I've bought shoes from here on two occasions. I wear orthodics and need the sort of shoes sold here to accommodate, and this store is closest to my home so I've bought here. However on both occasions the lady manager with the long blonde hair has been standoffish and it's been the other assistant who has helped me. Most recently I even waved to her when I entered the store, and when I next looked up she was no where to be seen. The other assistant was in the corner fixing the shelf so I waited and she never came out from the back so I had to ask the other if she could help me. A little customer service would go a long way in making this a much better place to shop.

Extremely condescending sales lady. I went shopping on Saturday with my wife to buy a few pairs of quality shoes. The sales lady made us feel inferior and insisted that we go to a number of other stores that had shoes on discount. We left absolutely disgusted and felt slighted and insulted. We drove to two ECCO stores and spent in excess of $1000 that afternoon. We were never looking for a discount, just a bit of advice and decent service. Will NEVER recommend Sole Integrity Mt Ommaney. This sentiment is shared by others I met this evening that had a similar experience.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have shopped and browsed over the years - only bought one pair of shoes… mainly because there is zero recognition when you walk in the store - no greeting whatsoever even if you’re the only customer in there. Rude, dismissive and and no idea what it takes to be in sales and customer service. Would rather buy online for the brands I like.

Great customer service always looked after as soon as you walk in the door by all the lovely girls and walk out happy with my beautiful comfortable shoes from sole Integrity Mt Ommaney thanks girls look forward to buying more shoes soon

Customer service lady was very friendly. She adviced me couple of things about Plantar fasictia. Prices are very affordable and so much variety of products. I wish, I could have found this place earlier.

Naively went in to purchase summer sandals first week of winter. Summer stock limited, but Jackie worked hard to accommodate my needs and I walked out happy.
