I asked for two orders of sushi and was trying to ask for a third... but everytime I tried I was cut off by her saying "is there anything else", took 4 attempts to get in a word and ask for what I wanted without being interrupted. The lady serving me was very rude and extremely impatient. I then asked for a can of... but was interrupted by her saying "we have no cans", yet there was clearly cans of 5 different drinks in the fridge in front of me. Her frequent rude interruptions made me opt to not even get a drink. Don't go here if you want anything that resembles customer service. I'm absolutely appalled and she should be bloody ashamed of her attitude!

Mini sashimi pack was in a smaller container and they made the sashimi pieces smaller to fit in but kept the price the same. Not happy at all. Edit: Ok now that I think about it, everytime I've brought the salmon avocado sushi, I've been disappointed by how misleading it is for the top part of the sushi to be filled with salmon and the bottom half to have a very dismal amount. Rather than mislead customers - can you not let it be known that there's been a price hike in salmon - which is why you're "deliberately" half filling your sushi's and making your sashimi a lot smaller? The main reason I spend money on your sushi's is for the salmon - not the sugary rice.

This is my go to when I'm waiting for my flight out of Brisbane. The prices here are great compared to the cafes around the airport, where you can get a sushi roll for under $5. Service is quick as all the food is prepared in advance so it is just a pick and choose for what you want. Unfortunately when I went today, they didn't have as much range as they normally do, but I suspect that is more due to being after the lunch/peak period time. Last time I went, they had a great range of options which was good to see. Please note that they have gone cashless now, so you can tap and pay with mobile phone or with card.

Don't buy the salmon, it is clearly past expiry and tastes sour and stringy... I also nearly choked on the soy sauce bottle as it was placed within the sushi... This was impeccably concluded... with some mild diarrhea. Thank God it wasn't something more severe. What can I say? Gordon Ramsay would have a field day here. Thankfully the lady working there was not rude as some other reviewers have said just grossly understaffed which I can understand given the circumstances.

Against my usual judgement, I ordered from sushi sushi because the queues elsewhere were insane. Surprisingly, the sushi was satisfactory, and not as dry or as bad as other Sushi Sushi branches. I ordered salmon and avocado handrolls for $3.90 ea. Unfortunately this location doesn't display prices for all items. Soy sauce was included as expected. Very speedy service, but the server was curt.

Never would I think that store bought sushi can be screwed up this bad but today I learnt that sushi rice can be both soggy and undercooked at the same time. Mushy outside but rocky and powdery inside. Finishing it was a challenge but didn’t want to waste food and I was hungry. Definitely will not be eating here again. Do yourself a service and order elsewhere.

Sushi is nice enough. Is getting a bit rich at over $5 a small sushi roll. Upon asking for wasabi I was given the smallest amount that wouldn’t even be enough for one roll nevermind the 3 I bought. I asked for more wasabi and was abruptly given another tiny serve. Not sure why the rations on such expensive sushi!

Good to see a healthy food option available at the domestic airport. If you are after a last minute option before a flight would recommend over other fast food restaurants in the area. Unfortunately the price for the soft drinks was steeper than usual but I was purchasing food in the airport…

Amazing! Probably the best sushi I've had from a chain like this. Didn't expect much, being from an airport but was pleasantly surprised. Loved the tempura veg pancake, prawn and avocado roll and spicy crunchy chicken roll pack in particular will be returning …

Think I got it on a bad day but nonetheless it was bad sushi, not worth the price and I’d pass next time just because it’s a risk. Poor taste, badly made and presented okay only!

I always enjoy sushi sushi. they charge airport prices so it's a bit more expensive than other locations but still affordable. good range of vegetarian, fish and meat filled rolls and also nigiri and variety packs. soy sauce is free.

if you need a quick meal before your departure and you dont want the regular burgers and sabdwiches then this is your best alternative. beware of the airport price. drinks are gold. nothing really different from your normal sushi.

Almost $6 for a single roll. Both Teriyaki Chicken rolls had gristle in them. The rest of them were okay. Very disappointed. At least the guy who served me was polite.

The only girl working at 10:40 am 23/09/2022 is extremely rude. I am mindful of public humiliation and I won’t post her name here. May the management look up which staff member was working and look at the video footage!

Food was nice enough but staff (12pm) were extremely rude, and that's an understatement, how she has a job in customer service beats me. For that reason I would not recommend going there at all. Disgraceful! More

Cashier deliberately skipped my turn when I was in front of the waiting line. Apparently, airport staff has to wait for other customers before being served.

Great sushi and great service by the chick that was working all by herself. She did an awesome job handling so many people. (Unfortunately didn't catch her name working 4th of November at 1.30pm)

Sushi was ok but old and expensive. What upsets me the most is the person who served me was quite rude and nasty. I will not go to their stand again and tell all my friends about this experience.

Lady who served me was short mannered and rude. I'm not side what the issue was. Food was badly displayed and the scratchie they give you as a promotion was already pre scratched.

I didn’t expect here to be good because it’s airport restaurant but it’s great! It’ll be better if there’s less rice in sushi

Perfectly fine sushi although the selection is a little limited. Expect a full dollar or more extra than normal prices at other outlets. Quick service too.

Bought the mini sashimi pack and 2 rolls for lunch, very tasty and made fresh on site. Good value and quick friendly service.

The front staff working at 20/02/2023 at 4 pm sound bit rude . Sushi was tasty but make sure the staff are good not rude.
