I am a regular customer of RED. I visited RED Beauty Salon last week, and I must say that my experience was exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile by the receptionist and offered a comfortable seat while I waited for my appointment. The salon's interior was modern and stylish, creating a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. I had booked a facial, manicure and pedicure and a haircut, and both services were executed with great skill and attention to detail. The massage therapist was highly trained and used a range of techniques to release the tension in my muscles. I felt completely rejuvenated and refreshed after the session. The hair stylist was also highly professional and knowledgeable, and he took the time to listen to my preferences before suggesting a suitable style. The haircut was precisely what I had envisioned, and I was very pleased with the end result. Overall, my experience at RED Beauty Salon was excellent, and I highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for high-quality beauty services. The staff was friendly and attentive, the salon was clean and comfortable, and the services were executed with great skill and care. I will definitely be returning for future treatments.

I had high expectations when I visited this place based on a referral from a relative, but I was disappointed by the poor customer service. The receptionist was especially rude, and the gatewoman seemed aggressive when my husband, our child, and I arrived for our first appointment. I paid around 20K for a keratin treatment, which was supposed to include shampoo, conditioner, and food. However, after eating their food, I got extremely sick and had to spend thousands on medical bills that night. The next day, when I went back for a wash and explained what had happened, they not only lacked empathy but also tried to charge me an extra 6,000 for shampoo and conditioner, contradicting what the beautician had initially told me. I was shocked by their behavior and felt like they were taking advantage of customers. I can only recommend this place to those who have unlimited money to spend and don't mind the lack of real customer service.

Top rated beauty salon at Mohammadpur, Dhaka. My experience with red was wonderful. I took one of their regular packages including oxy de tan facial, hair regrow treatment, menicure, pedicure, hair blow dry and hot oil message. It costed me tk. 2999 and i must say, that was worth of money. Especially, that hot oil message was so soothing that it made me half asleep. Their employees are polite and service they provided me with expert hand and utmost professionalism was amazing.

I used to go there at it was near my home,, but my last experience totally disappointed me,,, I went for a pedocure, the tub for foot soaking was dirty and the service girl was reluctant to scrub my heels,,, also she and another girl tried to sell me one of their so called packages which I didn't need,,,also they tried to establish that I had very bad skin and hair which needed their packages!!! Ridiculous,,never going back again...

Very very bad service, one of the receptionist is so rude, my hair started falling after doing the loreal treatment which costed 3k not worth it at all, they totally burnt my sister's hair after doing the rebounding even though we did get our hair rebounded from here before but the service was so so bad this time all of the employees are very sweet but the medicines they use or the procedure is totally not reliable.

Worst. Literally worst. I went there for a party makeover. They did a great job at turning me into a ghost. Also, I was late for the party since I sat there for almost an hour for the queue. Never going there ever again.

I tried their services for the first time. They were very humble and nice to me. Took meni-pedi, hot oil along with shampoo. Their hot oil massage is superb. Highly recommended.
