What originally started as the worst banking experience I’ve had turned into the best at this SECU location because of Adam Z. Shapiro. I had been trying to get a check deposited from Chase Bank but was originally told at the first SECU
I have never been spoken to as rudely as I was at this location. I spoke with both the branch manager and the district manager and was treated extremely poorly. I will do my best to never visit this location again.
I have to 100% completely agree with previous comments. The staff ALWAYS extremely polite and helpful, professional and very efficient. I have been a member for 10+ years.
No late night. No weekends. Only open during the day while most folks are at work. Very inconvenient.
