I visited the store and got served by Katie, the store manager. She greeted me but then walked away to do other things before coming back asking what do I need. I said I just want a charm and showed her a photo and asked her to check if I've bought this charm before, since I've bought a number of charms from this store in the past and they recorded it every time to my account purchase history. I gave Katie one of my emails which wasn't the registered one, then I gave her my mobile number, which I'm 100% sure that they've recorded it in the past but she couldn't look it up either. Then she said I don't trust her and told me frustratingly 'what else do you want'? I was patiently asking her if she could do me one more search by my name, and this time she could see a result. It appears that they don't have my number recorded, and absolutely nothing in my purchase history! I ask what was the point of asking customers detail for every purchase if your system keeps resetting the data. She then gave me another weird look and asked again what else to you want? I said I just want this charm, thank you and proceeded to payment counter. There she kept pushing me to purchase more to get the promotion special deal but at that point I don't feel like buying anything from this store ever again. I grabbed my purchase and before walking away, I asked whether today transaction has been recorded to my account, which it hasn't. Katie then untied the box looking for the invoice to enter it into the system but didn't re-tie the bag for me and just walked away. Absolutely disappointed with the store customer services, it used to be very high up but now...

I always go to this Pandora as I work in the city and it’s convenient for me but after this last interaction I have no intentions of ever setting foot in this store ever again. They have no problem taking my money whenever I’m in store but when I came in to exchange my ring that I purchased 2 WEEKS AGO because it was missing a stone, I was told that without a receipt I won’t be able to. I told her to look up my account as it would be under my name, she said that there was no transaction recorded?? I told her I buy a lot of products here and I have always put it under my account. She goes on to say ‘I can see that you have spent almost $4000 but there is nothing in your account for that ring so I won’t be able to exchange it’. I showed her my bank statement with the transaction record for Pandora Queen St Mall for 2 weeks ago and she still said ‘sorry without a receipt there’s nothing I can do’. Unbelievable, they claim we get 2 years warranty and this ring is one of the newer styles so it is clearly still within warranty. The sales lady was condescending and looked uninterested, train your staff better or hire people who actually want to work. The week after I went to Pandora at Carindale which is closer to home and the girls were lovely. They weren’t able to find my transaction under my account but they exchanged it for me using my bank statement as my proof of purchase. I went on to take advantage of their current promotion and scored myself a free charm. I know where I’ll be shopping at from now on!

I went to the Queen Street store yesterday afternoon with my 8yo daughter (1 July) around 2pm, and the experience was horrible. I was looking for two rose gold charms, and was greeted by a young lady not long after we walked in. She pulled out a tray of charms for me to choose. Like a normal 8yo girl, my daughter started to touch the rings and charms as the lady was talking to me. All of sudden, she grabbed my daughter's hand and said: have you put the ring back? My daughter was stunned and said yeah? Obviously the girl didn't find anything in my daughter's hand. I hate to argue with people in front of my kids as it won't be a good experiences for kids. So we just left without saying anything. But I was pretty horrified and extremely upset. Understand where Pandora is coming from, but do it in a subtle way. DO NOT TOUCH MY CHILD WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. I still can't comprehend even the airport security check, they will let you know before they TOUCH and SEARCH you. Pandora, do yourself a favor and train your staff properly.

The store is set up in a very disorganized manner. There are 3 counters at different parts of the store, no indication of which counter does what, and one queue line with a sign in the middle of the store. There are glass displays only at the counters, often without tags or prices. I guess the intention was that you would queue up, get assigned a personal shopper, and then get to see their full range. Unfortunately most of the staff don't seem to notice the designated queue line at all, so if you queue like you're supposed to, if you're unlucky you might end up waiting 20 minutes like I did, while people who flock to a counter get served before you. I'm my case, a woman who was only waiting for 5 minutes (not in the line) insisted she was there before me, and the staff served her first. I would have left, but stayed only because I needed to buy someone a gift today and my options were limited at that time. When I did get served, the service was reasonably good and the prices were decent. I would not recommend this store.

Absolutely awful service here at Pandora Queen street. The sales assistants are so unfriendly and I could tell the minute I walked into the store. They were busy waiting around for other customers to select their products and I had already chosen something online that I just wanted to buy in person. When I showed the sales assistant what I wanted (mind you this transaction would've taken only 5 minutes for her and she would've made a sale), she replied rudely and said other people are waiting to be served. Then I said that I'm running late and need to head back to work, but she didn't offer to find this one product for me and let me purchase it. I don't understand that if customer service is number one priority, why are the sales assistants at this particular store so stuck up and rude? I don't think I'll be visiting the store at Queen Street again after this experience.

Have been a pandora addict for yearsss, I always took advantage of the sale season and check some stores , I heard that Queen st one wasnt the best at customer service but i’ve been to my local twice and even ordering online so I thought i’ll go check it out.. Ended up buying two charm and a ring, the sales assistant was helpful, but not great compared to my local one, but after paying i saw the other sales assistant named Emily trying to wrap my stuff and not putting it in usual box, I ask to be put in the box because how am i gonna store my rings if it not in the box and her excuse ??? Because I bought the stuff that on sale so its not eligible for a box.. WOW !!! So in this store you got treated differently just because you bought something that on sale , ( I ended up give the rings to my mum , imagine how am i gonna do it without the ring box)

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Simply said, this is the most appalling retail service I have ever received. Katie, the manager, and Emily together were extremely rude and did not seem to have any respect for their customers. Not only did they ignore me and made me wait at the counter they both, on separate occasions, bluntly ordered me to “move over”. The after-sales service was also terrible and difficult. For example, I was not allowed to pick up my relative’s jewellery from Pandora’s complimentary cleaning service. When I asked for clarification as to why I could not, after having reasonably proved my relationship with my relative, Emily became visibly infuriated and spoke aggressively, as if she was trying to pick an argument. Under no circumstances was that attitude acceptable, especially from a such a big, multinational brand.

