Lost my phone at NSSC rang their phone which rang for a long time, then they hung up. Rang again got a busy tone. If you want service don't phone them. Time was 6.40pm Tuesday 9th May 2017 Buddy who hung up - if you put your energy into doing actual customer service and talk to someone on the phone instead of face to face you might get some experience in customer service. I hope you weren't the staff someone else said in a review had the personality of a balloon! Designers of this site WHY do we have to put a star just to post our comments? Have stars or a thumbs down cos this certainly was not a good experience for me!

Our household like so many in the area, use this Service station a lot! Because its 24/7 it’s not just a service station, it’s a truck stop & rest & shower area for truckers, it’s an eatery with multiple food & beverage choices, it’s also a coles express, a car & truck wash an Internet cafe. It’s also right on a freeway entry/exit. Because of its huge turnover in transients it has a rather high unsolved yearly petty crime index on crimewatch. (mostly car related, petty theft etc) I can only give it four stars. It could do with a permanent police presence. But Other than that it’s extremely convenient! Thanks Shell!

I put some petrol in my car. Paid for it, too. Got a drink for the drive home, if memory serves, 'cause the Bruce was chockers, a veritable car park. Typical for a Friday afternoon. I'm not normally one for a Bonox, and as the traffic ruined my afternoon, the day was not nearly good enough for once either. Shame really. And despite their numerous faults, I can't really directly blame Shell for the traffic.

I fuel up my car to full every week here, but today I encountered one of the staff who was really rude to me. I did what I didn’t had to do which I accept it’s my fault but that could be explained to me respectively and not putting his voice up and not getting me embarrassed in-front of other customers. such a embarrassing moment , don’t know if I’ll be returning back again.

Variety of eateries inside from KFC, Mc Donald's and many more. Large Truckie lounge with washing facilities, showers etc. Large are to sit in the eatery. Weekends it gets busy ...

these picks are if across the road from the shell.. my dog loves it.... that's beautiful clear water n haven a bit of a swim around with the ducks and she's in her element. Lulu the water dog...wish I could put movies up here. there's a dog park right next door and also a walking track that goes around the lake or dam

Only one in each lane open, making the wait quite long. There was a puddle of fuel on the ground. The rubber on the nozzles and hoses is split. Fuel keeps coming out of hoses after the button is no longer depressed, resulting in fuel spilling on my hands and car.

The coffee machine was out of milk in the middle of the coffee pouring, Jye was on break he saw us and willingly came to help, without caring that he was losing his break time. Care for the company and customers before his benefit. excellent service …

Had a girl at the counter who knew nothing about the discount vouchers and how to apply them to the fuel and the manager was the same funny thing nobody wanted to give me there name will not be back very rude people and no service

The place is starting to fall apart been coming here for the last 10 years woman at the check out today very rude and arrogant time to find a new place very dissatisfying

The best service station I have ever been to. It has everything there. Gas, groceries and several restaurants all under one roof. Everything you could wish for.

Great place to take a breather on way north or south . Meals are great at bucking bull , nandos , red rooster , or meccas . Friendly staff . Always clean .

Their are a lot of petrol pumps so you don't have to wait and friendly service with a convenience store for your traveling needs and good price fuel

Yea it's OK that's all tho it will be better once the highway is upgraded as I think they will upgrade the facility's to match.
