Walked into place and the only so called service tech. was more concerned about getting a cup of coffee than anything else. Told me he would let someone know that I was there, so I take a seat and wait. In walks a lady . Next thing I see is them taking her keys. I left that dump. Guess they have no idea about the concept of first come, first serve. I should have known better. The place looks like a shack. Enter at your own risk.

I have been going to Solgies Alignment for 7 years now and he has always been fast, fair and reasonably priced. I have taken all my cars there and family member's cars too. He has worked on more than just my alignment, because he also repairs everything else too. There has not been anything he could not work on. BMW, Cadillac, Lexus, Mercedes, and my Ford Mustang are just some of the cars he has maintained for me.

Had me waiting for an hour before I decided to leave due to them saying it would only take 30 minutes with the person Infront of me. They were already working on the vehicle so I thought it would be quick. Then they had to order her breaks for a car parts place so I figured for my self I ain't waiting on no parts to get delivered and left. Horrible customer service and communication.

Solgie is the best mechanic that I have met in Houston to date. He is very thorough and knowledgeable of mechanical issues and I have never been disappointed in knowing he will resolve whatever issues my vehicle is experiencing. I would recommend him in a heart beat!!! He has become a great friend and assest to our family.

Solgie does great, honest work for a good price. We kept having bearing issues in our Toyota , Solgie found the problem, communicated well to us what the problem was and fixed it correctly. He even showed me the old part and why the bearing was failing. I will definitely have him do future repairs on all my vehicles.

When for the Alignment and vehicle started driving funny after. I took it back a couple days later guy said it was a problem I already had and tried to charge me 350 to fix. When I told him it was driving funny before he argued with me and said it wasn't their problem. I'm never going back and advise u not too!!!

Had my car towed here from the dealership who told me I needed a brand new motor. Solgie ran several tests on my car and told me I could come pick up my car within 72 hours.
