The short hair lady works there she’s very rude today as I went there for gas bottle swap she didn’t talk to me properly she showed me racism and after that all I said to her there’s no new bottles in the cage she didn’t react at all poor customer service,angry face they need to be have proper training how to assist a customer

Today 10/11/2020 at 10:06 i went here and ask for cheapest cigarettes whichone do you have.. your employee cranky on me. without any greeting. I was not expecting this kind of rude behaviour from coles. That's why i didn't bought a cigarette and walkout from the store. I will never go again in this store again.

I was having a horrible start to my day. I fuelled up. Went and paid and met Debbie she is such a beautiful lady. She greated me with a nice smile and has a lovely personality. I was so lost she helped me calm down and have me easy to follow directions. She really is an asset to your company.

Great servo , great staff . Definitely need more Vegi options in the hotbox though . Always heaps of meat pies and sausage rolls that sit and don't sell . Clear the space and chuck in some extra vegi pasties etc . Will change to 5 star when I see more options like this

Horrible customer service. Walked in to pay for fuel, said good morning to the lady at the cashier then said 'wowee $1.92 for fuel hey, that's crazy' ...her exact words were 'Welcome To The Real World Love'...completely shocked me. Won't be going back...thanks love!

Sorry but the guy who works here looks perpetually miserable and couldn’t crack a smile if his life depended on it. This has always been the case every time I go in , I cringe when I see he’s working. The others are always pleasant though.

Fuel prices are ok but other items are too expensive. Easy access location. There should be an entry from the street as well though. There is only one entry which is from the main road. The one from the street is exit only.

fuel prices are not cheap here and only went here because of the 10cent discount from coles (6c from flybuys + 4c from coles docket)which made it worthwhile. servo itself is quite brand new and in a convenience location.

Hubby went to buy 2 bags of ice and was told we can only grab the ones melted & left on the palette in a big insulated freeze bag next to the freezer.

20 March 2021. $1.92 per litre for premium fuel(98 octane) whilst at 7/11 the same octane fuel was $1.44.

Not at the sharp end on pricing. But of course you do get the voucher and flybuy discounts here.

Seems to be one of the cheapest locations to get fuel good customer service.
