Again went to the Deagon carwash today, when the attendant saw me pull up he got up out the garden and walked over the auto car wash, I was looking at all of the new price INCREASES and instead of helping me work out what has changed he just walked away, when I worked out what I wanted I tried to tap my card and select my wash, it is not clear which one u do first but most times I have been there it works, today it wouldn’t so I sat there trying for a good couple of minutes whilst he ignored me and eventually I had back up and ask him to come and help, he looked at the tap machine, asked me to hold my card against it which I did, didn’t work, ask me try again didn’t work, it had something like tech mode on the screen but he says to me, your card is faulty?? I Only used it two hours earlier? And then he just walked away, whenever I am there and he see’s me he just walks away, I will see him was the windows of the car in front and the car behind, but when I am there he just disappears.. as a customer service attendant he must be loosing you a heap of money… it is shame as your carwash is heaps better than hoppy’s and I live right in the middle so I can go either way.. let’s hope the new carwash at Toombul opens soon… bye bye Deagon his rude, ignorant attitude is enough, I won’t be back.. such a great business with such poor customer service.

Some facilities were not available when I went to use the wash that evening. Then the change machine was not working the next time I visited so couldn't wash as I did not have correct coins! Then the next time I visited, the vacuum head kept falling off while I used it and my credit ran out as I tried to fix it! Then the foam brush was leaking all down my arm while I washed my car! The facilities seem a little run down. For the time you get for your money it is better to head to Brendale car wash, it's cheaper for more time and they are better value and more up to date.

I had afternoon trip and lunch at Sandgate parked my car under a tree couple of hours later car need to be washed. Noticed the local wash bay has been there for years. Chose bay 2 the customer ahead informed me that the brush hose is broken ( Brush head fallen off). Lucky I didn't require said brush. Notice the walls were extremely dirty, I will put down to no staff on Sunday afternoon. I know it's hard to keep it clean after staffed hours but it was a mess. People need to take a little responsibility for all who use the service.

First card reader was a blank screen and wouldn’t respond? Moved to the second one on the right, it took awhile for the machine to even respond to me pressing it to get to the payment screen… I almost gave up and then the ‘blow dry’ ….well it was laughable at how low it was… definitely not going to be suitable for drying my GSD. Then my $15 ran out and I still had a wet dog. Not real pleased. I assume there was something faulty with the machine because my previous use of this service hasn’t been an issue.

This car wash is sub average I have been coming here at least once a week on average for convenience and I am over the lack of pressure, empty soap and no spot free rinse. Every time I come here there’s something not working. Their machines have even eaten my money. Not saying it wasn’t good enough but come on owner’s maintenance!!! Turn the water pressure up Brendale has a car wash and it’s far superior than this one. Will start using that from now on sorry owner you’ve lost a customer.

Why do I need to argue with your attendant? If I want to go in to self serve and wash the bits I know the laser is going to miss first and put some pre-soak on before the laser wash thats up to me! I don't need the attitude of your attendant questioning me as to why I would do that, why didn't I self wash it? Isn't that more money in your business if i do? Coming from the attendant who stands around doing f.a except fot pressing a select wash button...won't be back

This place is hit & miss. The first time we came through the attendant was fantastic and soaped the car down before sending it through the laser wash. Today there was no such service and the car had dirty patches after the wash, very disappointing. We washed the dog as well, the machine was clogged with fur from previous dogs and she smelt dirty afterwards. The water also smelt bad. We won’t be coming back, Petbarn has nicely serviced machines for the same price.

Best carwash in Australia!! I worked there for almost 2 years before i had to come back home, and I only have good things to say about this place. Is owned by a caring and amazing family that always looks after their staff and makes sure that everything is working properly. +Great location +Good price +Friendly service +Best products Lucas the other staff member is been working there for about 5 years. Need to fix the car wash machine, at $20 a wash not happy! That was 2-3 wks ago. Get a better wash at Coles express or do it yourself for half price. Service not very attentive. Ps to mngement Technically x7, due to time restrictions and post when one can. Also note they were all services from different variety of businesses, but other odd x20 were great reviews right?. Anyways, possibly caught attendant on a bad day I'm thinking?

Never come here the vacuum never sucks anything up and there is always problems with the wash bays went back last week for a quick wash and the guy had to activate the machine for us because the card reader was not working another time we went we put money in the vacuum and it never turned on went to see if someone could help but there was nobody there and it wasn't a public holiday if you where wondering

All birds in town decided to have a party above my car last night and I needed to have it clean before heading to work. Usually I wash it at home but I was short on time so went there this morning for an automatic wash. Your staff member was super friendly and really helpful. Removed everything before I went thru and my car came out sparkling. I’m gonna be back more often

It's not bad, entry and exit is easy and safe and staff always say hello. However the spot free rinse isn't the best and there needs to be more water pressure from the spray guns. I do a bit of Highway and find when I use this car wash it is particularly bad at removing bugs vs the car wash in Maroochydore or Caloundra and I'm spending $4 to $5 more at this car wash.

Waited for 15 minutes in line, pulled up to the lazerwash pay machine only to be told my car was "too dirty" to go through the drive wash. The same man who told me this had also been standing by the pay machine ( about 2m from my car ) for the past 15 minutes and said nothing. Dont bring your car here if its dirty I guess …

Not happy at all. I paid $20 for a deluxe wash and expected my car to be sparkly clean. When I got home and looked at my car it was still extremely dirty. The back and front end was dirty and the bottom half of my car was dirty. The only clean thing was the windows and roof. Don't waste your money on this. I'm never coming back.

