During pedi, one of the parlor lady was saying she was tired, didnt have energy to massage my feet. Like why would you say that to the client? I literally paid good money for that. Their service was extremely disappointing. I went 3 and took multiple services worth approx 6k each time. Underarms wax was done so carelessly and pedicure was way worse. I had to call the manager to show her the calluses, dirt still on the nails and the obnoxious french pedi they did..they offered me free pedi for next time I really wanted this place to be a regular as its only 5mins from my place. The only thing good was their facial. Hence my 1 star.

I got a haircut here around two days ago. Worst haircut of my life. I asked for long layers starting near the ends of my hair, and to get rid of no length at all as i loved my long hair. I also asked not to cut any face framing as I don’t like dealing with bangs. Not only did they cut my hair just below my shoulder when my hair used to be at my waist, they also cut lots of face framing curtain bangs. The bangs and the layers were very uneven and made my hair look like a staircase. So overpriced for such a bad haircut, was so so upset with the results. Not willing to trust hairdressers with my hair cut ever again.

I went in for ashblonde hair color ended up giving me grey hair. Upon request they tried to fix it and burned my hair. I noticed big chunks of my hair was broken when the girl was blowdrying but she kept saying oh these are baby hair! I couldnt believe my eyes when i came home and saw all the damaged fried hair. I cried. :( 18k and 6 hours for this torture. Worst hair color service in Bangladesh. Also the same happened to another lady who was getting her hair colored same time as me. She had a complete breakdown at the salon and was crying.

The location is very convenient. Loved the experience. I took facial service and hair protein treatment from them, loved the dim lights, slow music and gentle massage for facial service. Definitely recommended

Nice ambience. Behavior is good. Great place for relaxation after a hectic day. The only reason I took 1 star away is they couldn't give me the exact haircut I asked for. Otherwise their service is not bad.
