Great experience so far. I was able to complete all the steps online, including submitting all the necessary documents, without ever having to pick up the phone or set foot in the office. The facility is in a great location, visible from the highway and next to a fire station and a police officer's credit union. So, it feels extremely secure. It offers great additional security features as well - strong gates, lots of cameras, etc. The unit was extremely clean as was the entire facility. There are lots of extras including restrooms on every floor, elevators, carts to borrow - but, the best feature (a real game-changer) has to be the 6-bay garage entry with power garage door openers at both ends. You pull up, open the door, and pull in to a fully-enclosed garage bay to unload your stuff. It has about a 20 ft. ceiling too. After unloading in the garage while it was raining - I doubt I will ever rent storage from any other location ever again! Since I set everything up online, there was even a welcome brochure attached to the inside of the unit. And, finally - the price is reasonable and cheaper than surrounding options. Overall - if you need storage - I HIGHLY recommend this establishment.

I would go less than a star, but can’t. Increase prices, yet give no discount for the inconvenience of access due to the garage door being “broke” and inaccessible since March! Very poor customer service and yet has an increment on prices for the convenience people pay for. Tried to talk with the on-site Manager, yet he couldn’t do anything and asked for the district manager and couldn’t get a phone #!! Not customer friendly in any aspect, yet keep increasing costs! Not asking for the world, asking for fair compensation for what is asked to pay! Fix the garage doors and quit making excuses and give people that have endured this compensation for the money they pay for “CONVENIENCE “!!!! Terrible business practice.

Really nice, clean storage looking towards the future, lights come on automatically every so many feet, there are these push carts you can load up at the car when you pull into the covered unloading dock, air conditioned of course, take your loaded cart push it into the elevator a very nice elevator, large and spacious and its air conditioned too! The guy that runs it very well I might add, Andrew does a excellent job, is intelligent, kind, warm, and really informative, can answer any questions or concerns one might have. Its all secured with cameras everywhere too. Safe anytime you are there. Thanks Andrew, very impressive!

We were moving to Kansas City and needed an easily accessible place to store most of the furniture and other belongings in a climate-controlled facility after selling our house in Maryville and while we looked for another house in the city. StorTropolis on N. Brighton was our first choice and met all of our expectations. Not only was the facility clean and very secure, but Jen, the manager, made the rental process clear and painless. Moreover, we were able to take advantage of the one free month of storage out of the three months we needed. Highly recommended!

it is a clean and secure place. I could not get any one to return my phone calls on the reason they raised my rate with out letting mw know in advance . I found out after receiving the recite of auto payment They were lucky I had that amount in my account and did not have to pay overdraft charges. were as the staf at the office was polite and nice they could not answer why the rate went up and said would have the manager call but the manager never did call me with an explanation

Came in here inquiring about a unit, this was the third storage facility I came to after getting terrible service at the first 2. I’ve been a bit apprehensive just because this is the first time I’ve ever rented a storage unit, so I had many questions, Cali assisted me with all of them and made me feel very confident in entrusting my things with Stortropolis. She answered all my questions and made this a great experience, thank you so much Cali!

Moving in and out was super easy! Access to the building was simple to navigate, yet I still always felt like my items were kept very safe and protected. Easy access garage doors, indoor parking space, ready-to-use carts, and spacious elevators made it SO easy to move my heavy items. The facility was always extremely clean and well taken care of. I would absolutely recommend this to a friend and would rent from here if needed again!

Management is great. Always amazingly clean. Almost always enough space indoors to unload/load truck. Safe and well lit and nice clean bathroom! Only thing I've had a problem with is my rent went up $20.00 with no notice. That was a shocker but I'd have to move all my things to somewhere else or pay. I stand corrected within 6 months my rates continued to rise without notice monthly to $210.00. Someone's making money hand over fist.

Very nice storage facility! The grounds are exceptionally clean. I feel safe when I go there at any time of day. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the units are indoors and are climate-controlled. Moving in during 100 degree weather in July could not have gone better. I’m glad I checked their pricing and did not assume that climate- controlled would be too pricey. I have already recommended them to others!

