This place was beyond disappointing due to one factor alone: The owner/manager Kay/Key (whoever it was) was extremely defensive and showed such a lack of concern or willingness to communicate in every regard that I cannot recommend this place. Quick Summary: - 7/14/23: I was visiting my best friend (please see additional review from Maganda Marie) for the weekend and I wanted to get our nails done. We got our nails done by two very nice nail techs who were chatty and engaging. - Post Visit: After we left, my right big toe was in so much pain presenting as hot to the touch, swelling, and throbbing. - ER: We go to the ER in Uptown and after the MD's assessment she diagnosed it as a Bacterial Infection, which is very common in pedicures. - Post ER Visit: The next day we alerted the Nail Bar of my ER visit and Chris (Front desk) communicated he would talk to his manager about getting a partial refund for just the pedicure, but confirmed he did receive my email. The Confrontation with the Manager/Owner: Owner Kayla/Kay/Key (I don't fully remember her name) answered and I explain that I had come in, received a service and sustained a bacterial infection from their facility. She was immediately defensive and listed the following: 1) She has me on camera and shows that I didn't sustain an injury. -----> This felt like she was threatening me like I was lying and even if she did have me on camera, how do you prove on a microscopic level I didn't get infected? You can't so having me on camera doesn't hold that much weight. 2) She said that she had received a full statement from her nail tech and relayed that I had told him about another injury that she said was possibly to blame. ----> The story I told the nail tech was that I was carrying a tortoise and I fell on my knees and sustained an injury from that. For clarification, my knee was already scarred over (happened over a month ago) and was not submerged in the liquid. ----> The bacterial infection was only on my Big Toe, not my Knee. A completely unrelated area ---> She got a statement from the nail tech, meaning she followed up with her team, but didn't even bother to contact me to get my statement? Poor communication skills or very one sided 3) She said it could possibly be from an allergy and assured their protocol was with organic ingredients and could provide a list to my MD. ---> Even in the case it was an allergy, it makes no sense that only one toe would react if all 10 digits were submerged in the same liquid? Inconsistent and lofty defense. 4) Stated that there is nothing they can do (will do) and will not be paying my medical bill. ---> She wrongly assumed that I said I was footing her my medical bill which I had to correct her on and probably why she instantly got defense right off the bat. This just proves there is inconsistent communication between her staff and clients. The owner continued to cut me off and repeat the same thing about being able to offer a copy of ingredients to my MD, but made no indication that it would lead to a refund. I even had to stop her firmly to get a word in. I directly had to ask that based on the given information, it was my understanding she was not giving me a refund. She confirmed I would not get a refund. I politely declined further discussion and expressed that at the very least, it would've been nice to get follow up or notified that I wasn't going to get a refund, which she retorted was not her responsibility. Summary: I am absolutely floored by the level of unprofessionalism by this owner. Communication was completely null and void. She was informed of this incident and decided to resolve my issue without actually talking to me and didn't even give me the common courtesy to let me know I wasn't going to get a refund until I had to reach out a MONTH later. I'm all for defending employees, but any other professional would've handled it better. $50~ PARTIAL refund is apparently too much to ask, let alone an apology that never happened. 0/10 will never go there or recommend ever.