I had a wonderful experience at this car wash. My car was caked in mud quite heavily and the friendly attendant blasted the mud away for me before taking it through the laser wash. So easy to get to. The gentleman there setup the carwash for me and gave my windows and pre-scrub. I loved the extra service they provided. The carwash was perfect and was on the road with a nice clean car. I recommend the Deagon Car wash to everyone, plus they were cheaper then where I normally go …

Went through the other day for a quickie. Just FYI, i believe your autowash is faulty. While the soap cycle swings the boom arm around entire car, the wax and spot rinse doesnt, it misses one side entirely. My car came out with wax streams all on one side. Once you fix this, i will decide to come back.

I've been coming to this car wash since August 2018 when I moved to Sandgate with a new car. The attendant has been very friendly and helpful over this time, giving my car a pre soak and operating the Laser Wash. Very happy to recommend this business and the attendant's positive attitude.

Not happy, paid for the $16 Lazer wash & the bottom half of my car is still dirty, I can wipe it off with my hand it's just dust. I see people paid for the deluxe wash & had the same problem, so it's not the price. As you can see in the photo, the top half was great, but not the bottom.

Was going to come here so I didn't have to wash my ute at home in the sun. Signes everywhere saying that you aren't allowed to bucket wash, hand dry, or wax in the bays.. I don't see the harm in this if I'm paying to use the pressure washer. Won't be coming back here again

Today, I took my car through the automatic car wash, after Lucas, a worker on duty manually washed the car windows for me. I was happy that the car was clean after the wash & I’d like to compliment Lucas as well. He’s always quietly efficient whenever I go there. Janelle

Excellent service. I was expecting just to go through the automatic washer as per usual but instead I was stopped by the worker there who gave it a good scrub and clean before going through which was like getting two washes for the one!! Love it. Will definitely be back.

Used to be a good car wash. Paid for the top wash and it was finished in under 2min. Seem to me they were cutting back on the wash cycle and chemical cycle. Didn't even do a full cycle of soap just over the car. Very poor compared to other car washes.

Washed my dog and was highly disappointed with the facility. 1. The pressure is too high 2. After only 2min the tub begun to full up with dog hair from previous washes due to the drains being blocked. How about some general maintenance??

Was time poor and wanted to wash my car with the laser wash including the underbody wash. I was not satisfied with the result. While it did wash the car, there were still spots and sections dirty. Will not be returning.

We used the dog wash, no chain to hook onto our dogs collar, didnt seem to have conditioner in the machine. The hose wasn't pet friendly, water would go everywhere and didn't seem nice for our dog. Not worth the money.

Wanted to wash my car so used card payment method, took my money but gave me no credit so couldn’t wash my car. Called numbers available and left messages with no reply. Poor customer service and wont be returning.

People are rude and the dryers aren’t working correctly, they know this but still charging full price. Tried to discuss but they were having none of it. Vacuums are useless and taped up to try and get them working.

Attendant was very professional and I was very happy with the service. Been coming to this carwash for a while now both for the automatic and self serve carwash and have consistently been happy with the service.

Went there with high expectations that car would come out gleaming and shiny. Only in some parts, but to be fair the car was pretty dirty....so in summarising, better than it was, not as good as I had hoped.

Screen wasn't showing the timer, it ate $4.00 and stopped working for about 5 minutes so had to go get more money. It's usually good but not impressed today. Unfortunately there was no attendant at the time.

This is a great place to take the dog and kids for a walk getting them off their electronics and washing the dog is inexpensive compared to a mobile dog service. Highly recommended.

Dog wash was filthy. Machine just stopped working after the timer ran out. Couldn’t add more money, couldn’t finish washing the dog. Just a terrible and frustrating experience.

The manual wash cost $1/1min so if you are quick it will be cheap. Is open 24/7 with 7/11 next door. Place is clean and handy to where I live so chances are I'll be back.

So glad they upgraded the payment systems! Now you can pay by card everywhere! There is a $0.50 surcharge but when you're in a hurry and need the service this is perfect!

All Good but the perimeter is messy and needs attention. The vacuum hose was obviously replaced and the head was fixed...so no swivel movement .. bit awkward.

Don't use card, had issues with their self serve bay card scanners, basically double charged, had to call for refund etc. Apart from that the facility is ok.

Dog wash machines need serious attention. Chains to secure your pet are broken & missing, then blow dryer hose came flying off as soon as I turned it on.

So got told my car was to dirty to wash here, i had to was it elsewhere first, No explanation just, your car is to dirty wash it somewhere else first.

Great car wash area but don't bring your dog for a wash here. Half the gate side isn't there so your dog can run away. Very unsafe for a furry friend

Used the auto wash. Very easy to use, no drama there. End result was pretty average however. I think I'll stick to hand washing in the bays instead.

We paid for the "best" wash $22. It did a great job on the top half of the car, the bottom half of car was not cleaned at all. Very disappointing.

Really good car wash, both manual and automatic. The scent machine only works for 30 seconds before you have to put another $1 coin in though.
