There's nothing better than leaving a shop with the exact shoe in the exact size you've been looking for! I had a pair in mind and told the extremely helpful Chantal, she assured me that their store would get it in stock and definitely in size 13. A few weeks later and I finally have it The staff in the store are so insanely nice and helpful. Other shops like Footlocker have no idea about sneakers or when they're getting released or even if they can get them. It's insane. Yet this small shop is on point with it all. Great shop for collectors! Looks like I'll be coming here for my sneakers from now on. I have been very disappointed with the recent Jordan Release Size range, I am a firm size 13/14 and have waited outside of Subtype store at 10am on every recent Jordan drop only to be told they have No size 13s or 14s, I love the store, as the apparel is amazing, I purchase a lot from yo, but we need some 13/14s in the Jordan drops for the loyal customers that want to support our local, staff are amazing, store location is premium, we just need some big boy sizes, stop sending all the big boy sizes to Sydney and Melbourne and Gift Subtype Brisbane with some love, we want to support yous!

I entered the raffle for a jordan 12 cherry and did not have received any email or confirmation until I have to speak to one of the consultants to understand that only winners will be notified by email. The ones that haven't won will not be notified by anything. A pretty bad way to let everyone know about the service. I recommend just go to the physical footlocker store in the city. Most of the time is first come first served or jd sports that can be purchased online. Both of them offered alot of heat kicks. Subtype has too much frustration online

From the initial interaction with the staff member Rocky, I felt very welcomed and comfortable. He made sure to help me out with whatever I needed and had one of the best customer service I've experienced. He made sure to promote the store in an articulate and natural manner. He engaged in friendly conversation to make my experience at the store a good one, which he succeeded in. Will definitely be coming to this store more because of him. -MJ

I can find several favourite brands in the shop and the location is good, but the service of the short girl was shockingly terrible, when I tried to ask for any helps about the products, she obviously showed impatience and perfunctory, and even when I checked the bill, she still maintained a bad attitude and didn't smile all the way, that’s really disappointing!

bought large orders of shoes from them, they posted them all in bags which meant all the boxes got smashed up and boxes arrived in various shapes, not rectangle. I asked for a part refund for this, took days to reply then Kaela W said no no refund at all, bad luck. AVOID

Big shoutout and thanks to Jordan who went above and beyond for me with a pair of AF-1s. Fantastic looking store, glad to see Subtype in Brisbane. Solid range in stock, despite only being open for two weeks as of writing this. Can’t wait to visit again soon!

Subpar service, don’t expect great customer service, lady was okay but quite impatient when the store was empty. Was planning to buy but felt very outcasted and disappointed with the service and didn’t end up buying. Will buy from another store.

These guys are amazing, bought a pair of shoes online at like 11pm on the 29th of december fulling expecting it to come after the holidays in sydney but i got my shoes on the morning of nye. :)))

My partner and I have ordered from Subtype 3 times now in the last few months. Very quick delivery and shoe box is sent in larger box to ensure there is no damage. Very happy with all purchases.