Every time I visit this store, I get the best customer service. The staff are always friendly, helpful and remember the regular customers. One of my friends visited the store the other day as well and mentioned me and the staff remembered exactly who she meant. Whenever I have a problem with a purchase, they will rectify the situation so swiftly and kindly that I am more than happy to also walk out with a purchase as a thanks. Katie and Emma are also real leaders for the store, managing the team beautifully but also setting a perfect example on how to serve customers. All this is coming from someone also working in customer service. Can’t wait to visit them again for whatever I have my eyes on to add to my collection next!

Some of the staffs were friendly but some may not take care of you at all. This is because there are Chinese and Australian staffs where the Chinese girls would take care only the Chinese customers where sometimes we might have to wait for so long until the Australian staffs are free to take care of us. I don’t know if this is a policy or something kind of sales strategy for them however it is kind of annoying when you wanted to buy your stuff and get things done as well. I can recommend another friendly staff in queen street mall because it is often not crowded there than this one because people walk in and out and pass it all the time.

I am not happy with this store at all. I requested for a jewellery cleaning service at Sydney branch last year around this late Dec, they were happy to help. Customer care at this branch is zero. There is no any notice on their social media regarding jewellery cleaning, they kept saying they are busy during Xmas, no time for cleaninh. It doesn't take them much time, and there was only 2 customers at the shop.very quiet. Generally, they will make you buy their products, and they won't care anymore. Honestly, I chose this brand over others because of their jewellery care service. Unfortunately, this is really disappointing.

A few weeks ago I purchased a few rose charms for my bracelet and asked the sales person, who happened to be the manager, to place them on my bracelet. When she took my bracelet off, she had a look of disgust on her face as she said to me ‘You know you’re only supposed to have one safety chain on your bracelet right?’. Before I could even comprehend what she had said to me, she rudely asked me which safety chain to remove. I asked her why I can only have one and she said, ‘The other one is useless’. I found this extremely rude, will not return to that store as I didn’t feel like an appreciated customer.

I had a wonderful experience in the Queen Street Pandora shop. Emily helped me, answered all my questions and did her utmost to have me leave completely satisfied with the cu a tomer service. I have has my opinion of Pandora renewed, as I had truly given up on their guarantees over their jewellery since my experience in the Cairns shop. In fact Queen Street were able to help me when the Cairns Central shop had told me that they couldn't do anything for me with the broken Pandora jewellery. Thank you so much to Queen Street Pandora. Well done Emily!

Sold a necklace that had no clasp and wouldn't fit over the giftee's head. Exchange to other item required manager's approval. Manager was condescending about situation (felt like we had to show her) and seemed annoyed about padding insert on jewellery box missing when wasn't given in the first place, perhaps as a way to deny exchange. She seems like the snooty manager described in another review. Non management staff are nice but they seem under much pressure to push Pandora as much as possible on you. I'll go to other store if I buy again.

I was looking for a particular charm and there was this kind guy who assisted me. Unfortunately the charm wasn't available at their store - he offered to check other branches for me if they have it - until some snooty woman came up and announced they're not allowed to do that. They're not allowed to help customers find what they are looking for in their other nearby stores? Really? Apparently the guy is new and as I was walking out, he had a good talking to by said snooty woman.

The attitute of the sale assistant was so rude, we would like to take the suggestion from Emily, while the word from her was so rude, such as "don't", "you should", "we don't allow customers" etc, never use any respect words. Just please training your staff to use more friendly word. We were intend to buy some in the shop today, but we finally didn't. We wouldn't come to this shop anymore and if this situation keep happens, we will never buy Pandora again.

Very disappointed ☹️. I always bought lots of different things for my partner from this shop but not again. Need more staff and training here!! I understand that they both got customers but you should acknowledge that someone is waiting, at least you can say “hi, I’ll be with you in a moment” or something but no. Nothing. Service is appalling, sales assistants are some of the unfriendliest and they act like they're so high and mighty; I have never seen them smile. They made me wait for 15mins when they did see me had no level of enthusiasm whatsoever. The after sales service was also terrible like they couldn't wait to get rid of me because the transaction has taken place already happened and I'm like some kind of yesterday's news.

Have not had better customer service anywhere! I was served by Katie and can not praise her enough for her service! Originally I went in to get a gift for my sister. Not only did she give great assistance with that, she also noticed my ring was missing a few stones and organised a replacement for it! Customer service at Pandora never disappoints, particularly the girls in the Queen Street store! I have had a couple of issues with two different style rings over the last year or so and each time I have gone in the issue has been resolved with ease. I can not fault the staff at this store! I have not had any previous experience with Pandora before so I was quite surprised with the staff's patience while explaining all the different items. Everyone was lovely and they went out of their way to assist me! My daughter was was VERY happy with her first Pandora bracelet & charms.

Horrible service. I stood there for 10 minutes to get served and when the staff came to help, they totally ignored me and went and served a lady who just walked in. They judge you on what you wear and if your dressing more steet wise, they don't even bother to help unless you asked.

I have been many times for the past year. I could say "Not kind at all". I don't buy at this shop since I felt I took an uncomfortable service. Just few staff(probably a man) was okay but Asian woman staff was terrible. They have to learn how to serve for customers.
