Been going here for years and same staff. Always friendly and great food. Discount for takeaway and nice small and friendly if you want to sit in. I have tried all the local Indian restaurants but mostly use spice brasserie as consistently good where some start good and go downhill.

Very poor food quality ! Cubed frozen chicken, traditional dry curries served up in "slop" bhaji,s I suspect came from Icelands freezer cabinet. Warm bottled water ! Every element of this dining experience was a zero rating. And £90 for 4

What a lovely meal, it's not expensive, it's a great setting. They're polite, don't constantly bother you checking if things are ok, it's a very relaxed atmosphere. One of our favourite Indian restaurants. Fantastic food for great value.
