Used valet while shopping at the premium outlets in Orlando. When I came back to pick my car up they brought me the wrong car and handed me the keys to this suburban. They asked me to show them the text I got and I did. They had no clue about my car. I had to describe my car and point it out them and they had to look for my keys. I could have literally drove away in that suburban. When dealing with peoples cars they should be way more in check then this. Worst valet experience ever.

Very nice staff and I love to shopping knowing that I have a valet service around.
