The policies are absolute rubbish and they scam you for everything you have. I'm having to pay 2000 extra for the rest of my premium for the year (only had it insured for 3 months but I still have to pay for a full year) when I was not told this nor ever heard of it when I just have had 2 months off of work due to a crash (meaning no income). They are trying to take everything I have and more. Not happy. They also are taking their sweet time to come pick up the written off bike meaning there is a delay on finalizing the claim. Service is horrible and I would recommend going anywhere else than here.

Swann has sent my pay by the month to a debt collector without even notification to me before hand. I have more than enough money in my account to cover the account. I believe they have a accounting error that has now ruined my credit score. There is no reason for swann to engage a debt collector and especially without contacting myself first. I am canceling my policy will only insurance with other companies from now on. Please people avoid the company like it is covid 2020

Customer service was quite good over the phone, they delivered when I wrote off my bike. They were up front about the time it might take to get seen to so even though email response wasn't the best, over the phone they are quite gokd

This company always seems to have policies sold by the shadiest of retailers. Must be some nice commissions offered. Quotes are always more expensive than every other company too. Made it my business to avoid and warn of them.

"Forgot" my details last year, doubled the amount due this year. Absolute rubbish customer service. Get your act together. I'm rating 1 and have been with them 6 years. Absolute Bull!
