Today I had the most uncomfortable lash session ever. I felt my lashes/eyelids getting pinched all the way through the appointment, eyelids getting pushed down with fingers, clanking tools right beside my ear, brisk movements around my eyes.. Also the lady wasn’t wearing any mask, the chair didn’t even get wiped down right after someone else had just left.. I now wonder if she even washed her hands.. I guess I have high standards for a lashing session since I usually go to amazing lash ladies with fairy hands and good hygiene standards. I decided to go near my office this time, but I’ll stick to my ladies and never return again Edit to reply: This review was posted last night which stated my concerns DURING the appointment as you can clearly read. I hadn’t even had a chance to see how the lashes would hold! The concerns mentioned in your reply happened THIS MORNING, only overnight, after I brushed my lashes and got shocked how much lashes fell out from only my right eye. That’s when I sent you the e-mail describing this OTHER issue I noticed that the lady spent more time on my left eye, which is, coincidentally, the eye that got retention!! Even though I was wearing the stick-on strip lashes before the appointment! Of course I was happy to go ahead even though I had the strip lashes on, I’ve done this before other appointments but only this time I’ve had issues! There’s nothing else to discuss with anyone since I was already denied another appointment to fix my right eye. It’s easy to blame my strip lashes instead of taking notice of the concerns I’m raising and explaining. Wearing mask at a lash salon should be common practice since the technicians work so close to other people’s faces, but I guess it’s up to each business’ hygiene standards. Ladies, look at this photo and decide for yourself if you still wish to have your lashes done here

Shocking! I will never return! First off for a first timer getting your eyelashes lifted and telling your person this, you think they’d let you know what the process entails and the length of time as you’re blinded for such a long time. She’d be working on me, then disappear without saying a thing so I’d be laying there blind without knowing what was happening. It also felt like it took way longer than it should have as one staff member was working on multiple people at once and with the result of my experience, clearly the quality is lacking. Even worse, one eyelash lifted perfectly fine and the other one not at all. Even when I pointed it out at the time, I was just told the serum was weighing it down. After washing yet serum off, one was lifted and the other one still not. I had to go back and have it fixed and the new one was lifted but way over done and seemed to curl back too far towards my eyelid. It also concerned me because the one instruction I did receive is that I was told not to do it again for several weeks. But oh well, I couldn’t have one done and not the other. The whole experience was just unpleasant as I had to go in twice which I really didn’t have time for, the lack of communication during it, the slow process, high cost for a place where there was no privacy and it felt like you’re out in the open without focus on one client, and the kicker, a pin fell out of the chair I was in so I fell back a bit. The second person (at a senior level apparently) was much nicer and had better communication and apologised profusely after the chair incident. Overall, just unpleasant on so many fronts for the high cost.

Don't recommend for threading. Chose this place for eyebrow threading based on its impressively high rating, however, I cannot recommend them for this service as the end result was pretty terrible (although the staff's demeanor was nice, which is why it's 2 stars instead of 1) My friend and I just wanted "cleaning and tidying up" while keeping the shape which we clearly communicated. Half of my friend's eyebrows were gone at the end which resulted in a significantly different look - they were almost in tears. Not as bad for me as the shape remained, however lots of hair still remained around the brows in the areas that were supposed to be cleaned up and hairless.

This beauty studio has such lovely beauty technitians with great services they provide both in before and after care. Initially, my eyebrows (Henna Tint) colour came out a little bit light. Annie and the Doll Face Brow and Makeup Studio Team understood and offered to fix it up the next day. They provide a quality service with good pricing in my opinion. The customer service is amazing, especially Annie has been always wonderful. Annie has been always following it up with me. Annie is such a lovely beauty technician. I do highly recommend this beauty studio. Thank you very much again. I will re-visit your store in near future.

I am extremely unhappy with the outcome of my eyebrow threading. Although I've been a customer for almost a year, I always tried to book with Demi. This time, Annabelle did my eyebrows. While she is friendly, she threaded my eyebrows in a way that the width at the start is the same as at the arch and the end. I had shown her a picture of how I wanted them (from when Demi did them) and requested them to be thinner. However, she made them too thin. I'm unsure how long I'll have to wait for them to grow back. Its shape is like a line not a eyebrow. This was likely my last visit.

I did brow threading and lash lift. The brows were so so but my lashes barely lifted. Its like I paid for nothing for my lashes. I have done many lashes lifts previously and this was the first time where they washed my lashes after the treatment which I think was weird since other salons tell me not to wash lashes after the session to keep the curl. Sorry but i am not coming back. Wasted my money

The staff was very professional and friendly. My threading went well so no complaints there. But when it was payment time, i nearly choked as i found out i needed to pay 57 dollars for exactly the same service i get outside for 20 something dollars (eyebrow and upper lip threading). UNFAIRLY OVERPRICED

First timer here, and had a great experience! I’m very happy with my brows and lashes. I saw this place on Google and thought I’d give it a go given the good reviews, and glad I did. Annie did an excellent job - she was very thorough, gentle and has great attention to detail.

I have come here twice for the lash lift and tint, both were amazing - it’s a very quick treatment and always done so professionally with really great, noticeable results. I love not having to wear mascara!

It was easy to book and I loved my brows. First time someone was able to tidy them up whilst keeping them natural looking. I also didn’t break out after which I usually do. Would recommend this place :)
