It's a service station, not much distinguishes this place in that regard. However - the lady who works the late-shift is awesome and deserves recognition. She's always smiling and friendly, genuine and really elevates what's otherwise a pretty mundane task (buying milk at 1:00 AM in the morning, on my way home). Customer experience, 11/10.

The pumps are clean and new but my gosh the customer service is highly lacking. I literally had to wait for the server who was standing in Front of me get off a personal call, and not even finish the transaction professionally just picked her phone back up and started talking again. Wow.

When scanning my discount coupon the scanner couldn't read it. The attendant didn't bother to try and key the barcode in manually, then told me that he had no override manual button. When I asked him to sort it out, three times, he miraculously found the manual button...not impressed!

The night shift woman on the later week and weekend has a split personality and is the wicked witch from the West, otherwise refered to as an oxygen thief. As a neighbouring business owner my staff and myself now refuse to support this local business due to her revolting attitude

Team member called buddika is very rude and ,doesn't know what is customer service.he never says hi to me .whenever I ask something, he talks very harshly. We don't expect this service from big brands like coles express. I will never go back again.

One of the few petrol stations still happy to run 24/7. No night counter is a plus if you want to go in-store and pick up some groceries.

Swapped a gas bottle here - good local service. Not sure why this place keeps opening and shutting - please stop that.
