2 weeks ago I went to get a pedicure. I got there 15 minutes early for my 10am appointment but the staff that attended me took me in 10 minutes late. She appeared new; she was disorganized, got up 4-5x from her seat to get things, did not follow sequence: after applying cream on my left leg, she grabbed more cream to apply on my right leg but only to realize after that my foot was still in water, she asked me to open the nail polish because it was sealed tight because she couldn't open but then got up, went around the corner of the room and I saw her open it with her mouth. This is not my first pedicure experience so I know what to expect and was not happy with this experience. On my way out, I spoke to the front desk asking her to tell the manager to call me but I did not receive a call. I had to call back the following week and when I asked if she heard about my experience, she said no.... Sarah; the manager after hearing about my experience, applied a free of charge pedicure on my account for next time.

If I could give this business no stars I would. I gave my sister a $215.00 gift certificate for a facial and evaluation. I was told that the products would not give her a reaction. The product they put on her skin burned and today her face is red and blotchy, skin still burns. She asked if they could give her a manicure and pedicure instead, because the products were hurting her skin. The girl giving her the facial said yes, but she would have to ask the manager. She felt really sorry for my sister. The manager said no. The manager did not care about my sister. She even said that the gift certificate meant nothing, and was worth nothing. In the end for $215.00, my sister got a 20 minute manicure. The owner of this establishment should really rethink who she hires. When you are in this type of business, customer service along with empathy go a long way. This manager at this place lacks this common sense. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I have gone to CurAge Spa several times and had amazing treatments and customer service experience. I am sad to be writing this poor review but I find it necessary considering the events of today: I had a facial scheduled for this afternoon and was even called by the spa 3 days ago to confirm the appointment. Naturally, my morning and afternoon were planned around this appointment, considering it's mid-day. I arrived to find the door locked and a sign that said "no power" and included a phone number to call. I called the number 3 times with no response. I also checked their Facebook and Instagram pages to see if they had even tried in some way to let clients know the spa was closed, but they hadn't. I find it uncharacteristically unprofessional of CurAge to not notify clients whose appointments are affected by this closure. I really don't appreciate having my time wasted and I'm disappointed by how the spa handled this situation.

I've been seeing the same hairdresser Laurie for over 10 years. 1 year, one of the girls was washing my hair and didn't touch the water before and burn my scalp with scorching hot water. Laurie, my hairdresser apologized and put a mask on my head for quite some time but i'm not kidding when I say, my head was super sensitive for the next month or so. I finally came back today after putting this negative experience behind me and was extremely disappointed. Considering I was with Laurie 10 years even after she moved to Curage, I maintained the price I paid. Today, after my hair cut ONLY, I come to the counter and they ask me for $58 ! I used to pay $25 for a haircut with her. I get that things change but HAD they warned me before the haircut that the price was literally doubled, regardless of our tenure with her, I would've probably not left this review. I'm never going back.

I had one of the best facials I’ve ever had with Christina. She was excellent and it shows that she loves her job. I’m giving a 3-star review because I waited months to book this appointment and unfortunately there was a gym class at 9:00am that made it impossible to relax. It was extremely loud and the music being upbeat and intense made the experience much less enjoyable than expected. Friendly advice, be careful what time you make your appointment although I believe it’s the Spa’s responsibility to book facials and massages around the time of the gyms classes to make their client’s experience what it should be.

If you're looking for one of the best massages you've ever had, book with Diane. She really knows what she's doing and she's also very caring and you can tell that she wants to make sure you feel amazing. I would have given five stars but as someone mentioned in a previous review, there is a gym next door that plays loud music sometimes and the receptionist doesn't notify you when you're booking so you need to ask and make sure that there is no music that will be coming from the gym next door during your massage if that's something that would bother you.

I went today for a massage. The receptionist was very rude over the phone. I was extremely disappointed in the massage I received. They didnt even have a breast pillow for me ( which most massage places do). I was uncomfortable the whole time. I then told the massage therapist to increase pressure,but she didn't. It was one hour of her rubbing oil in my skin..I didn't get the relaxation I hoped for. I Won't be going again and will never recommend it either. I am so very disappointed I felt like I threw away money in the garbage.

I went a while ago for eyelash lift. My appointment was in the afternoon and I had planned my day around it. I came on time and was told to wait as they were prepping the room and checking that everything was in stock. I ended up waiting 20 to 30 minutes, only to be let in the room and informed that they were out of the perming serum as I lied down in the chair lol. Disappointed by their unprofessionalism. Will not be returning.

Went here today for a facial for my birthday it was really good. Hadn’t had one in awhile and was in need. It was very relaxing she asked me if there was anything I wanted to focus on. Had a nice foot massage and hand massage while we waited for my mask timing. After I had to wait a bit and sat in the nice relaxation room. I have also gone here for a pedicure before and it was really nice and well done.

Was brought here as a birthday gift (1h facial) and only received a 35 min facial. How does that happen? I'm not one to really complain about a service, though if I see I've been cheated or serviced poorly, then you can be sure I'll leave my experience online. The service itself was nice and enjoyable, though the fact only half of what was paid for was received is why I'm removing 4 stars.

Went for a 60 min massage today. It was horrible!!!!! The masseuse either didn't care or didn't know what she was doing. I got the impression she never gave a massage in her life. I've been to this place before and my experience was alright, but after wasting my hard earned money today, I won't be going back. Instead of feeling relaxed, I walked out of the spa feeling cheated

Excellent spa for manicures and pedicures. I recommend Sabrina (red hair) for the amazing service. She is so thorough and detailed. They also offer great couples massages. The location is very cozy and the staff really makes you feel at ease and relaxed. Update Nov 2018: great staff and great service by Michelle for mani-pedi

Hi, Ive been help yesterday by Megane. She helped me with my hair for an event party I had that day and it was splendid! She really took time to understand what I wanted. She was very applied and dedicated to represent what I was asking for, even if she had to redo my hair once or twice! Thank you again, it was perfect !

Clean, have had pedicures, facial, waxing and IPL done here. Estheticians are professional, friendly and helpful. Sabrina is an eyebrow genius. The only complaint I have is when I had a facial, I felt pressured to buy products they sell for skin care afterwards. My favourite spa in the West island for sure.

Had a great birthday massage with Audi. She was personable and skilled. I got a good Swedish massage. She had strong hands and was able to find and loosen up tight muscles. The place in general had a nice atmosphere and I felt very comfortable there.

I have been trying to get in touch with their gynecologist, Dr Lyne Souligny, for my medications, but after numerous messages left, no news and no help from the front desk. Totally unprofessional and against healthcare ethics and deontology.

The spa is beautiful and the staff is wonderful. But I paid for a 60 minute body wrap and after 25 minutes it was over. I hadn’t began getting warm. That was very disappointing. I used to go a few years ago and it has changed since then.

I haven't tried all the services there, that's why I' m giving only 4 stars. I love doing my facials with Ana & she does a great job everytime. Also, love the ambiance. It's very calming.

So upset that Sabrina, the best manicurist in town is no longer working here. Not sure what went on internally but the spa has lost their best asset. Time for me to change spas!

I love courage. My hairdresser Tiffany is absolutely fantastic and the receptionist always friendly and ready to offer hot coffee or tea. I would rate it best spa in the west.