This was such a shame. I really wanted to like this place, but because of how they treated my friend I cannot recommend this place AT ALL. Sadly, it's basically all because of the manager/owner. This will be a long one: My friend was visiting from another state, and she wanted to get our nails done together. We picked this place because it looked cute. We got our nails done by two REALLY NICE people, both were very kind and chatty. At one point, he pointed to a scar/scab on her knee and asked how that came to be. My friend told him she was holding a turtle and tripped, saving the turtle but not her knees about a month ago. We laughed and the pedicure went on. The nail-techs were using tools that were pre-packaged for sanitary reasons, changed the waters before our pedicure, and basically everything they were taught to keep the customers safe. By the end of our manicure/pedicure we were satisfied and paid for the services. Afterwards, we went to the cute art museum next door and then to a bar/craft room to sit for a few hours making art. After a few hours of sitting, my friend says her big toe feels like it's hot. After another 30 min, she says it feels like it's swelling. We finish our art and go to an arcade, where we have to stand to play games. After another hour, she says she can't stand anymore, it hurts too much. She limps back to the car and we go back to our hotel room. In our room, her toe is obviously swollen. She tries putting it in cold water to get the swelling down. We try to ice wrap it to go to sleep. At 5am she was already awake, unable to sleep due to pain and discomfort. We went to a nearby emergency room for treatment. The medical professional on duty informed my friend that she had a bacterial infection on her big toe, and after knowing that we came from a pedicure we were told it's actually common to get those from pedicures. Especially if there was a micro-cut that bacteria can get into. We received her treatment and medication and left the ER to try to get a little bit more sleep. When we woke up, we called the nail salon to inform them that this happened. I was the one who did the initial call, but my friend called back to ask if she can have a refund of some sort. The front-desk personnel, Chris, said he would contact us for the refund. The day goes by, and she is not contacted. The next time she calls, she is told they are busy, and to email them. Again, no contact. It has been a month and she has called and got a hold of the manager/owner, Kayla. She explained that a month ago she received a bacterial infection from her pedicure and was waiting for her refund. The manager/owner informed her that she is not getting a refund, because it was not their fault. When my friend asked what she meant, the manager/owner gave these excuses to my friend: - she claimed my friend got the bacterial infection from the wound on her KNEE (that was from a month prior and already scarring) - she claimed that my friend could potentially have an allergy, therefore not her responsibility (an allergy that only happens on... one toe? That doesn't make sense.) The manager/owner was very aggressive, unhelpful, and unprofessional. My friend has given up on getting her refund because her plight has fell on deaf ears. The manager/owner refuses to take accountability. Weather this is to save her employees (which we STRONGLY express were two very sweet people) or to save her business some money (The refund is about $100, which really isn't a lot to placate a customer) the manager/owner has gone about this in the worst way possible. Because of her actions, I highly do not recommend this business.
Booked a manicure and pedicure at this place for myself and my boyfriend. It’s a really pretty nail shop - beautiful aesthetic. However, I was not impressed with the outcome of my nails or the full experience during. 1. I was cut pretty bad on my foot during my pedicure, and it’s been bleeding since I left - I enjoyed my technician and she explained how the cut happened - but it’s just not pleasant to leave a salon with cuts on your cuticles. 2. I’m not sure the type of gloss or top coat the salon uses for gel pedicures but it’s barely shiny and “unevenly shiny” in areas on my toes (you can see in the photo) I overheard my tech explaining the dullness of the polish to a coworker but I guess it wasn’t seen as a major thing to fix - it wasn’t a HUGE deal to me, but something to note. 3. My manicure tech was a little aggressive while doing my nails, yanked me a few times, and also left a small cut on my fingernails as well. The dip treatment was left lumpy in a few areas and filed unpleasantly. 4. I recommend larger black light things for gel pedicures - i burnt myself trying to squeeze my foot in one of them and it was also tough to balance my foot and the device on the gold bowls (although the gold bowls are very very cute) 5. I also possibly recommend covers or something for drinks, I couldn’t finish my wine because there was dust from nail filings and buffering floating in my drink mid way of me finishing it Overall, I think there’s room for improvement as far as the skill and quality of the nail service goes. I would just like it to be up to par for the amount of money we spent going. Next day update: Mi think my toe was cut worse than what I thought, it’s been bleeding all morning, just added a second photo. Not pretty at all…cleaning it every hour…
I recently started patronizing this business in October. The first visit Betty did my pedicure Carina did my dip powder on my natural nails. I wasn’t too happy with my pedicure I felt it was mediocre for what I paid, however I loved my nails. I came back on November 7th and this time requested same nail tech, but someone else to do the pedicure. Carina ended up doing both. On Monday one nail chipped, I didn’t make a big deal because it wasn’t too noticeable. On Tuesday another nail chipped I called but the salon was closed. By Wednesday I now have 3 chipped nails I called spoke with manager and explained what’s happening. She scheduled me for 11/13@ 3:30 with Betty to fix nails. I arrived on time and the manager and Betty both stated that the powder was too thin which is why it’s chipping. She then Instructed her to dip 3X’s when she repairs. As I sit down for service I am then told that I would be charged to fix the nails that were broken....,why am I paying “more money “ to fix a problem that was clearly caused by the nail tech not applying the powder correctly. I was then told I only had 2 days to make complaints well the salon was closed Tuesday and I called Wednesday got the appointment for earliest time I could come. I get to my appointment only to be told well Betty wasn’t the one who did it anyway WOW!!! I am very disappointed and feel ripped off at this point. The customer service was terrible and I told her I would never come again and spend my money in a establishment that handles issues in a unprofessional manner. I wasn’t looking for “free” service just wanted my nails fixed because I actually liked her work even tipped her both times. Regards, CK
I never leave reviews on businesses unless my experience is absolutely disappointing and welp, this was one of them. I really wanted to love this place given how friendly everyone was. However I got the worst manicure I’ve ever received in my life. A 4yr old could’ve done better than this. I didn’t bother to say anything while I was there bc I normally do my due diligence and read reviews before I go to any new place but I was short on time and needed a fast option so I graciously took the L. But, unless you know a nail tech there personally and have seen there work, I wouldn’t bother. What truly had me were 2 things: I was never told to wash my hands after having them soaking in acetone with remove my acrylics, which I didn’t realize until the nail tech started painting my nails and I still had residue all over my hands. Then after my nails were painted, I was told to go pay. I was confused bc my nails were wet and when I asked where I dry my nails, I was simply told “they’ll dry eventually” LOL that was the first time in my life I wished I was “that customer”. But like I said, I didn’t make a fuss about all juvenile mistakes that were made and simply decided to never go back. I hope this review helps improve the quality of their service and their techs, bc chileeee, it wasn’t cheap either.
