While shopping at this station, I noticed two employees with their noses uncovered by their masks. This occurred while they stocked shelves. I wasn't going to say anything, but when I was checking out, one of those employees told an entering customer to put on a mask. This irritated me since wearing a mask with one's nose poking out is useless. I pointed this out to the employee and she just nodded and said she knew. I asked who her manager was and she pointed to the woman standing next to her (Maria). Maria flippantly told me that the employee's mask slipped and she'll pull it up later. I told Maria that it had "slipped" the entire time I was there. She just shrugged and went about her business. Clearly, this wasn't the first time this had been brought up to either of them. It is infuriating that not only don't employees wear masks correctly (making them actually help protect them and others), but also the impudent attitude both employees (especially Maria the manager) behaved toward a customer. I will cease giving this store my business not only because of the safety issues, but also the lack of customer respect.

Worst place ever. I happen to drive by there on occasion and I have to say the following: 1. Gas in by far the most expensive in this gas station than the rest near it. Gas is priced at over 25 cents per gallon greater. For example the average is at 2.11 this station is charging 2.45 per gallon 2. Station is smelly as if gas is water down furthermore exploiting our hard earned money and giving the consumer what they pay for 3. Gas station is closed for about an hour due to changes in shift so you can’t pump gas during that time and you can’t do it outside because the machines do not work. 4. Night clerks are lazy when you try to use your rewards cards. I was told multiple times that the machine was broken but it could read debit cards... that makes absolutely no sense since the machine used to read your rewards cards and debit/credit card are the same machine... Go to this place at your own risk.

Extremely rude and hateful staff. I took my kids in to use the restroom, and noticed it was closed. I tried to explain the girl we have a 4 hour drive. The lack of respect and lack of empathy were just blood boiling. When I told her how far of a drive we have, she looked at me and said, “oh well!” And put her nose in the air and turned around and walked away. This place doesn’t even deserve one star.

Filled up with Premium gas 93 octane, drove down the street and my 2022 Yukon shut off. Car had 12 gallons of water in the gas tank. Called up to the store to inform them and they acted like they didn’t care. Wouldn’t even give names. Truck is at the shop now needing a new fuel pump and filter. I’ve already reported to TDLR. Do not buy gas from this station !!!

Worst place ever. The manager in the morning just stands around and talks to a girl at sonic everyday. They are rude in the morning. And the store bathrooms are horrible. Always something with the pumps... as an ex employee please save your time and money and go somewhere else. Thank you in advanced.

Stays pretty busy because its right off the interstate (I-20 & St Augustine). Pretty friendly, several gas pumps, fresh donuts & other pastries delivered daily, and a good selection of items in the store. Also well lit at night.

Don’t buy gas from this station. They are not selling gas! Instead you be filling your gas tank with water. Stay far away from this place. And they have yet to pay for the damages they caused hundreds of drivers!

The cashier misty lacks costumer service. Was very slow, It took her a few minutes to get something so simple. the drive by window is a joke, is hard to hear the cashier though the window. Never coming back.

Very bad place to do do business with. Refused service to one of my coworkers and on another coworker dropped his change on the counter right by is hand. Very rude.

It's close to home until the new gas station opens up. They lack customer service. The gas hasn't given my car any problems and I've been going here for years.

Clean restrooms. Safe place. Friendly staff. Sonic is next door which is a nice plus. I recommend using your Kroger rewards to reduce the cost of gasoline.

Cool staff most of the time, but if you’re pumping gas you’re better off going inside to pay. Most of the pumps don’t take the card. Poor maintenance

It's usually very busy here, and the clerks are friendly, but their prices on some things are higher than others.

Cars parked at pumps without getting gas - just in the way so you can’t get gas. Bizarre.
