Got appointment for cleaning … they provide me cleaning and check up service without my permission and charge me extra money for the service i don’t even ask for. When I asked, they said we charge you for cleaning and checkup .. even I clearly mentioned them on the call and even on the counter that I just want cleaning not the checkup.Told them my name for 3 times , even after that got receipt with wrong name.. wait for 20 minutes to see the dentist… dentist was nice but the service of front desk was bad they were unable to communicate the service to the dentist that I was looking for .. totally wastage of time and money.. had a bad day because of them.. it is the good place to waste money and time .. they can compensate you by saying sorry for miscommunication. Never gonna come back.. but must say they know how to make money .

I made an appointment thinking I just needed a filling replaced, turned out my tooth was very damaged beyond a filling and required a crown. Dr Elaine Wu was able to have the crown completed that morning which was great I could have it fixed so quickly. I was in no pain and back at work after lunch. Elaine was so caring and explained everything I needed through showing photos and X-rays which I really appreciated. Have returned for a follow up appointment for fillings. I'm usually anxious going to the dentist but she makes sure I'm comfortable and not in any pain. They are partnered with Bupa and I was pleasantly surprised with the bill at both appointments due to my high cover, I think they are members first. Cannot recommend enough!

I booked to get my teeth cleaned from having braces and a retainer in the way. I had dr Helen ng. She forced me into X-rays I didn’t consent to.( she also commented she wouldn’t be able to see what was going on if she didn’t do X-rays, yet I had X-rays from 6 weeks ago I could show but she didn’t care) She said they were “ complimentary“ yet they were $24 each. She also wouldn’t stop commenting on the condition of my teeth. She doesn’t know my health issues nor did she care that I grew up in poverty and couldn’t see the dentist every 6 months. The reception ladies were amazing. Hopefully next time I get a different dentist.

I highly recommend Smile Perfection Dental Aspley. I have needed quite a lot of dental work completed over the past 12 to 18 months. Dr Helen has been my main dentist. She is an exceptional dentist. She is highly skilled and very considerate of your comfort whilst performing any procedures. I have also had some work performed by Dr Elaine, Dr Arthur and Dr David. They are also very professional and skilled. The staff at the practice are always friendly and supportive.

The dentist I saw is very thorough and does great work. Even the counter staff are exceptionally knowledgeable and willing to explain things. I came here because they are a "Members First Platinum" provider with my Bupa health insurance. I'm so glad I did. My kids and I come here now and they've been very good to us. When I needed an emergency Endodontist they found me a nearby appointment with a brilliant specialist. Very happy with the service here.

We have been going to Smile Perfection for many years (5 plus years) with my four children and myself. I cannot rate them highly enough. Everyone from the front desk through to the dentists are lovely and understanding. We have had no issues with any of their work, they always do a wonderful job with zero problems or concerns. I have recommended Smile Perfection to close family and friends. We are so grateful to have found Smile Perfection.

Dr Helen Ng was recommended to me by a dear friend, who is also a dentist. Helen is caring, professional and thorough. She identified my dental issues which my previous regular dentist was unable to pick up. I have an unexplained phobia to dentists but I feel that I can trust Helen. I can just relax in the chair and let her do whatever she needs to do. The reception staff were friendly and polite too.

We were referred to Dr David from our regular Dentist as he deals with kids with special needs and those needing extra support. We are beyond grateful for his patience and kindness with our daughter. It was next level! It made what was a very nervous and scary experience for her, one she is now proud to talk about! Couldn't recommend him and the team highly enough.Thanks again.

I was astounded by the professionalism of all the staff. Everyone was polite an answered all my questions honestly an clearly. While having my check up and clean I had no discomfort and Dr. Helen was very efficient a gentle unlike other dentist I’ve seen in the past. I will be coming back for all my dental needs. Thankyou.

Would highly rate this place especially Dr Jonathan Sin, best dentist I have seen by far. Recently had a root canal done by him, he was very friendly and transparent about the whole operation and was willing to answer any questions I had whilst also making sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure.

Dr Helen did an excellent job repairing a broken tooth. After inspection the damage she fully explained the work that was required and the cost. While carrying out the work she frequently checked to make sure I was ok with what was being done. I would happily recommend her for any dental work required.

For 3 years in a row, I had no issues in getting my son's routine dental clean and checkups done here. Dr Elaine Wu and the staff are very friendly, professional and makes our son comfortable during the process. Wait times are acceptable and the clinic is very modern and clean. Highly recommended.

Dr Helen Ng has been my dentist over 20 years. She always fix up my dental concerns. Her attention to details is outstanding. I always have a fear of needles but dr Helen is very gentle and I can hardly feel it. I am so grateful.
