The service is really bad and thats when it's actually open. I've been there 4 times in the last month and all 4 times, without exception, it was closed. The drive was open but not the lobby. I don't understand why is it closed while there's literally no cars, it was empty, with a lot of employees. Once I came 1h before the closing ( that is registered on google ) and the doors were blocked but there was a bunch of girls laughing and drinking at a table, that I supposed were employees. And when is it open, they are rude and take a lifetime to make a drink. I don't know what's up with this place and this staff but someone have to do something. Because in all of the others starbucks, as close as the ones at the clinic or fairview, the staff where actually polite and did something. The only thing I can see is teenagers who want to be paid for doing nothing. At this point I don't even expect courtesy or fast service, but just service.

We've been here a few times. Good location. Staff and service is good. The beverages are well made. Decent amount of seating space which are generally available. Plenty of parking outside since it's a shared parking with other businesses in the plaza.

This Starbucks location is very modern. Staff are friendly. This Starbucks is franchise owned. They do not accept the Starbucks stars you have earned, however you can still earn Starbucks stars on purchases. Seating area and washrooms are currently blocked off due to recent Covid rules. Promotions on bagged coffees at this location seem to force you to buy hand crafted coffee in order to get promotional pricing on coffee specials. Take note, this is not the case at other Starbucks locations.

Each time that I go to this location, the staff’s positive attitude and kindness really changes my day in a good way. Special shout-out to employee Josh who helped me pick out drinks for family members and who also helped me order a super annoying custom drink from TikTok today. He was so nice about it the whole time and the other barista (whose name I didn’t catch, a girl with the nicest bronde balayage ever) was extremely kind to me even though she was just handing me my drinks. 10/10

This branch is in a medical center which is always busy! I arrived wasn't busy like I expected but the service was really bad! They don't have access to the application because it's a franchise that's okay but why she served me the espresso in a huge cup!!! The employee was very rude and unhelpful. Clean and spacious.

Today was one of my first times going to Starbucks and I was very happy with my experience as a customer. I was greeted politely and was served extremely well. The employees were outgoing and in a great mood. More specifically, I was served by Josh who was very patient and knowledgable both in explaining to me the different sizes for my drink and even personalized one for me himself, per my request. Overall, it was a great experience and I will definitely be revisiting this Starbucks.

We went a few days ago and I wish we didn't go there. There is no limit to number of customers in the store. Less than half of clients were wearing mask and they were not drinking beverages. And someone came inside with their dog(it was not a service dog!). And to my surprise, they were served without any comment. For myself, who is allergic to dog, this is unacceptable. I did not feel it is a safe environment when the rule is "do whatever you want". For the beverage, it was not bad!

They didn't refill my Starbucks card at Starbucks Kirkland, so had to pay. Too many people using the free wifi....so hard to find a seat for my grandson

If you're in the mood for a quick caffeine fix, Starbucks is the place to go. The coffee is always fresh and made to order, and there's a huge variety of flavors to choose from. The baristas are always friendly and happy to help, making the experience that much better. There's also a great selection of food if you're looking for a snack to go with your coffee. All in all, Starbucks is a great place to get your coffee fix.

I was waiting by the cash with my son in his stroller a lady walked in and she got served before I did. I then waited again for someone to serve me and another client walked in and got served before I did. I walked out frustrated and annoyed and not one of their cashiers even cared or noticed. I was standing right by the cash there was no reason to not be served there was no one in there. Won’t be going back there!

Great experience, I think the big difference I think was that there was no drive thru? Super nice staff, great service, happy positive experience! I only saw these cols brew taps when I was picking up my coffee, next time- Nitro Cold Brew!!

I came in and left when I saw that they give disposable cups even to people who order coffee to stay. In 2019, I think we know the importance of making an effort to use reusable mugs wherever possible. I don't intend on supporting a place producing unnecessary waste. Please consider switching to reusable mugs for people having their coffee at your cafe. Thank you.

A starbuck fan from a long time but the thing is that the stores in Ontario and Dubai are bigger and newer than to the ones in the old quebec province .... however, couldnt immagine that will be that much old and narrow ... ouf !!! even the roads are sucks ... not a comfy trip however and as usual, a unique STARBUCK coffee heals it lol ... Thanks !

About 1 month ago, I received a complimentary card w $4 on it from the girl who served me because order was made wrong...as an apology. Nice, right?! Much to my surprise when I went to use that card last wk at another location I was told it wasn't activated. Real nice. What, she just handed me a card without activating it?? Not nice!!

Inept and lazy employees.2 standing around talking while a 3rd spent 10 minutes putting a gift card into an envelope. If they worked for me they would be fired.twice I went in to order a coffee and with 2 people in the store I waited over 15 min. And still was not served. Will not waste my time again

Love coming here on Wednesday and Friday mornings for my daily coffee :). And them knowing there daily people by name and orders as well :).

I have been there once, and might go back tomorrow honestly. I really like this Starbucks, they are really nice people, it's new and fresh, and I like it a lot. My drink was well done, and I was happy about that.

The staff here are very kind and full of good energy. The service is quick! The only thing is that it’s in a pretty busy medical center so this definitely isn’t the Starbucks to go study in if you’re a student.

Little Starbucks with very small tables and not so comfortable seats. In addition, they have very little outlets to charge. It was definitely made for the workers in the building.

The main drawback is that it isn't an official Starbucks. It's more of a licensed remake which leads to a few issues.