My service with Alan was wonderful!! I had a problem with the polish. I called and asked for a supervisor to see if I can just get a repolish. Well, Kyla answered and acted as if she doesn't know what a supervisor is, then she finally placed me on hold after asking around 5 times. When she came back to the phone she said she was the "MANAGER" (SO UNPROFESSIONAL). We had a back and forth regarding supervisor vs. manager and she finally said that she couldnt hear me. Finally, I explained to her that once getting back to the office my polish color was off and wanted to a repolish. She put me on hold AGAIN and called Alan to the front desk to bring the polish. Asked when I can come in and I said the next day, she saw that I had another appoint for the next day for a pedicure, but asked me to take a picture on my iphone to send it to her. O.O I finally said no, I will see you tomorrow. She kept with needing a picture so that she could coach Alan. o.O This lasted 9 minutes just to confirm that I can come in tomorrow and change the polish with my pedicure. I cancelled my pedicure due to unprofessionalism and will only get a repolish. SMH!!
our group had a wonderful experience at pink toes! There was some confusion in scheduling, and I do wish when I booked I had been able to assign certain services to the people in our group, because we were getting different things, but I wasn’t able to do that when I booked over the phone, so that created some confusion when we came in. However, the staff was flexible and helped us figure it out. Everyone was delightful and kind! Our pedicures were great (although I wish there was a way to add a longer/better massage!). Anna was my tech. She was friendly and personable. Just my opinion but I think it would be better for her to not offer her personal opinions on some things. Didn’t bother me too much but it might bother some. She was sweet, though and very thorough. Key was my mother’s tech and she was so very sweet. She let my mom just relax and did a great job! Alan took care of my daughter and he was a joy. my daughter loved him! Overall, our trip was well worth the money and if we land in downtown Dallas again, we will be booking more services!
The salon is beautiful but the service is incredibly poor. When I arrived the owner told me that my appointment had been pushed back by an hour and a half and that I should have received a text (I never did and they should have called to confirm a last min change of that nature). Once I showed her receipt of my initial appointment she said my service should start within 15 mins however they didn't seat me for another 45. The owner didn't communicate and the entire staff saw me be unattended and no one checked in to see who my assigned nail tech was. I spent THREE hours in the salon for a gel mani and pedi, absolutely ridiculous. The salon offers 10% off for positive Google reviews and when I asked the man at the front desk for 10% off due to the poor service he scoffed and didn't apologize for my experience. This place has a robust online booking system and requires a deposit so to receive the service I did from a place that's branded so professionally was super disappointing. I've gotten better service at walk-in locations.
I recently had the opportunity to visit Pink Toes Nail Bar and unfortunately, I was disappointed with the level of service provided. While being served, I noticed that the owner of the salon came in but did not greet or engage with the customers present. This lack of friendliness and professionalism left a negative impression on me. As someone who actively supports black-owned establishments, it saddens me to encounter such rudeness and arrogance from owners towards their customers. It is disheartening when businesses do not prioritize customer satisfaction and fail to create a welcoming environment. Based on my experience, I have decided that I will not be returning to this salon, and if I had the option, I would rate it with no stars. I believe it is important to patronize establishments that value their customers and provide excellent service.
