This place is the perfect definition of OVERHYPED. Their Instagram pictures and work does not match their work etiquette. I honestly felt like this is one of the worst salons I’ve ever been to and it was a total waste of time. I don’t know if it’s because a new store has opened and now the quality of this location is horrible or what. I did the package deal and let’s just say every part of that package was so poorly done. The workers did not communicate anything, everything was unorganized and overall I wish I just took the time to travel a little further and spend a little more for a better experience. I wish I can give this even a satisfactory rating but it honestly sucked. The girl who cut my hair was nice and tried but still not upto par. Do better please

Service is good only when customers are minimum. Horrible at handling crowd. Cannot keep appointment time, replaces good service rep if a greater priced service is taken by another customer, other customers are seated in your designated chair after they ask you to change or take you to wash hair. Not to mention even after confirming that mani-pedi can be done at once, failed to cater. Was a regular but may be not anymore.

I travelled from Toronto searching for a good salon and tbh this salon is a MESS! They made me pay before the service which is weird. They are extremely understaffed and expensive! I expected more for the price. Pedicure nail polish is uneven. Tans are still not gone after getting a tan removal pedicure

A very classy salon with expert stylist. I had a look in mind and after consultation they made my vision come to life. The ambiance is very relaxing, clean and aesthetic. The service was detailed and fast. The pricing worth the cut. I would definitely come back to take other services here.

worst salon experience ever.They just damaged my hair.did my keratin treatment and after that severe hair fall and they said they are not responsible for hair fall.their stuff are so arrogant and unprofessional.Worst salon in dhaka with fake Social media publicity .