It was very easy to get to when we needed to get items. Very clean at all times. People who stores there were sometimes not polite about the garage usage. The car would be empty but they would have a moving truck they were working on and would not pull the empty car out. I would say that trying to reach someone to cancel was a bit hard. Waited on line for long periods of time and would have to hang up and start all overb

Cali was incredibly helpful and understanding about my situation today. I was concerned about my unit being too small and she immediately looked at other options for me and helped me find the best unit for me. The staff is very friendly, you feel like a valued customer. Overall the facility is clean and well-managed. And the large covered bay where you can load and unload your belongings is a huge plus. Thank you, Cali!

This is the most professional clean storage facility I’ve ever experienced!! The girls keep it so clean and welcoming, so much so that I actually look forward to coming in and chatting for a sec. Absolutely have recommended this place to my friends who are moving stuff around, and they have all loved the environment. Customer service is excellent Cali and Jen are so attentive each time I come in! 10/10

Cali B was super friendly and professional. She was very quick and efficient getting my account set up, it took no time at all. Cali also took time to show me the gate access process and walked me through some of the building quirks and told me what to do in case one of the quirks acts up. As for my unit, it was clean, free of debris, and easily accessible. No complaints at all. Keep up the good work.

I was happy I was able to shop available units online and see rates. This allowed me to compare units to determine the best unit for our needs. Selecting and leasing the unit was a breeze, as well as terminating the lease once our short-term need ended. Site access felt secure, hours were accommodating, and our unit was easily accessible, especially for being on the third floor.

The process of renting was very simple. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. I found the storage unit to be extremely clean, no sign of dirt or bugs and there was a clean smell about the units. I appreciate the ease of paying online and any questions that came up were handled quickly and efficiently. I would definitely use this company again in the future.

Jen and Cali are amazing, they went above and beyond and were very helpful and accommodating! The facility is without a doubt the nicest, cleanest, most well-lit, and secure storage units I have ever used. Being out of the elements and heat or cold while loading and unloading is the absolute best. This is the ONLY storage unit I recommend to anyone looking!

Place was always clean. I didn’t have to worry about my belongings getting that “storage smell”. I would give 5 stars if I didn’t have to wait on hand carts when busy, or customers using more than one cart per unit. Only 4 are available, and I believe they have the room for 8-10 carts to help with that issue. Other than that it lived up to expectations.

very easy online booking! something had went wrong with my booking and it took the money from my bank to pay for the unit but no information. they gave me a call and i sent them my ID and it was that simple! the lady i spoke with was also super nice! first months rent was also free which i greatly appreciated!!!

We stopped in & discussed options regarding size, cost, etc. The first time we were there two young ladies helped us. We looked at other storage options & returned to rent one here. Again very helpful & courteous. We were taken to an available unit,. The surrounding areas & in the building were very well kept.

The receptionist took care of what I needed...showed me a few units...wasn't pushy and was very informative. All the decisions I made concerning my needs were mine without pressure...she also assured me we could go smaller or larger at anytime so long as units are available.

The manager was great and got us signed up quick. We love the covered garage area; kept us dry during the rain. The flat bed carts are awesome and make moving stuff so much easier. We have rented storage from another place and StorTropolis Self-Storage is honestly the best!

The guy was awesome and very nice but they need to learn to not be rude to customers if they have to vacate and also say that they are a business that does charities but they won't help people who are in need of help I won't be back they won't have any one I know for there

The property manager is a hoot, the facility is SO clean and they do an awesome job with climate control for the units. There is a garage so you aren't sweating it out in the heat, the prices are super fair, and there are flatbeds available for use. 10/10 would recommend!

This is the cleanest storage rental company we have worked with! The climate controlled untis are reasonable priced and well maintained. The fully enclosed loading zone is very convenient and facilitates large moving trucks! We highly recommend this facility!

Nice place! Elevators, Very clean, Auto lights & hand trucks. To bad they don't tell you about the insurance they make you buy when you're looking at the rental cost Upfront. I'm sure it's in the fine print somewhere.
