The clinic reception called three times to confirm my appointment in a week. For every calls I confirmed to keep my appointment and dentist(Nik), clinic did not mention anything and agreed upon appointment time. On the day of appointment, called again within an hour of appointment time to cancel or change the appointment saying dentist is not available. It is such a very unprofessional practice. No respect to patient's time. I had full on work schedule as it is. Trying to fit in the dental appointment should not be this hard. Will not be going back and certainly not going to recommend it to anyone. Please choose elsewhere who appreciate your time.

Recommend highly. First time using Swish Dental this week and I'll definitely be using them moving forward. I saw Dr Patel at Everton Park with quite serious decay and he had me attended to that afternoon at the Michelton clinic with Dr Cha who was willing to see me after hours. 3 teeth removed in under an hour. The reception staff at both clinics were absolutely lovely and the pricing was actually quite good considering the work that needed doing to remove the teeth. Dr Cha was continually making sure I was okay and was very professional as was her dental assistant. Relatively pain free under 24 hours later.

The entire team at Swish Dental Mitchelton are friendly, welcoming and professional. Definitely the best dental practice I have encountered. Great attention to detail and I valued that they have maintained Covid preventative hygiene practices that many businesses have now dropped. I also liked that they let me know in advance that they were running a little behind schedule which was very courteous. Dr Jackie did a great job on fixing my cracked molar and I appreciated that he took the time to clearly explain options and treatment plans. A very smoothly run and professional practice - highly recommend!

Very grateful for the amazing service I received at swish Mitchelton today! Needed an emergency filling and managed to get an appointment in a hurry. Reception was fantastic, both welcoming and efficient either side of the visit however I give the 6/5 stars to dr Deb. I am always a nervous visitor to the dentist but her manner and expertise, along with her capable assistant, made the experience as pleasant as possible when you haven’t flossed as much as you should have. I have had quite a bit of dental work done over the years but have never received such great care and treatment as at Swish Mitchelton. Dr Debbie and all the team at Swish really go above and beyond in explaining what they are doing and ensuring that I am comfortable during the treatment. Cannot recommend highly enough! I had not been to the dentist in years and was not only nervous but worried about being ‘judged’ for failing to keep up my dental checks. Swish Dental Mitchelton are by far the loveliest and most welcoming team I have come across - all the staff were so friendly and supportive throughout my appointment. I see Dr Jae Cha and as someone with sensitive teeth I appreciate how gentle she is and how she regularly checks in as she steps through the treatment.
