Was one of my worst waxing i have ever had i have been to the buranda salon quite a few times and never had a problem before this time a new girl took me into the waxing room and applied one strip of wax to both sides of my bikini line and slowly ripped it off then she told me if i wanted more that was called a brazilian which i didn't want it hurt so much i just wanted to get out of there then this other lady with a crying baby and talking on the phone in another laungage ask to see it when i show her she said she would fix its now 3 days later it is so bruised and to make me upset this lady yelled out from another room in a different language the price so unprofessional on so many levels

I have a most terrified experience in this salon , they burn my hair in the very middle part while doing chemical straightening, burn it completely n they didn’t even tell me that they did a mistake , as it was on back side I didn’t notice there , I pay them 300 dollor for my hair which was very thin n they did that to me ,when I went home my friends tell me n I see, till now my hair hasn’t grown up and it looks so ridiculous, yes mistake can happens sometime but atleast do apologise rather than hiding it , rediculos salon , nobody should go there, wants money more than costumer satisfaction….

Just staying locally and walked in for threading and a 30min facial. Threading normally brings tears to my eyes unless I go regularly but even though I haven't been in months, this was the most gentle but still effective eyebrow shaping I've had. And the facial involved simple natural looking/smelling creams, a lot of hands on time (either massaging in the lotions or head massage during the face mask) including shoulders. All a great price too! My face looked calmer the next day so I'll definitely have to book in regularly.

I recently tried this place at Buranda and was totally satisfied with their polite staff and service. I specially am glad to come across Mandeep who is the hair dresser. She listens to you patiently, analyses and improvises with her suggestions. She is very meticulous and does job carefully, calmly and is sensitive to customer preferences. I would definitely return to her for my future hair cuts. Thanks Mandeep and Manju for your services, I’m relieved I found your salon. Will be back there soon!

I had my eyebrows threaded and tinted here just yesterday and wow! I usually get get my brows done at a kiosks at Westfield and it usually hurts a fair bit to get them done. At Shehnaz it hurt so much less because their technique is so good. Not to mention the shaping of both the threading and the tinting was spot on. I paid the same amount for threading + the tint combined, compared to what I’d usually pay just for threading elsewhere! This is where ill be coming from now onwards for my brows.

Terrible results. Uneven threading and left me with uneven eyebrows after asking kindly to just clean around the shape. Instead I was advised on what looks better and my opinion disregarded. Noticeable patchy hairs and unfinished areas due to improper technique. Extremely unhappy and would never come back.

Bad experience. The worst experience I have ever had in my whole life. One of the employees waxed a chunk of my eyebrow off and then instead of owning up to it she tried to say I had the gap in my eyebrows already. She was coughing and touching my face without washing her hands. Try at your own risk.

Not always perfect, I come with my wife here for threading every fortnight. They always have new staff every time we go and so forth not consistent service? They do 'ok' threading, not used other services from here. But they are busy, might be going good in terms of business. Carry on guys!!

Worst customer service ever… rudest staff ever seen…ist time visit, they said you should call us before coming… second time visit when called before going, rude behaviour….asked me when you have called…and no reply.. made rude face and started doing her own work….

My go-to-place to thread eyebrows. If you go to the Towoong branch, ask for Shilpa. She just has some exceptional talent with shaping eyebrows- quick, painless and effective. I always walk out satisfied from this place. Highly recommended! Great job ladies :)

I had a facial at Shehnaz couple of weeks ago. Palak did an absolutely amazing job. The facial left me rejuvenated and relaxed. They also do an awesome job at threading and are super efficient!

This specific branch has ill-mannered staff. Inspite of booking + reconfirming the booking, we were turned away. And the staff were rude, arrogant and shouting at us! Stay away!