Update: My sister reserved Pink Toes for her Sunday birthday celebration. It was nothing short of amazing. The receptionist is amazing. He was very attentive and enthusiastic. We had wine, fruit, and music. All of the nail techs were awesome but shout out to Taylor for taking care of the birthday girl. I love Pink Toes! I've been going since the end of last year and I have received some of the best service and pedicures! The staff is friendly, personable, and professional. Yes, sometimes the wait time is long but that's what happens when you provide great service. If you don't want to be rushed when you are being services, don't expect for others to be rushed when they are being served. I can't wait until my next appointment.
When I was out of town, I needed services I didn’t know where to go until I pulled up a nice clean and well thought of place called Pink Toes. I came in on a Thursday and walked in, they were booked for that day. They had an appointment available for next day and came in and the service was amazing. Chanel was inviting with a smile on her face. She had our stations ready. The owner Kyla was very nice and inviting. She really was working with her staff in an effective and efficient manner. Like that in a BOSS. Oli and Vanessa were our technicians and was superb. Very well versatile in their style and creative art. We look fabulous when we left and a job well done
The staff were really nice and the shop was beautiful. The place is just tiny. Like really tiny. They don't have the traditional massage chairs that come to mind when you think of getting a pedicure. They have these really pretty chairs and detached brass bowls on an elevated platform. The seating is fine if you're short but if you're tall and plus size like me it's kinda uncomfortable. Especially when it comes time to polish. The bowl kept sliding over the edge of the platform as she was polishing my toes. She did a good job with the pedicure though. I can't say that I won't visit again but it won't be my first choice due to the seating
If you plan a special pedicure as a birthday gift, speak to the manager (very nice young man) ahead of time, make a reservation for a specific time and specific technicians...DON'T expect your pedicure to start even within 10 min of reserved time, DON'T expect the technicians you specifically chose to be available (I was told someone manipulated the schedule and placed my preferred techs with someone else), and DON'T expect your pedicures to occur at the same time as requested (another tech started mine first while my daughter, whose birthday it was, waited for over 20 min and still hadn't been started on). We left. Total waste of time.
I wandered by Pink Toes on my way to dinner and made a mental note to stop by the next day and I am so glad I did. I had a gel manicure with Vanessa and she was amazing. I loved that the entire service was performed without a nail drill. Vanessa took her time to treat my nails while constantly checking in with me to gauge my experience. I am so happy with my nails and highly recommend this nail bar. From the calming esthetic with little pink toes sprinkled in the decor, amazing scents and complimentary beverages, everything about my visit was top tier. Thanks Ladies!
We live a block away from Pink Toes and decided to give it a try this week! I got a pedicure and my partner got a manicure. All of the staff was super friendly and personable, including the owner who I found out is my neighbor! The salon is clean, upbeat, and has unique decor that makes it fun to visit. It's also very moderately priced compared to getting services at similar salons across Dallas. There are iPads and headphones at every pedicure chair to enjoy while you're sitting, as well as complimentary beverages provided at walk in. We'll definitely be back.
The aesthetics of the salon are cute, but not practical. The chairs are incredibly uncomfortable. I am used to proper massage chairs and the bubbles for your feet when getting a pedicure. That's not what you get here. It just wasn't a very relaxing atmosphere. My manicurist was just okay. The pedicureist, Jacqueline, was good and thorough. Overall, it got the job done for needing a last minute booking, but I will be sticking with my usual place. This place just wasn't worth the price. However, I did appreciate being given two complimentary glasses of wine.
I’m honestly surprised at the ratings for this salon. 2 stars for the decor and because the staff was professional. They’re way overpriced and I wouldnt mind paying if they provided worthy service but there was nothing special about the pedi/mani they offer and they barely massaged you and it does not include the hot rocks or the paraffin wax that you’d get at other salons. For 2 pedicures and 1 manicure I paid $195 plus 20% tip and trust me y’all they were mid af. Definitely not worth it at all and nothing extra was included- 100% not worth it
What a fantastic experience!!! (Best I’ve ever had tbh.) Gorgeous salon, beautiful and amazing staff, and great music too. We’re drove from Blue Ridge, GA down to Austin for a wedding this weekend, and I was not going to make it to Austin in time for a mani/pedi because we would arrive to late. A random google search led me to the Pink Toes Salon. They fit me into their schedule and I could not be happier! My nails are perfect.❤️❤️❤️Big Apple Red is gorgeous! Love ya’ll! thanks so much again!
This salon is IT! From finding them online, too calling and scheduling my appointment…I could not wait to get to the salon. I literally told all my colleagues about it! Once I walked in it was such a welcoming and serene environment. The energy is unmatched and I truly felt this is where I was suppose to be. The staff were genuinely friendly and the southern hospitality is oh so real. As I am visiting for work I want to thank this salon and all of it staff for leaving a lasting impression. I will be back!!
