DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! Dealing with this place from start to finish was a headache! We called them the morning of to confirm everything was correct and they confirmed it was. Well we get to the parking mall 10 minutes ahead of time and it's closed! We automatically thought we were taken advantage of. Well later after 3 calls I got ahold of them and they tell me the lot is closed due to the hurricane. They couldn't have told me that when I called before? So they tell me the new location and it's 15 min from the cruise terminal! I could have missed my cruise if the cruise terminal wasn't delayed (that's another story) So we get there and wait 45 minutes for a shuttle! The shuttle we get in is a beat up van that smells like smoke and has no seat belts! It was an unsafe speedy commute. Then when we get back the shuttle took an hour to pick us up from the port! We called three times and every time they said "someone left 5 minutes ago" As far as payment they couldn't even give me a receipt to even show I paid! This place was a dump!

Everything seemed great until my mother was unable to board our cruise. (A whole other story) So she was going to drive the car back to Tallahassee (her home while we were on the cruise). She got outside the terminal and there were no shuttles left. So she paid a taxi to drive her (across the way to the parking lot). When she got there no one was there and the gates were wide open She was able to find our car and just leave. The fact that no one was there on the lot when supposedly they have 24/7 security was the first strike, second was the gate was open. Anyone could have went there and vandalized the vehicles. But what took the cake is the fact that I havent been able to get ahold of anyone about the money we paid up front for parking in the lot though we didn't use their services. I advise these people to get business cards with actual contact information and a real security service.

The lot is not secure with cameras. There is a chain link fence that blocks the driveway. It is an open field that boarders the water. There is a port-a-potty and a pop-up awning. The 3 vans are in poor shape. The interior handles are broken on every door. There was a screwdriver holding the front passenger window up. The seats were ripped in every van. There are signs all over the interiors about the need to tip the drivers. We waited over 30 min for our ride in (standing in the direct sun with no shade available) and over 45 min for the ride back to our car. All of the onsite staff were great- helpful and personable. The only person i could contact woth questions prior to arrival and as some of my clients were arriving was by text and they forgot what they had told me to do for my group. :-(

Just used their services between Dec16-21,2019. Booked their prepaid voucher for 5 nights(save tax) Their price is good compared to parking at the pier. Was concerned after purchase cause there was no instructions after I prepaid. Did try to call no one answered. Than sent email and finally responded. Day of checkin just had to give name. No issues. Their usual lot was not in service had to park in a sand lot. Was a bit muddy, some of our luggage got a little dirty and mud stuck to our shoes , but was okay. I can understand previous complaints due to rain and being super muddy, that would definitely be a concern. Shuttle vans are old but service was quick and prompt in both directions. For the price and friendly service I would use them again.

Parking at The Parking Mall was a great experience! Communication from start to finish was timely and thorough. I was able to text them ahead of time and got all of my questions answered. You park your car and take your keys with you so your car isn’t moved while you are gone. The lot is directly across from the port so it’s very convenient! There was a van waiting for us, they loaded our luggage on and off the van and dropped up off at the cruise terminal entrance. Our driver was very kind, personable and knowledgeable. We were picked up promptly upon arrival and taken back to our car! I would highly recommend this place!

Making the prepaid online reservation was easy enough. The price would have been reasonable, and what I usually pay at other off site lots at other cruise ports. I really think they should tell you that you will be self parking in a sandlot (bring your cowboy boots) and not on hard surface parking. They were extremely understaffed and without adequate transfer vans. The folks were nice to talk with, but oblivious to customer service. For you to save a few bucks, be prepared to wait, and wait, and wait, and.... My solution was to finally find another means back to my car... So sorry, I am not able to recommend this lot...

Friendly staff with prompt service. The shuttle drivers helped load and unload luggage. Additionally, the lot was easy to find and we had virtually no wait for the shuttle both times we were there. Fort context we had the faster to fun pass so were some of the first people off the ship. The price was good compared to parking at the port. The lot is not paved but is in good condition, although if there was a heavy downpour the lot could be a little muddy in spots. Overall this is a good value and recommended.

Lot was over grown over half of it had water on it. Vans were very old and no air conditioner. Once we got to the terminal they broke our handle on the suitcase which made it very difficult to pull around the ship. Once we got back off had to make 4 phone calls due to no one ever came to pick us up. Ton of people very angry and started trying to jump ahead. Waited over an hour which was hot and no water. Not sure if it is totally their fault. However would probably never use again.

If i could give this place negative stars i would. Waited over an hr going and froming to cruise everytime would call they would say somebody was on the way. Regret not spending the extra money to just park at the port. When called to follow up after waiting an hr and being told 2 vans were in the way got hung up in for complaining. Only 1 van shows up and can only hold 10 people.. 30 people waiting.. worst service ever and very understaffed.

