want to hear Bieber when I'm working out. again,that's my opinion base on my style of music. Otherwise,It's pretty nice

Good equipment selection evenings are always crowded though. People sitting on machines texting or talking. There is also no control of who walks in. Seen many walk in and out without scanning card. Workers are not at their desk either chatting or working out.

This gym used to be so good with great workers when it was run by the old manager, i believe his name is Dom. Now the manager is rude and doesn’t act as friendly as the old manager did. I would put 0 stars if i could. Bring back the old manager buzzfit!!!

Very Clean..which is quite important, nice place, many diverse machines... but very/too crowded at any evening hour. It's annoying and waste of time of wating for machines, especially when ppl are just keeping it busy and checking on their phone.

Wifi never works, there are always machines out of order, music is too loud, AC or heating are always either too strong or not strong enough. On a good note, the staff is not bad, customer service is fine and the place is almost always clean.

The worse custumer service I have ever experienced at a gym. Staff are lost, they do not seem to know what they are doing, and forget if you call them be ready to stay 15min on hold. I am writing this after the 3rd bad service.

Workers don’t really take temperature at arrival like their supposed to due to Covid... also don’t refill the paper to clean the machines. Gym is almost always really packed but other then that it’s ok.

Awesome gym! New, clean, cheap and open 24 hours. What more do you need? I go in the morning and it's pretty quiet with no wait for any equipment so I can't comment on how busy it is in the afternoon.

Ver nice gym! Very cheap. Very friendly staff and clean environment! AVOID THIS GYM AT PEAK HOURS! It gets very crowded and hard to workout. Typically got to wait to use the lifting machines.

Do yourself a favor and don't go here. The place is dirty, smelly and there seems to be zero concern for an organized space. Weights and paper towels on the floor, and nasty changing rooms.

Affordable prices, somewhat clean my only complaint would be the music they play at the gym with non stop ads. At this point I think they do that so you don’t stay at the gym for too long.

It's big gym around this area with clean environment, but it's too crowd all the time...for all weights equipments need wait or queue.....if u a in training program, it's kind of stress..

This gym is very nice, clean and spacious! Never did it smell bad there. Sometimes it is too busy, mostly around 4pm to 8pm. If youre looking for a gym with parking, this is the one!

Friendly staff, parking is a disaster, gym membership is cheap but it gets pretty crowded. If you can get to the gym on off hours, it's a good place to train

If you credit card expired, they will charge you 10 dollars more every month. They can be nice and pause the account or cancel the membership instead.