A friend and I were in Dallas on vacation got pedicures and manicures together. We were looking to get nails done on Tuesday but since they are closed, we decided to hold out for Wednesday. I’m so glad we did! Vanessa and Taylor did our nails and did an amazing job and were so fun! The atmosphere is beautiful and chique. The selection of OPI colors is great and they also offer a selection of beverages to enjoy while you’re here. So glad we came and we will be back the next time we’re in Dallas!
Visited 7-13-19— everyone was nice we were greeted right away. We scheduled an appt with a specific lady but was given someone else. They offered drinks. I got a mani-pedi with polish and it was average. These are my nails on 7-18-19. I feel like they look 2+ weeks old. It hasn’t even been a week!! I do clerical work so I’m not doing much manual hand labor. I just hate the polish is chipping in just a few days. Enjoyed the experience but not the service.
I was in town for a work conference and had some downtime to get a pedicure before I head out on vacation in a few days. Was able to book a deluxe pedicure for the same afternoon, and Vanessa took excellent care of my feet. She has some magical hands and this was one of the most relaxing pedicures I've had in a while. My feet are now smooth and pretty. Loved the vibe of this salon and the excellent service I received. Would definitely return here.
I came in yesterday without an an appointment and the front desk guy was so polite when he told me they were fully committed so I booked for today my birthday. Key was my service provider and was so kind. Honestly it was the best pedicure experience I’ve had and to say it was my first time visiting it’s safe to say I’ve found my new nail salon! Thank again for the exceptional experience! Oh and yes girls the vibes are immaculate!
This place is amazing!!!!!! I absolutely enjoyed my service. Taylor was my technician and she delivered my service with the upmost professionalism and my nails were painted to perfection. The ambiance of the salon is top tier and it is such a cozy place for a girls day out on the town. I can’t rave enough! Try it for yourselves. The owner is the epitome of black girl magic! Try this place and you won’t be disappointed .
First time here for my bday mani/pedi and I loved my experience! The place is so well decorated and has sweet encouraging verses and devotions all over! Ana did my pedi and was so detailed and asked what I thought frequently. Kanisha did my mani and was very friendly and sweet and made sure my nails were shaped great. My cuticles were a little overdone but otherwise my experience was amazing. Would def recommend!
Me and my colleague visited today and got gel manicure and pedicure! This place really hot good vibes which is what you need on your spa day! They have wine, coffee. Taylor and Anna provided the services and they both were excellent ! Interiors are so beautiful and relaxing and services by both these ladies were outstanding ! I am so happy, we had great time !! Totally recommend this!
By far, the best nail salon I've been to. As a flight attendant, I go to a nail salon in every country and city I visit to have manicure and pedicure. I've been to Europe, Asia, Brazil, Israel, Canada, and planty of places in the States. The carring, professional and the hearty staff and the great work, rank this place as number one. You will not regret it!!!
I went for my birthday and I had a gift certificate that was dated due to Covid and them shutting down and changing locations. I called in advance and was transparent and they told me my gift certificate would be accepted. When I got there I was told gift cards are only valid for a year! I doesn’t mention a date and definitely doesn’t have an expiration date.
I read about Pink Toes and came in today for my birthday - a little treat yourself moment - and Maliyah and Key did my manicure and pedicure and they were both fabulous! They made sure I was comfortable every step of the way and were so fun to talk with throughout my appointment. I can’t wait to come back - such a wonderful and relaxing experience overall!
I needed some self care this morning so I googled “black owned nail salons” and found Pink Toes. I got a gel pedicure from Anna and a gel manicure from Taylor with a super cute nail design with foil. The customer service from all the staff was great. I love the atmosphere and vibes. I will definitely be back and recommend others to come.
First time in Pink Toes and wow what a service. I went for the basic pedicure with Taylor. Start to finish she was amazing. She was super polite and gave great recommendations for places to visit during my time in Dallas. As a tourist it’s hard to choose a nail bar but this was a great experience with helpfully and welcoming staff!
Went for Mother’s Day with my little one (age 10), they atmosphere is so charming and we felt welcome to the point the receptionists help us when we were loss in the area. We both got pedicures and they were so relaxing, I almost fell asleep and there was no over cutting or jabbing of my cuticles. I would definitely come again.
