We got kicked out after being at the park for 10 minutes. There were 30 - 40 families there and despite it still being full daylight they closed the park. Strange that the tax payers fund such a beautiful park only to be told they cant use it. Poor management. No hours of operation posted on google maps either. Sign at front of park says closed at sunset, but today sunset is at 8:20 and the gates were closed a 8pm sharp. Even after sunset, the park could be used for another 30 minutes of day light. Many families would have continued to enjoyed the park if it was not closed so early. Sad.
This is the only big free play area for kids. Decent stuf for kids. Well maintained garden too. Renovated for children safety. Visit and experience. I dont find better place in winipeg