The people were great they worked very hard to get us to and from the cruise ship they were nice help us with our luggage to and from the cruise ship . the downfall was the parking area was a grassy area near a lake or an inlet and it rained the night before and it was kind of Muddy and the luggage got muddy and maybe in the future they can afford a gravel lot. At the Groupon coupon made at a really good deal and we would use them again

I was skeptical of not parking at the port, but decided to give this a chance...and I am so glad I did. The lot is just across the street from the port (you are looking right at the ship). The staff was great and ran the shuttle quickly back and forth. They definitely need to upgrade their shuttles and facility, but the savings definitely makes it worth the difference. I anticipate as they upgrade they will become an even better choice.

Was upset that, I didn't find out until it was time for me to pull into carnival port. As I was turning in. I saw the sign for these guys ( we're cheaper than parking in carnival's port itself). Carnival was 80 dollars for 4 days. The parking mall was 40 for 4 days. Tip not included. They do recommend that you tip. Car was safe. Got to my cruise on time. Was picked up from my cruise at the Time they stated.

It was a sand and mud field with large areas of water from rain. Old vans for shuttles. No AC. We had to wait until it quit raining to load and took people who came in after us first. We got to the parking lot at 10:30 finally got to the port at 1:30. When we got back to port again there was no way to tell who was there first. Several people cut again. Not their fault but needs to be more organized.

DO NOT use this company. I contacted them several times about canceling my reservation and refunding my money to my card. I heard from them through text or email for if you call the phone number provided they let an answer machine pick up with a message. They won't even call you back for I ask them several times to...BUT NEVER GOT MY MONEY BACK. They can not be trusted.

Cheaper parking then the cruise and no inconvenience. The lady who drives the shuttle was extremely nice and friendly. I believe her name starts with a M. The shuttles were fast. Didn’t have to wait long for them and they load ur bags on the shuttle and offer to help u to ur car. Recommend to everyone whose going on a cruise nearby

This is not the type of lot I prefer to park in but others may be okay with it. Just look at the photos before you make the reservation to ensure you know what to expect (something I failed to do). I am adding an extra star because I failed to look at the photos and I understand some people have been happy parking there.

Booked and cruise canceled...So this company finally reached out through Facebook, I recommend contacting them that way and being patient for a few days. They informed me that there is a ton of refunds from cruise cancelations and they are trying to keep up. I appreciate the fast service and hope they are able to stay.

Friendly staff & saved us some money on parking. Same security that you would get parking at Carnival. They help you load/unload your bags & you’re dropped off right up front, very short walk to pick up area. Very convenient!! Will absolutely use them again over parking at the cruise lot!

I planned a cruise in July after the pandemic.. but it my dismay the cruise had been cancelled. When I contacted them about a refund the told me they were going bankrupt and could not refund my money. I'm filing a police report because they are still taking people's money but no refund

Getting in touch with anyone is a nightmare!!! The date on my voucher is wrong and says fulfilled. I am supposed to be parking June 17th it says April 9th? Cant clarify the situation because no one answers the phone and it says to text but no one texts back!

Worst parking and shuttle service ever. Parking in mud due to rain. Part of the lot was flooded. Waited for over 3 hours for a shuttle to take us across the street to our cruise terminal while we had to watch several shuttles come pick up other families.

BEWARE of FIRE ANTS!!!!! We were totally attacked when we went to put our luggage in our car post cruise. Everything else was fine but we won’t ever use them again because of the ants..... a weeks worth of suffering isn’t worth the savings....

I think this is the one we used rigjt across from the port. If so WE WILL NEVER USE IT AGAIN. It would have been better to park at thw motel and walked the ten mkles, dragging our suitcases. Staff was good bot WAY understaffed and undervaned!

Utterly disgusting and so unacceptable. It's unkept dirt and high grass with mosquitoes all over. It looks dingy and run down and horrible. Felt so unsafe leaving my car here. I would have rather just left my car at the port.

Do not park here. There is no security and had 6 cars missing catalytic convertors after the cruise. I was fortunate. My mothers vehicle has the convertor almost removed but was still attached, others were not so fortunate.

The booking was so simple I thought I did something wrong. Easy to find. It took 10 min by the time I parked to get to the ship by shuttle. When I returned they were waiting in ten min back to my car. Loved it!

Best price, easy access, fast pickup after a cruise. We have used the Parking Mall for virtually EVERY cruise we’ve taken [or soon to take] from Jacksonville! Great service and friendly attendants/drivers!

Only thing good about them is cheap Parkin grass is too high plus I left a bag in the van a girl drive an they say they didn't find it the ac in van don't work Hott as hell in van don't park there

Cheap parking came off the with a empty tank of gas. Full tank stolen while we were on the ship. Car beside us was broken into. So yourself a big favor park in the port pay the few extras dollars

Closest place to park by the cruise terminal and not owned by the cruise line. Very friendly and efficient transportation to and from the terminal. Definitely recommend this lot.

I just returned from a cruise, and while I was gone I parked at this little lot. The attendants were extremely friendly and fast. I would definitely park here again!

Its all outside so make sure your windows are up and maybe a windshield sun visor but service is pretty good and it's easy to find.