Pink Toes was extremely welcoming! This was mine and my boyfriend’s first time in Dallas and the hospitality has continued to overwhelm us! Ash and Anna were fantastic! I am tempted to make a special trip every couple of months Thank you Pink Toes for the wonderful experience from the moment we walked through the door!
My first time here was such a wonderful experience!! I wanted to get a full set with dip powder & a gel manicure. From the moment I walked in, Keith was incredibly personable, professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. My nails are so smooth and in perfect shape now! Even when I move to Fort Worth, I will be back. …
Alan was attentive, gentle, charismatic, and kind! I LOVED how my toe nails turned out (especially how he shaped them), just in time for my birthday party! Pink Toes Nail Bar is chic and clean, and had great music playing. Everyone was attentive and accommodating. I had a great first experience and I plan to be back!
I had a fantastic experience at Pink Toes Nail Bar! The service was excellent, and I am extremely satisfied with my nails. The staff was professional, Anna and Oli were doing a great job. Also the atmosphere was pleasant, and the results exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely be returning. Highly recommend!"
This is a hidden gem! The prices are very reasonable, the atmosphere is great and I like that they offer complimentary parking and drinks. Anna was so enjoyable to talk to. She made us feel welcomed. My husband felt very comfortable on his first visit with me, she really took her time and was very detailed!
Where do I begin?! The nail bar was posh, well decorated, centrally located for Dallas natives, clean, and the staff was professional and provided excellent service. Overall it was an excellent experience and I would highly recommend. I chose Tira-me- too nail color if you're into versatile neutrals.
I did gel manicure and lasted only 5 days. It just started to come out by itself. That night I had a dinner reservation and had find someone real quick to fix my nails. I used to do my nails in this salon with regular nail polish and was satisfied with the result but this time I was so disappointed.
So glad I found this place! I get the signature pedicure for $35. The place has very cute ambience, cozy lounge chairs, is clean, and has free validated parking in the garage above. Key was awesome, she’s very kind and does a great job! Booking an appointment is very easy through their website.
Absolutely wonderful experience! From start to finish — you’re greeted at check in with so much kindness, followed by phenomenal nail techs who give a wonderful leg massage. Kenisha & Taylor did so great and made me feel like a Queen! I’d give 10 stars if I could. I’ll definitely be back!
Great experience here. In town for a conference and need a pedicure. The website is well designed and it was easy to select my service and book an appointment. Location is central and salon is bright, clean and comfortable. Toes look great and Alan gives a great leg massage. I recommend!
I was convinced by a coworker to join her on this visit. Had an appointment made and had my first EVER pedicure. Anna was phenomenal and did an amazing job. I can see why people enjoy this service. It's very relaxing. They're very good at what they do here. 100% recommend visiting here!
I had the best walk in mani/pedi with Kesha and Nisha! They were able to take me in immediately, handed me a glass of wine, and did my mani/pedi at the same time. In and out in under an hour looking gorgeous. Highly recommend it you’re in Dallas and looking for a quick refresh!
Ms Anna, Ms. Vanessa and Ms. Taylor took care of me and my friends. Excellent service. We live far but we will be be back FOR SURE!! The gentleman in the front exhibited excellent customer service too and kept my wine coming. Thank you so much for such a great experience !!!
My visit today was absolutely rejuvenating! Anna and Taylor worked their magic on my mani/pedi and, as always, they did a beautiful job. The atmosphere at Pink Toes is always calmly energizing and the staff is exceptionally kind and talented, the best I've ever experienced.
My mani/pedi was absolutely dreamy! I could not have asked for better customer service from the time I entered the door until the time I left! The nail spa was inviting, spotless, and made me feel at home! Pink Toes Nail Bar is the place to go promise you won’t regret it!
Between 3 work trips I snuck in a few minutes for self care and was not disappointed. From the incredibly friendly staff to the meticulous attention to detail by my nail tech to the perfect decor and mood music, I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in town!
Great salon and first time visit here. Alan did my VIP deluxe pedicure and was very professional. He presented well and enjoys his work, which is pleasant to see. I even had 2 complimentary glasses of wine. Would recommend this place if you are in town.
What an amazing place!! Great ambiance and outstanding service!! I would definitely be coming back as a regular!! Anna was my technician and I loved the banter along with exceptional service!! Thank you Pink Toes!! I’m leaving with my toes pink!! …
I love it here! Key is my go to for pedicures, she’s very thorough, pleasant, and even educates me on proper foot care. Alan is also a great option for pedicures. I haven’t tried any other services but I can’t see them being anything short of amazing
