Horrible customer service! Three staff members stood behind the counter, staring me down as I entered the store. I had to "greet" them to break their icy stares. It is not what I expect from Swarovski and is certainly not the experience I received just hours earlier at the Chermside store where they couldn't have been more friendly and helpful.

I went in on Black Friday and received some of the best service I have already had in a store. On a day where it’s crazy busy and you’d expect staff to be too busy but despite this, the girls in the store were lovely. My friend and I both agreed that this was some of the best service in the entire centre.

All the ladies working were lovely and made sure to point out new collections and sale items. Unfortunately I have forgotten the lady's name who served me but she was fantastic. She showed me pieces she thought I would like and helped match items, held great conversation and made me feel very comfortable.

Elouise and Courtney are wonderful. Elouise went above and beyond to help me with a special purchase for a milestone birthday of a family member. I cannot thank her enough and would give more than a 5 star rating if it were possible. Your company is lucky to have stars like you on their team.

I got served by Clare today and honestly I couldn’t believe how amazing her customer service was. I recommend going to this store out of many other stores but they’re pretty great across the board throughout Brisbane :-D

If you love rude, pushy, condescending sales staff, then this is definitely the store for you! Please choose very carefully, this boutique does not like to issue store credit vouchers. :(

The people are helpful and know their product. They made whole shopping experience enjoyable so much I almost bought out the whole shop.

Great experience until a third person came out and tried to upsell as I was paying, very uncomfortable for me and other 2 salesladies.
