I have been going here for a while because they are close to me. Thursday I went in to get my nails done with just the gel polish. It cost $20, just for the polish. By the time I get home one of the nails is coming off. It was to late to go back and I was going out of town for the weekend. By Saturday only 5 fingers had polish on them. On Monday I go in and tell them that my polish came off and wanted to get a credit for a pedicure and not my nails because it would be a waste of time on the nails. I was try talking to them but they can't understand what I was trying to say. They tell me to get an overlay and that would help the polish stay on. I say fine and she put the nails on. She tells me $28 and I tell her I am not paying $28 and show her the receipt from Thursday. The owner comes over and I show her the receipt and tell her that I should only pay $8 because I was just in here. She tells me that it will be $18 for the overlay and not charging me for the gel polish. I tell her that this is my last time coming here. Customer services is everything and I was not a happy customer.

I would’ve gave them a 5 stars but my nails were jacked up by the older bald headed Asian but Jason fixed them after charging me $15 after I had already paid $40 plus $5 tip. I drove 40 mins for Jason to do my nails because he’s the best in the shop and he puts me with the old lady. I tried to be nice but she messed me tf up.

Love it here! It’s a little rough the location and the inside BUT I’ve gone to a bunch of high end places and none of them have done this good of a job. Even fixing nails that I had gotten done SOMEWHERE ELSE and had them messed up they made them tolerable. They are all so nice and talented and patient!

Went here and got the most expensive pedicure and it was sooo trash! I didn’t get my feet massaged or anything. Waist of $45. She barley scrubbed my feet. Was going to get my nails done too but I went across the street instead. Facility was so hot I had them get me a fan. Disappointed.

The place was not clean, they seated me very quick but only to have my feet soaking for a vwry long time even though there was no wait and plenty of staff to attend. The team member who was doing my pedicure stopped mid pedicure to do another customers pedicure. NEVER COMING BACK

Best to get there right when they open if you don't want to wait all day...don't show up an hour before closing either or you won't be seen. But the work is amazing at such affordable prices !!! …

First time here, won't be back. The lady didn't listen when I said I wanted overlay and cut my real nails. The set turned out okay. Price wasn't bad.

The best of the best. I have been to many nail places, but none can be compared to this one. Try it and you will know what I am talking about.

The older lady did my nails. Everything was fine until they were drying. Each nail had a ton of small bubbles. Just nails full of bubbles.

This place is the very best and prices are so affordable for such intricately detailed work. You have to go there!

My daughter lime then nails so 5 stars would have worked. I had to wait hours for her to come out so 4 is plenty
