I am a very honest person. Trust me the current management treats customer like beggars. They don't give respect to customer. They are cheaters. They don't do work properly. I don't know how people gave 5 stars. I request the owner to change the management. I request the customers to please pay extra 10$ and get your car cleaned at some other car wash or else go to self car wash. You can wash your car within 10$. Reply to owner : Read my post correctly. I never mentioned that I am an Uber driver. That means you were replying to some other customer who had a bad experience. I don't need your suggestion. I will find some other car wash who are humble, human and professional. Also I will share my experience as much as I can.

Disgusting service, not vacuumed under seats sides of doors. Side trims of doors not wiped down, marks left on seats. They couldn’t even wipe cup holders down. Window rims of the rubber not even washed. Showed them, they tried to say it’s old rubber!! Yeah on a new car. My car was rushed through getting washed that’s why was shocked it was already done. Went back to tell them what needed to be corrected but trying to say it’s not included after paying $70. My 12 year old washes the car better. Be warned!! Find a place that takes pride in what they are doing not just rushing you through to get money that they make off you. YOU DON’T GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR….. SCAMMERS

I was extremely unhappy and dissatisfied with this service. I would never go there again. I would never recommend it. I was there for an entire hour waiting for my car to be cleaned and I’d have no issue if it was a great service but after I left I instantly took photos of the terrible results. I didn’t just pay for the $20 or $30 wash. I paid $50 for a more detailed service. The photos will speak for themselves. Complete waste of money. Do yourself a favour. Don’t bother going. Noticing on the rest of the reviews the replies from Spotless Carwash are extremely immature and unprofessional. This is definitely an issue you need to also address.

Good guys and great service. I took in my ute for a wash after months, covered in dirt and filth from birds and mud. With dark muddy rims and dusty interior, the guys at the carwash took care of it quickly and efficiently. The prices are great and there's a nice seating arrangement for customers. What caught my eye was the fact that when they vacuumed the interior they didn't just chuck out the junk that was lost under the seats, they kept some papers that I had thought to be lost, neatly on my passenger seat. I was so surprised to find the papers on my way home. Definitely going to be a regular!

Honestly these guys are awesome I came all the way from Adelaide and had to call in to get the car washed. These guys magicians I have never had the car so clean even the day I collected it from the dealer it wasn't this good. Their prices should be higher because the calibre of the work they do I've added some before and after shots 4yrs ago Can’t fault these guys work, as a night shift worker it’s great to know that I can call in here anytime after work even 2am and the work is always of the same quality. Went for a full detail that cost me 350$ , which was supposed to be 340$. And that is fine for me as long as i get my car done. The outcome was surprisingly disappointing , still find sand and small stones on carpet , water mark not cleaned properly , can't tell if it was polished or just rinse my car ( which i highly doubt they do it , cause I'm not around watching them work ) , backseat is still full of my kids biscuit leftover. Was so upset about it , but i didn't make a scene there. Just hop on to my car and left. Literally got my 350$ scam for a normal car wash

To the owner, Your staff turned me away for normal wash saying it’s vomit marks on the door. I told him I already cleaned everything and u just need to do a Normal wash. (Picture attached)but he still refused to wash the car not to forget it’s raining and they had only 2 cars on the carwash but still turned me away. The advertised price is nowhere near what you'll pay. As a female driver I had an extra premium my male customers weren't charged. I paid an extra $20 on the advertised price because there was sand in the floor in the back-seat, not a tonne of sand, just sand from a daycare shoe. When I asked why he said because it's hard to vacume. This was even though I didn't want the boot cleaned. Car wash good enough, but I'll never go back because I can get just as good a clean with better service.

The staff here is gone rude. People here used to have some customer service but not anymore. Today is last day here. Don’t offer services to Uber drivers if you can’t pay respect. They’re paying for service too not getting it for free. There are other carwashes still offering 20$ to Uber drivers. I mostly pay cash but today I didn’t have cash and The guy in glasses with his best customer service said don’t come if you don’t have cash next time. You just lost a 4 years old customer.

External carwash listed as $25 but they demanded $35. Granted, the roof did suffer from recently being parked under a tree busy with birds and they justified it'd take more time. Waited over 20 minutes for it to be finished and staff were generally inattentive, did not speak english well and rude. The joint cafe where I waited was dirty and not a good experience. The car still had faint stains on the roof. Better off going to a machine car wash. Not coming again. J

My black car got the stain from the basement ceiling and I went to different carwashes and they failed to take it off . I got the quote from the panel beater to buff the car for 450$ . Then the last attempt at the spotless car wash near my house , they removed the cement stain from my black car. Don’t waste your time going anywhere just visit the spotless car wash at Campsie. We turned up at Spotless at midnight with 2 cars to be cleaned the boys got them thoroughly cleaned top to bottom inside and outside in no time they noticed the back seat had a spill on it from the kids that I didn't notice and cleaned the seat free of charge. The manager was very welcoming, polite and threw in some helpful advice and tips. It was freezing outside and sitting in the cafe area was very comforting . We will definitely be back.

I waited today in line to have my car washed and guess what. The guy said $50 for a simple car wash and argued with me. I’m wasting his time he said, when I looked at him with surprise regarding the cost, seriously!! I left immediately never to go back again. I used to pay a year ago $30 for a car wash with these guys, but they obviously try and rip people off, by not advertising their prices properly. Stay away from this useless car wash.

Great quality and efficient service. The employee I dealt with was really clear in communicating the different packages, the time it would take and expectations around the finish- like being prepared to let the seats dry after deep cleaning them. The team finished ahead of the projected wait time and did a wonderful job! This place was recommended to me by a client and I would definitely recommend them in the future.

I got my car washed and cleaned today on 12.06.2022. It was the worst service I ever got. Spot every where interior cleaned miserably. I could have done much better cleaning than getting it cleaned my them. Not at all recommended for Car wash and clean. Not at all worth the price. I went back to show the guy how they cleaned and he was like at $50 this is how we clean....I have no words for these guys.

They defiantly live up to the name because every time i take my car there its comes out looking spotless! Always greeted with a smile by the owner and he is nothing but nice service is always great. These guys consistently go above & beyond. On two occasions have specifically fixed scratch problems caused by passengers. The car always looks immaculate after every wash. As a hire car - I need exceptional presentation & get it every single time without fail. Highly recommended & worth the very reasonable fees charged. I never need to go anywhere else.

I had the car detailed yesterday and paid two hundred and fifty dollars for it, the outside is fine but the inside has too much oil, but the most important thing is that my car won't start after that, the battery and the alternator. Had to get a new one that cost me about seven hundred dollars, and the trouble is on top of that.

The owner is a lebo guy with beard. I approached him to show him the car wasn't cleaned properly then he was showing me his aggressive lebo attitude instead of acknowledging it abd fixing it. Nepalese guy ripped me off and charged $75 for half an hour a normal car wash for corolla sedan. Just vacuuming and washed from outside.

Don’t use these guys for exterior clean. They use one giant bucket for hand wash mitts and they don’t swap them out. They use one set of mitts for the entire car and they may only rinse the mitts out once (in the same soap bucket as where they got it from) while going around the car. Not great for maintaining paintwork.

Amazing service by employees. You can get coffees and drinks as well while your car is getting washed. Best part is the sitting arrangement beside the washing area with smoking zone. Enough tables and chairs. Price was they are very fair based on the market.

The worst and rudest staff ever, the manager’s the worst. They change rates on every visit and if you tell them i am regular, they say we don’t care don’t come next time. They need to have professional staff or they’ll end up pushing all the customers away.
