The only reason I give Storage Sense a 2 star rating is because the site manager Chris is so nice and seems to care about the people who rent there. Outside of that I would never ever recommend renting from this place. I have been a customer there for a little over three years now. Prior to this large corporate company coming in and making all of these changes, raising prices, cutting hours of good employees, and making it a much more uncomfortable experience to rent from there. They do not take in to consideration the demographics of the area of which my unit is located and fail to realize that the people in that area are hard working, at poverty level, and some below. When it was Mid-town Self Storage it felt like a family. People asked you how you were doing when you came in, etc. Now it’s ALL about the numbers they do not care about how expensive they are despite being in an area where a lot of people are struggling. Then they recently raised their prices again. Unless you are already a customer there, I would NOT recommend renting from this place. Very poor customer service!!

We stored 3/4 of our stuff here after we had sold our home and were waiting to move into our new home. Chris was so helpful in making sure we got a unit that would fit all of items. Our not had more than enough space! She ensured that the moving truck was clean and functional, that the unit was clean and that our stuff would be safe. Boy did she and storage sense deliver! Even more, On moving day, She made sure that our furniture and items were not only transferred safely down to our unit, but also stacked correctly in our space so that nothing broke or fell. Chris will be our first call when move again!

I went in looking for storage because I am moving and have no room . Darrala was the employee I believe and she was very helpful when it came to my decision. And the prices were reasonable. I also plan on renting a storage unit from them in about another month when I move.

Storage Sense has excellent customer service and great units for the price! Miss Darrala answered all of my questions and helped me find the right size unit for my needs. Any other storage place might have just went for the upsell, but Storage Sense really cares! 5 stars!

As of 2023: Prices have gone up considerably since new ownership. Also we were concerned that so many of the previous staff members were not returning to work after new ownership began. We’ve been customers for nearly 20 years and will most likely move out.

Great place to store!!! Uhaul retail went smooth and great. Courtney and Monica from out of town did great and Chris the manager was also great helped us get merchandise. Will come again I wish Monica and Courtney were staying

Chris K & Darrla were very helpful only Uhaul I use since moving to Missouri in 2004 ...very very clean ....I love this place due to the service & helpfulness....thanks Chris ,Larry &Darrla yall totally make moving worth it

Expertly managed!! Customer service oriented to the max. I have used this location for storage for many years and many life transitions. Maximum safety is another major advantage. Highly recommend!

Great place to store your valuables!! Clean, secure and employees are very accommodating when moving in and out. Employees are very kind and care for their customers.
