She made sure I was comfortable, often asked for my requirements, and gave me an amazing massage. Everything was clean and the employees were experienced. Very low class salon with very useless person running it. She needs to learn some ethics to deal with the customer and some more skills. The place might only be ok for waxing and threading services but hair cuts/styling is definitely not their game. She needs to learn that first before disappointing many customers. Only giving 1 star (because I had to) but honestly the salon is not even worth that.

I have been using Shailly Hair and Beauty for more than 5 years, the manager and staff are extremely professional and efficient. They listen and accomodate your request and I always leave happy and satisfied. Their experience is outstanding and the salon is very clean and beautiful. Highly recommended!

Always go here to get my eyebrows done for $8. UPDATE: It was $10, and now it's $12. They will be charging $15 soon for eyebrow threading - 22/02/2023. I've gotten a head message, too. It's great service... I always come here, I don't go anywhere else.♡

Very incompetent and unskilled. She happily tries to put everything back to the customer (because customer has rough skin and because customer has rough hair) She needs to learn a lot around customer service and proper skills to run the salon.
