Had my car fully detailed there last week. Staff were very helpful and explained the various options available to me. At first I thought they were trying to upsell, but as I have never had my car fully detailed in the 9yrs I've owned it I could see the sense in getting a full clean and detail. (Next time it will only need a wash and vacuum.) I was glad I had everything done. My car looked as good as a new car. The interior was spotless. So was the exterior - they buffed out several scratches and the paintwork look great. They told me they would need the car for approx 2.5hrs - it was ready on time as promised. Will definitely use them again.

Awful experience. Took my car in, paid for the $65 interior and exterior clean. They charged an extra $30 as it was extra dirty which I understand. They tried to pressure me into paying cash but I paid by card, just seemed dodgy. Went to retrieve my car and found it still extremely dirty on the inside. Interior dash, steering wheel etc covered in dust, didn't look like they'd even taken a dry cloth to it. The mats hadn't even been removed to vacuum underneath and were covered in crumbs, grass etc. Marks all over the interior plastic. Will never be going back again and now I need to fork out even more money to get a proper clean.

Have decided to stop coming here as the haggling over prices has worn me down. Such a shame for the hardworking staff who mostly do a good job. Continuing to talk someone into a significant upgrade after they've said they simply cant afford it (and they are a repeat customer AND its raining) is quite shameful. Of course the eftpos machine is always “broken”. Between the nail salons at Brookside and this place, there’s barely a taxpayer in sight. I plan to take my money to a business who is making a positive and lawful contribution to our economy.

Had an interior detail. While you do check for problems before you leave, many of the issues were not noticed until later that afternoon. The windows were down when we picked the car up, and when put them up when we got home, found our window tint on the passenger window had been damaged and wrinkled. In the boot, the seals had been pulled away and needed to be fixed/reattached. Cost me almost as much to have the damaged fixed as the detail cost. I contact multiple times, including to head office and received no response.

Absolutely first class work. My car came back shining like new, all glass surfaces inside and out cleaned including mirrors, tyres blacked, seats cleaned and carpets vacuumed, dash freshened up. The exterior was beautifully cleaned and gleamed like new. My car has done 118,000km so has a few knocks etc but this made a huge difference and transformed a tired old vehicle into a car I am much happier to own. Thank you. Very highly recommended at a very affordable price - excellent value. :)

Utterly useless took my Ute in for a full detail and roof lining clean payed $400 and I had to take it back they didn't even clean around my gear knob or door sills. The seat trims where still dirty and they completely destroyed my roof lining I have to bring it back on the weekend to see if the can fix it. They told me I had to take down my review to get a refund.

So disappointing.Although they clean well, every time I use them lately they try to upsell. I wanted the standard clean and they wanted to upsell to $189 detail. I have been using hand carwashes for decades and I have never experienced a consistent pressure to scale up as I have with this lot. Very very offputting. Will use a home service now.Feeling ripped off!

Went to the car wash and was advised the car would take 2 hours. I asked for 1.5 hours but the cleaner advised he would need the full 2 hours so as to do the car justice. I returned at the agreed time and found the car had not even been started. I was asked if I could come back tomorrow. So I retrieved my car keys and left. Sorry I don’t have time tomorrow.

Don't go here !! I just wasted $85 . I did platinum service which was clean inside outside of car and engine. It's such a poor service I had to go back because they didn't vaccum inside of car . It was terrible service what they did. Stil hairs and dust . I wonder what they actually cleaned !!!!! I am not satisfied at all. Don't go here .

This company are amazing! They were very thorough with the clean, had my car back to me very quickly, and when I returned with a trolley full of bags and my baby, they packed my entire trolley into the boot for me! Such wonderful service and a team of people that go above and beyond. I am very happy and highly recommend this company!!

Took my car here for a wash and paid $50, the cleaning was not good at all. There was heaps of spots missing that still had dirt on it and marks that haven’t been wiped off. Also when I got in the car after there was so much dust in the car and places where there was missed vacuuming. It did not look good at all. Very disappointed

We have two young kids and had been driving on the beach so our car was very dirty, sand and all. They did a great job cleaning it and for a reasonable price! The best thing was the staff were so friendly and lovely to my two year old who was interested in their equipment, showing him how the hoses work and talking to him. 10/10

Had my car fully detailed by the crew at Brookside recently. They did an amazing job on a car which hadn't been cleaned in over 9 months of two small children doing their level best to destroy the interior. It came out looking brand new, inside and out. Got my car detailed from this carwash. My vehicle was in very bad condition but came out looking brand new. The workers were very helpful and did an amazing job, dropped in the morning and picked it up in the afternoon very convenient Great service ,Excellent wash, will definitely be back. Highly recommended! Doesn’t add “extras” on to boost the price up. Genuine care and understanding, doesn’t remove items or steal money from vehicles. Myself an family members now go here for the immaculate service. Hadn’t seen the original colour of my seats until now again!

Our two cars are always so dirty (thanks to kids & dog) and they always come back looking like new inside & out after going through Star carwash at Brookside. The team there has such great attention to details and are always very diligent. Definitely recommend!!

Had my car cleaned here and they did a fabulous job. They gave me a chance to look over everything and check I was happy and we're willing to touch up anything I requested. Will definitely be going back when my car needs another wash.

Rude and rough with my car, explaining interior and threw the mats out scratching the paint. They always try and add on the marked price. Manager was exceptionally rude. Never again amd don't recommend at all. Zero stars

Mats was left wet inside. Inside mirror wasn’t clean and with dirty dots. Dusty left at passenger door. Tyres wasn’t cleaned. Really poor service unfortunately for 110$.
