I will never come here again. I came to get a small part of a broken tooth filled between the bottom of two teeth, but ended up with the gum removed between the two treated teeth, leaving a hole. This problem is unfixable; you can put composite to fake a tooth, but not gum. I was told that it was plaque removed, but I'm missing a triangle of gum that has always been there. I had a cleaning 8 months ago, and after it, my gum was still intact. The doctor said it was because I wasn't flossing enough, but I've been flossing more than ever in the last 8 months. Now there's a triangle of missing gum exactly between the two treated teeth, and it's the only place I have a hole now; I never had this issue before. On top of that, she had the audacity to suggest removing the composite filling she did. Another thing I can't stand is dishonesty. This experience was unprofessional and has left me feeling depressed with an unfixable issue. Thank you very much.

My family and I have been going to Brisbane Dental (formerly Roma St Dental) for the last 15years and we have always had an exceptional experience with both Dentists and Reception staff. We mainly see Cheryl and Kathleen who are both amazing, gentle and just throughly enjoys their job which always comes through in their dedication to us and our teeth. I’m so relaxed when I’m in the chair that I always fall asleep … ☺️ I couldn’t recommend Brisbane Dental enough to anyone looking for a dentist especially if you’ve had a not so good experience in the past. Absolutely a pleasure to have dealt with Dr Laurel and will definitely be coming back. Dr Laurel was so thorough, caring and took her time to explain everything with me. It’s not often you find a dentist who really listens to their patients but who does top notch work as well and I must commend not only Dr Laurel but the clinic for the excellent service. Dental receptionists friendly & welcoming. Dentist Viola explained everything, was kind and caring. Of note I needed a referral for specialist treatment. When I arrived (the same day) the referral was already there, whereas I noticed 3 patients before and after me were asked for a referral but had been told by there clinics that they had been sent when they had not. Loved Viola and will return to her for check ups and further treatment when needed.

Wonderful, helpful and organized front office and excellent care. All our family love the attentive, caring and soft touch dental care of Dr Cheryl. We have moved out of Briabane but continue to be patients because it’s worth it for us. My husband and daughter take a long time to become comfortable with dentistry work and they both are stress free with Dr Cheryl. Highly recommend!

If you are looking for the best dentist in the world, go and see Feroza at Brisbane Dental! Feroza is so good that I actually went to sleep when she was doing my root canal a few years ago. When I was going to my previous dentist I stopped getting my teeth cleaned as he hurt me so much. Feroza on the other hand has never hurt me once. Highly recommended!!!!!!!!

Brisbane Dental offers great service. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. The Dental staff are highly trained, friendly, gentle and efficient. I find the services are very well priced. Over the years I've experienced many different dental practices. I've always had excellent service at Brisbane Dental and I highly recommend them.

Arthur is humble person with great experience, he is friendly and welcoming. He is our family dentist and we are quite happy to found him two years ago. I have to wait at least 20 minutes even though I got there on time. It made me 40 minutes late to pickup my daughter! It's not good in considering I have been with this dental clinic for 10 years and none of a time I had to wait 20 minutes except this time. Hope next time I can get a better experience!
